Not Happy at all. It took them almost 6 hours to deliver my order to my wifes job, and when it gets there, it was INCOMPLETE. They never sent the addition item I ordered. The aggravating part is that you cant even get in touch with them to straighten it out because NOBODY answers the phone. There is literally no way to contact them.

Went to this place and no one there later then was told they were closed but had the doors open. On the door it had said it closed at 7 but said they were closed an hour early. With the doors open and everything.

I have received arrangements in the past and have been pleased. This time as usual the basked is beautiful but I must say I was very disappointed with the strawberries. I had four with and without being covered in chocolate and they were all over ripped. They left a bad taste in my mouth and were smooshy. The basket on your website is 97 dollars. I do think you should reimburse the person some of the money back. Sorry but I need to let you know so others do not get these horrible strawberries. I gave a three stars just because this is my first time being disappointed if not for the strawberries I would have given 5.

I went to edible earlier this week to have an arrangement delivered to my mother for her birthday and I could not be more satisfied with my order. I just got off the phone with my mom who said the arrangement was outstanding and I believe it based on how well the customer service was when I went to the store to place the order. I dont usually write reviews for things but because of how happy my mom seemed to be I couldnt help posting this. The saleswomen was very accommodating with all my requests and was very informative with different options that I could order from. Ended up spending around $100 and I will definitely be ordering again.

7/21 - Bumped up to one star as I just recd an email confirmation that my coupon code was accepted (after I had already paid my credit card in full) and Dave called and left a message to let me know that the arrangement would not be ready at 9 even though my confirmation said 9AM. Still disappointed in the fact that there was no Thank you Balloon included in my arrangement as indicated.SOOOOOO disappointed in the service AND the quality of the gift. Without going into details, I am recovering from a medical issue and wanted to send a thank you to the health care workers that took such great care of me. Ordered on line but my coupon code did not accept (of course), had a coupon code emailed to me - never received (of course), my email confirmation never came thru either (of course). The confirmation that I got when I placed the order CLEARLY stated 9AM 7/14. Store only opens at 9:30 (again, of course). When my daughter came back, they would not honor the coupon that she showed the clerk and was told those coupons dont always work and she should have called. And I would have known that how???? And you couldnt have just HONORED that coupon when she presented it? She met me at the hospital - and guess what??? No Thank You Balloon that is pictured AND stated in the description of the item. If I could give a NO STAR rating I would. Needless to say I will never be using Edible Arrangements again - OR definitely NOT this location. Sad because I am a Middlesex resident and always like to support local businesses. So for the cost of a measly coupon and not delivering as promised in the description, you have lost a customer. THANK YOU!

Just received a Fathers day arrangement from the Middlesex, NJ store that my two daughters bought for me. The fruit was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone this store.

The previous review confirmed what I just experienced at the Middlesex location. My husband bought me chocolate covered strawberries. I tasted the first one and it was bad. Then the second...same.. I can understand if 1 or 2 of the fruit was overripe, but instead the entire box was overripe mushy fruit. I could see they all had withered leaves when I turned them over to look at them. I peeled off the chocolate to verify and they were all just bad strawberries with mushy spots and dark skin. Im usually very patient and forgiving, but 12 overripe mushy strawberries for $31 is just not right. My husband called for a refund and the manager was apologetic and said he would issue a refund which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1- at least he took responsibility. But the whole point of edible arrangements is supposed to be choice fruit and ingredients. Ive never had a problem with other edible arrangements. Really disappointing.

Im giving them 1 star because of service. There products are great but they are never on time for orders. Third time I pick up an order and past the time I ordered and I still have to wait for it!
