We buy units at auction. I realize this specific unit may not have been the cleanest to begin with, however this was the most rat infested place Ive seen. You could see even the insulation plastic had been eaten and tracks up and in between to other units from feces tracked along their paths. As far as renting goes they may well be nice people?.

After 3 years my things were still in great shape. Very clean property. Pamela helped me vacate . This was easy and she is very professional too . I do recommend this property for rentals. I was treated with the best care since I have been there .

I went to put my things in storage a few days ago and before I even went to the place, Brenda made sure I was taken care of. To be honest...Brenda the property manager has turned this storage place completely around. First off I would like to say publicly she is THE ONLY reason why I am happy with the outcome. My things where ate up by rats. Mind you this was BRAND NEW furniture. The insurance company threw me couple bucks and told me basically to leave them alone nothing else they can do. I had to allow my things to be stored there until I could do better. I have my things out now but when I did take them out...it was serval things I couldn’t recover due to rats damaging my belongings. I then left them thinking they [public storage] could trash that for me because I didn’t want to take trash into my new place. Yet they tried charging me FOR THAT! Again the property manager Brenda is new and she really should be recognize for her awesome customer service skills and empathy for people. She got the charges dropped and I owe NOTHING now. Thanks Brenda! And to public storage and corporate I will never ever use your company again and I will make it my personal duty to tell friends and family the same. Be blessed

This will be my 3rd time renting storage at this location. Never had a terrible experience in the past but Amanda made this most recent move in stress free and easy as possible. I came in today . Pamela was moving mattresses. She stopped and helped me with a unit. Even so kind she saw I had a problem with my leg and had me drive my car as she followed me on foot. I got a perfect space and Pamela was very kind. Shes a keeper .

Ive had my stuff here for about three years now and Ive been helped by Miss Amber and Ms Jackie, they truly are the best and have been very kind and helpful. When I have a question or need help with my unit they have been very helpful and patient with me.Payments can be made via online, in person (with cash or check), or automatic payments.They have indoor and outdoor units. Theres a sit lock for the indoor units. Theres a gate you input your personal code to enter.

Gwen has been awesome.Whenever I see her on property, she is always very friendly with a smile and kind word.When Ive gone in to pay my rent, she is very professional and helpful in answering my questions.
