I was fortunate to meet Robin during my first shopping trip to Circle Furniture Middleton many months ago... I have been back to purchase 5 items and each time my experience is stellar. Robin has a flair for design and provides great advice. The furniture is beautifully crafted and delivered with care and precision. I will definitely continue to purchase all my furniture from Circle and will enthusiastically refer my friends, family, and others to this store.

I just returned to Circle Furniture -my first visit to the Middleton store. About 10 years ago, I purchased a couple chairs from CF. This experience was just as pleasant as my original trip. This time I really wanted to re-fresh my sofa. It was fun, no pressure applied, to test their floor samples. I love their style and appreciate that they have a range of prices. I was happy to bring my business to a company that cares about service, sustainability and American manufacturing. I am still shocked they had a piece in stock for me. So after less than a week(!), I am enjoying the new sofa. Delivery was timely and professional.

I had been searching for a square dining room table for over 10 months. I went to every major furniture store and every other mom and pop place I drove by and even went out to Gardner, the furniture capital of New England and couldnt find what I was looking for. What I did find was a number of salespeople that either hate their jobs or just simply couldnt care less in helping people. One sales woman at a very expensive, high end furniture store in Burlington even tried a pathetic attempt at humor trying to change my mind in looking for a square table. You dont look like a square person to me why would you want a square table? A round table is more democratic, you dont have anyone at the head. Not bright enough to realize the same can be said for a square table. Naturally that was my immediate comeback.It was by pure accidental luck that my friend found Circle Furniture driving by one day. She and I went and the minute we walked in we were impressed. It has some unique and traditional pieces throughout the showroom, a great vibe to the place. We were greeted by Valerie who heard exactly what I wanted and pulled out a catalog and offered me several choices in a square table.She was so friendly, patient and genuinely great at her job. She and Cindy, the manager, even let me bring some other small pieces of furniture I bought somewhere else to see how they would look with the wood. Cindy went as far as to help us load it back into the car.The kind of professionalism and genuine love of what they do at Circle Furniture is so rare that I am still amazed at the service I received. This will be the first place I now shop at for furniture. It a family owned business with big store prices and customer services that is unmatched.

I decided to replace a large sectional sofa. I looked at many examples from online retailers and couldn’t purchase such an important long lasting item without seeing and touching and feeling how comfortable it is. I purchased a very high end media cabinet from circle furniture many years ago. I went to see what they had to offer. I met Michele Rubin at the Middleton store and discussed my ideas and showed her examples of my taste and needs on my phone and pictures of my living room. We spent several hours together and found a gorgeous sectional that we picked fabric that worked. My budget was around $5000 and when the dust settled including a fabric protection plan and taxes I was substantially under budget. The whole task transpired smoothly and no drama or pressure was involved. Michele knows her business and made my ideas into reality. She was instrumental in the successful outcome. M

I love Circle Furniture in Middleton! I had to replace a bed and bureau and it was so easy to do! My salesperson was wonderful and made it super quick and easy to order, as well as being very well informed about the merchandise. Great products to choose from!

Circle Furniture is the place to go for quality customizable furniture. Everything I have purchased there is high quality and designed to look good today, tomorrow and 10 years from now. It costs more, but in the long run, the style and value will still feel special even after many years of use.

Michelle was great! She gave me lots of time in the selection process with just the right amount of direction. I am sorry she won be there any more.

Stay away from this store. Family owned buisness. If you complain about anyone or anything. They all stick together and you have not chance to win when they make a mistake. Stay away especially from Valerie Folan. She will lie to get a sale and the management is just as bad. Complained to her manager Gary Fisher. He said if I was not happy I should go elsewhere. Well then I have and you are so unprofessional and will continue to spread the word. They do not listen to your complaints and tell you to go elsewhere who does that?

