Went to find a coloring book for my mother. The clerk at check out kindly directed me, or I would not have found the books. Decent selection and on sale for 30 percent off. Not busy at two in the afternoon.

I love this Joanne Fabrics. They have a wide variety of fabric choices compared to other Joannes stores Ive been too. The customer service is so nice compared to the other Joannes Fabrics I go to that is closer to my home. Its worth the longer drive because I dont have to deal with the rude ignorant women who work in the Saugus Store location.

Love Jo-Anns Fabrics great sales on yarn and fabric. Employees are very pleasant always a fun trip

I am brand new to sewing and using a sewing machine. The girl behind the fabric counter was super helpful (even thought I asked a billion questions) and she answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. Wasnt sure what kind of thread to use on my sewing machine and she guided me to the aisle and helped me pick out the best one for my machine. As a new sewer, I was very lucky to have someone so helpful!

Betty helped me tremendously yesterday at Joann Fabric in Middleton .I had a glitch in my sewing machine. She corrected it immediately andwas extremely helpful to me. She was patient and very kind. Shewas very thorough. I wish every company had an employee like Betty.GREAT customer service!

Cool place has a bunch of different fabrics and lots of art supplies. The people there are also friendly and its overall a great place.

Staff is always helpful in helping me find what I need. Prices are ok. I get a coupon forc1/2 off AFTER I buy everything I need so that never does me any good at all so I kinda feel like Im getting ripped off a bit. Makes me lean toward finding the product I need online without the hassle of driving to the store and possibly finding a coupon online ahead of time

Amidst covid, everyone is pretty terse/short tempered. Two of the associates I encountered were spiky - getting fabric cut was like 10x worse than it had to be; everyone else was okay and check-out was a breeze. Just because we live in the covid era does not license anyone to treat the public poorly, or, like we owe you something because youre working retail and more at risk (?).Everything that I needed was in stock! Ill definitely go back, and hopefully have a better buying experience.

I can usually find what I need for crafting and sewing at Joanns. Since the pandemic, their selection of fabric is very reduced. Hopefully that will change when the fabric companies ramp up production again.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I gave 4 stars not 5 because I wasnt able to find holiday fleece without characters on it after calling to make sure they had it before driving over.

I went here for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised. I have never purchased fabric before so I had no idea what I was doing. I was pretty happy that I was treated very kindly and I would go as far as saying that the people that work there went out if their way to make sure that I was okay with my project. I might become a crafter after all.The store is very easy to find, well organized, and clean.

Very small unorganized location. Lots of bare shelves and piles of fabric everywhere.

Great for crafters interesting in sewing, quilting, and other fabric crafts. The rest of the store is lacking a little, with empty aisles and more kitschy items than crafting supplies. Theyre also a little pricey, considering most of the items they sell could easily be bought at a dollar or discount store. However, they do have good sales and coupons that can make the trip worth it every once in a while.

Great store but selection for some type of project doers tastes are hit or miss.

Took sewing classes at the Middleton store. Betty is a great teacher! I learned more than I had anticipated, and shes a great storyteller too. The store itself is in a great location, well stocked, and has knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Was able to find everything I was looking for. The cashier was more than helpful! Very kind, very pleasant! I went to the Middleton store, will shop there again!

This store has a good location. Maybe needs a facelift inside tho. Large assortment of fabrics, threads, etc. Was able to get exactly what I needed & used 2 great coupons!!

Great products and sales but Good luck finding someone to help you. The lady who checked me out was very nice but i went back in because i thought i left something in the store, was told ya its probably sitting around somewhere, call the store later. They couldnt just take a quick look for it behind the counter. I asked if she could ask the lady who checked me out, was told i had to do it myself and she was at the fabric cutting table. Went over and no one was there. Completely unhelpful.

I have been going to Joann Fabrics for years. Yes, they have fabric of all all kinds. They have yarn, knitting needles, beads, findings and string to design your jewlery, frames and a whole lot more. The staff there are very helpful.

At first I was quite disappointed that the fabric I wanted was shown as available on-line but, in fact, was not when I visited the store. However, Ginny,who was working cutting fabric, made a huge and time-consuming effort to locate and have the fabric shipped from other stores. There was also a mistake in the price that I only discovered the next day. When I called the store the mistake was easily corrected. Good job!

Great sewing needs

I love coming in to buy things for my projects. Their site is always easy to navigate as well in case you want to make sure they have what you need before arriving to the store and employees are always helpful.

Not pleased. Not sure where alot of their stock came from. Very pricey. I wont be going back there anytime soon

Although Jo-Ann s has an excellent array of products, this particular store could use better management. I visited this location after looking on the Internet and seeing that the store had 24 of the item in stock I wanted to purchase. After checking the shelves and not finding it I consulted with the assistant manager. She was unable to find the item out front and told me the stockroom was packed to the ceiling so finding it in a box was just not going to happen. A complete waste of my time. I went to another Jo-Ann s and the item was on the shelf.

They had all the knitting supplies I needed and was impressed to find well informed workers who could answer my questions.

The one on route 1 has better selection

Joanns always has sales and coupons, the staff is always knowedgable and helpful and will humor you when you gush about your sewing project.

They have all kinds of classes, along with materials for crafts

Staff was very helpful when I asked questions. Some areas were messy. I went on a Monday afternoon. Fabric area was well staffed and seemed to have sufficient choices for crafters and sowers.

The store smells ugly like something very very old, needs urgent update, I felt very uncomfortable. I thought because the store is in a nice area the store will be very modern and new but not. I won’t come back there.

Lots and lots of fabric, yarn, and more. Well educated staff. They have classes for every level, yet I havent taken one.

This store failed miserably for same day delivery. I expected these items prior to Mothers day, not two weeks after. Im beyond disappointed and frustrated they would even contact me for pick up. GFU.

As with most Joanns, the home goods section is starting to outweigh the craft supplies and fabric, but I found what i was looking for and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

You have to press a button to wait for a cashier. Slow time of year but thats just crazy. But they had the yarn I wanted, I ordered ahead and it was waiting for me for pick up.

The manager Mandella is very rude and made me feel very discrimated. I dont know how she has a job in customer service. The staff is really sweet but until management changes friends, family and myself will bring our business elsewhere.
