Terrible customer service! They say they pride themselves on selling high quality cars which is a complete lie. Most of the sales representatives had no idea what was going on. I Purchased a vehicle from them at the end of June the sales rep Ruth and the finance guy Johnny were great. Unfortunately after that was a mess we were planning on getting another vehicle from them since Ruth and Johnny were so good but will never purchase another vehicle from here. I had to wait til less than a week before my plates expired to get paperwork to go order my plates. They told me on Monday my paperwork was sent out week to which I still had not received it the mail so on Tuesday I hadTo go pick it up in order to make sure my plates didn’t expire. They’re doing a referral program to which I sent my son there to purchase a vehicle and I never received the referral like they said. When I went in to pick up my paperwork I spoke to a gentleman about my experience and all he pretty much said was sorry you had a bad experience. If that’s how you treat customers that purchase vehicles from you that’s very unprofessional. Scott I called and left you a voicemail but haven’t heard back from you. So your more than welcome to contact me which is what should’ve happened in the first place. Here’s today Aug 9 the day my plates were to expire good thing I went and picked up the paper work for plates cause the ones they said were mailed over a week ago never showed up. Well my paper finally came in the mail a week after my plates were due. Thanks to the store manager Scott for telling me he was gonna callMe back and never did.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. We went in to see a vehicle that unfortunately someone was purchasing as we arrived. We completely understood that this was on us for not setting up a test drive and that all dealerships have low inventory. However, we then met with a sales person who said they could find us a similar vehicle at one of their “sister dealers.” We were shown a van online from a dealer in Illinois and told it would be picked up the very next day for us. We put down money and signed the necessary paperwork. We could not come in the following day, a Saturday, due to work, but said we would come in at 9am Monday. We arrive Monday morning after a 25 minute drive and were told our vehicle was not there yet. No phone calls no nothing. Complete waste of time. We were promised the deal would be made that day and we would get a phone call. By Wednesday we still had not heard anything so we called ourselves to check the status. After dealing with a rude secretary we finally got to speak with a manager who informed us everything we were told was incorrect and that these deals take 7-10 days and our vehicle that had been promised to us was not even secured. Thursday we finally get a phone call saying they could not secure the deal and they would refund our money and a cashier would call us. After never hearing from anyone, we called and spoke with a cashier who was incredibly rude and irritated that we were calling about the refund of OUR down payment. After purchasing several vehicles and campers over the years, we are just appalled by the awful customer service and the abundance of misinformation that was given to us.

I would highly recommend this dealership, Tabatha did a great job finding me my truck. My experience here was all around fantastic.

I have bought many of cars. This is the fastest the process had ever gone! Tabatha was great to work with!

When I bought my truck there a few years ago the radio didnt work got the run around for probably over 6 months to find out it had a short but they kept telling me it was an update. So for $70,000 I didnt have a radio eventually they made it sound real good with some free oil changes and stuff best part is the service team members all got changed for the most part and magically no body remembers anything wouldnt recommend.

Went in to get an oil change and they did it in a timely manner but after paying 78 dollars for an oil change They didn’t even give me a next service due sticker like I thought they would. Only reason for 4 stars

So disappointed by this dealer. I called twice and spoke with people about the exact vehicle I wanted. I made an appointment and drove two hours each way to buy the vehicle and the owner was out of town driving the car I was trying to buy. I lost an entire Saturday because of poor internal communication and lack of attention to detail. Will not be buying here.

We told the sales person that we were just looking and wanted to go look at a few other cars and she was insistent that we buy a car from her that day. I told her that I wasnt really interested in anything and wanted to look at my other options first, but instead she had us come in and try to talk us into buying something. She had someone else come over and try to talk us into buying something also, even though we repeatedly said we wanted to explore our options first. The pushiness completely turned us off from this dealership and we will never buy a vehicle here.

We had a problem with our truck ignition while camping nearby. Wade in service was great to work with and squeezed us in to get the problem resolved. We were a little disappointed our current key fobs couldnt be reprogramed to work with the new ignition system but understand sometimes you dont know until you try. Everything is fine now and we no longer need to stress about our truck starting! Sometimes I wish we could just get an old fashioned key!

We were driving around the lot, looking for the truck I had an appointment to see. As we pull up towards the front of the dealership, we were approached by Danielle Hengstler. I expressed that I had an appointment to meet and see person x. Come to find out, that person wasn’t there at that time so, I explained that I was in absolutely no hurry to purchase but was interested in seeing that particular vehicle and why. After an effort on her part to locate the vehicle, it was unavailable due to warranty work. We walked the lot and there was another vehicle that caught my attention, a car. We drove it around the block and once we got back to the dealership, Danielle offered to get the keys to a different truck, but same year, just as a comp to what we came there for. The same issue with my current truck, I had with this vehicle. We never started it up, I turned to Danielle and said if we can make a deal with a trade and the car tonight, let’s deal.The overall experience was smooth, pleasant and it never felt like I was being pushed into buying a vehicle.