Buyer beware! Think very carefully before you buy any furniture warranties with your Circle Furniture purchase. We thought we were doing the right thing when we purchased a dining room set here. The salesperson encouraged us to purchase a five year scratch warranty on our small black wood dining table. We were told if we had any scratches a service person would be sent to our home to fix it for a whole five years. What the salesperson did not go over with us was that a claim had to be reported within 15 days of its occurrence. This was also not in the nice brochure she gave us at the time. To be fair the 15 day stipulation was included in the tiniest of print with documents we received about the warranty later, but this was not at ALL the impression we were given when we bought the table. So we never saw this fine print escape clause. Over time of course we had some scratches so we took pictures and put in a claim. Our claim was not covered because the damage was more than 15 days old. When we complained to the manager at Circle Furniture that the warranty we purchased was misrepresented she told us that scratches would never have been covered at all. It was only a gouge to the table that would be covered. We paid a big premium to buy from a high end furniture store expecting a higher level of quality and service. Never again will we buy from Circle Furniture.

I have not received my sofa yet, but the buying experience was very pleasant. The salesperson did not pressure me, and was very helpful with the options available for my specific needs. Update- I now have my sofa. There was a mix-up about the model I had ordered. When the wrong sofa arrived, the store manager ordered the correct model and allowed me to keep the incorrect sofa until the correct one arrived. I am extremely happy with the sofa - its beautiful, very comfortable, and good quality.

Selection and advice were top shelf. Wonderful experience and Anne was patient in understanding our needs and then helping us make perfect selections. We were surprised they had everything we needed for a major move. Quality of the furniture was fantastic and the transaction easy. It is nice to see a store that cares about furniture that is quality, lasts and yet not outrageously expensive or disposable press board like so many of the cheap volume outfits who want you back for a replacement in 12 months. Well shop here again (and again...).

Michele at Circle Furniture in Danvers was incredibly helpful to us. We had to purchase furniture from existing inventory to furnish an apartment we just leased in Boston. Our time was limited, so, we provided Michele a list in advance of the items we were looking for, as well as, a footprint of our 1000+ sq. ft. 2 bedroom apartment. When we arrived to the store Michele showed us exactly what we were looking for on Circles expansive showroom floor. She, too, knew the existing inventory inside and out, so, we were assured we could have our items arrive within a week. We were very impressed with Micheles professionalism, her knowledge of various products/artisans and her attentiveness for helping us in a timely manner furnish our new home.

Got a couch, several lamps, rug, and throw pillows from them. Staff at Acton and Middleton location were very helpful, my first choice for furniture shopping.

Ann really nailed it when helping us select a sectional. I was a little nervous about the size but she reviewed the floor plans and assured us it was just the right size....and it was!

Michele Rubin has helped us with two major purchases from this store. She takes time to listen to your needs and to work together to find the appropriate solution rather than imposing her own design sense. Our most recent purchase resulted after a home visit to get a better sense of the space, and she is patient and thorough in the ordering process; triple-checking the numbers to ensure the correct order.

We would highly recommend Val at Circle furniture! It took us forever to make decisions and she was always patient. She presented us with excellent options that fit exactly what we were looking for and keeping our budget in mind. When I would call back and ask for a quote with a different fabric, we received that right away. We shopped around a LOT of stores and found that for a sectional, Circle had the best selection and the cost was comparable to everywhere else.

Our experience at Circle Furniture was excellent, from the moment we walked in the door until the day our furniture was delivered. The quality and selection of fabrics and furniture was exactly what we were looking for. Good selection of the sleep sofas that we wanted. Ordered the model with covering that we wanted and it is scheduled to arrive before we originally thought. The only negative was the crazy extra charges (delivery etc) that could run up the cost more than we expected.

Quality furniture, amazing customer service, the sales woman recognized me from purchasing items 9 years ago. The place to go for all styles of furniture, knowing it will last for years. However, the delivery department was ridiculous and disappointing in scheduling. They expected me to choose from 3 days in December, with full open schedule, then only 48 hrs advance notice to narrow down the delivery time to 2 hour window. I ended up cancelling an appointment to get my chairs or wait til January for another appt. I give their delivery scheduling dept a zero in customer service and attitude.
