First time I was in new store. Really nicely set up and staff very helpful and friendly. The Deli was fantastic. Good selection at deli. If you havent been there for a while you have to check it out.

First time there. It was clean the employees were very helpful and nice. They have a deli and a very good selection of foods. We bought a few things. The cashiers were very helpful and offer to put our things in a box for us. All in all Gordons was a pleasure to shop at. Plus we got some of homemade popcorn, cheese, very tasty. Will go back AGAIN

I will be coming here for my bulk baking needs. I wish they had milk chocolate chips in bulk but I might be able to make due with the semi sweet ones

Love the new store. The layout is much more open and roomy. They offer rotisserie chicken, a variety of popcorn, and more fresh veggies. The only reason I didnt give the store 5 stars is they still need to work on keeping items in stock.

Love the new store, particularly impressed with the deli. Shout out to the manager who politely shut down an obvious d-bag (affliction t-shirt) and his karen style wife who refused to wear masks while shopping. She firmly asked him to leave when he tried to present a doctors note exemption. If you cant wear a mask then dont go inside, they have curbside pickup. Like get over it and quit being a baby already.

Very helpful employees. I was looking for something we had at a restaurant. Did you know that they have public and commercial lines? Of course what we wanted is part of the business line that is not available in stores. I couldnt order it in my area either. The employees went beyond to get me the info.

If you have made a purchase here with debit card and told that it declined, I would check your bank account to make sure you didnt get charged twice. We made a purchase as debit and told it was declined. We then ran as credit and it went through. When I reviewed my transactions we were actually charged twice. We tried to get it corrected through GFS with bank statements and they denied that there were two charges even though we showed the statement. We had to file a claim through our bank. Very disappointed with customer service.
