My husband and I went to a handful of furniture stores, including Jordans and Circle Furniture, looking for two comfortable but attractive arm chairs for our living room. We stopped in CKS first, spotted one we loved, but wanted to make sure it was exactly what we wanted so went on to the other stores as planned too. We ended up back at CKS later that afternoon to buy them after nothing else compared! The store is neat and not too overwhelming, with a nice selection! Staff doesn’t bother you while you look around, but is easily available if you need them. Delivery only took 2.5 weeks instead of estimated 6 weeks and we were just so happy! Thank you CKS, we’ll be back next time we need something!

Lets start by saying my husband and I are very picky, and wanted a great quality sofa.If your looking to buy a sofa set, dont go to the places on tv. Get to CKS and see the owner Maria. You will want to adopt her. She has been in business for well over 35 years and really knows her stuff. High quality sofas with 8 way hand tied springs. She helped us so much. We walked out of the store extremely happy and cant wait for delivery. Maria was very honest with us which we appreciated. She helped us to find the correct pattern for the material. She even called her rep at the company to confirm which of the 2 materials was the best lasting. We were just amazed!!If you want to support local visit CKS you will be very happy you did. You truly truly will!We cant wait to take my son to buy his furniture.We give Maria and her son a 10 !

They appear to close early, even though its not yet closing time. Small parking lot and no room for customers when they decide to host unadvertised Trump rallies in their lot. No reason to not just go to Circle furniture who are always open when theyre supposed to be and have plenty of parking.

I could not be more thrilled with this store!! I got a couch, a coffee table and an end table from them and they are absolutely beautiful. I loved Maria, she was sweet and incredibly helpful and even threw in a couple of throw pillows for us. We bought them around 5pm once day and by 9am the next day the delivery guys were already here delivering. Also, the delivery guys are great! They were extremely nice, professional and efficient! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about CKS furniture.. They have incredible merchandise at fantastic prices...They were helpful and honest .. I bought a couch that did not fit up my narrow stairway and within an hour of them taking it back I had my second choice ( a smaller couch )sitting in my living room ... the delivery guys were professional and courteous... Great family owned business! I will NEVER shop for furniture anywhere else after shopping here. American made, unbelievable warranties and the customer service is second to none! If you want quality, heirloom type furniture then this is the place for you. Two years ago before we knew of CKS we purchased furniture from the other guys. Fast forward a little over a year and our furniture began to fall apart! Save yourself the grief, money and disappointment of buying from the other guys and go to CKS! You wont regret it! Our only regret is that we didnt find CKS sooner!

Maria and Butch are by far the best furniture dealers in Mass if not New England. They have the most competitive prices and the customer service is phenomenal. Although they do have a large showroom in Medford, the only draw back is that because their selection is so large there is a lot of catalog shopping. The owners are so knowledgeable though, I doubt there is a piece of furniture they sell that they are not intimately familiar with.CKS furniture pricing is better than the internet with a personal touch that is unmatched.
