Couldnt ask for better!! Always honest and does whats required to fix the car. Had my van worked on for a sliding door issue and the dealership wanted $150 just to look at it! Googling the issue said it would be 500-3000, depending on repairs. Total at Jem was $400 and it was fixed (including a battery I didnt know I needed to replace and an oil change). Was a steal... wouldnt take it anywhere else for major work for sure.

My car wasnt starting and I kind of figured it was the battery. I called Jem and they were at my house within 10 mintues. Not only are they very good at what they do but they are very reliable and their prices are great. Ive been to many places for all different vehicles and Jem has been the only place that has fixed the problem and didnt over charge me like most of the other auto centers. If you want your car fixed right at a honest price my advice is go to Jem you wont regret it I promise :)

A very honest mechanic. My whole family uses J.E.M because they are as straight as they come. Highly recommended, except when i need an appointment, dont go that day.

Great customer service from John, Patti and Steve. Thanks for finding the A/C issues and the oil leak issues with my Chevy. Older cars sometimes need a lot of TLC and we found it at JEM

I have been bringing my cars, my familys cars and any other car I can get my hands on to JEM for over 20 years. They do exceptional work at a great price. Ive since moved to north jersey, but I still drive an hour to bring my car here whenever I need anything. I usually just drop the car off and tell John to just do what needs to be done because I know they are fair and trustworthy. They stand behind everything and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
