Friendly, knowledgeable people. however, check your receipt before you leave the store, as I was overcharged and will have to go back, which no one has time for these days.

Sherman Williams is good. Middleton is by far the best location for customer service. Everywhere is okay but like plain apples compared to a Carmel apple.

Great store with top quality products and service!

Walked in the store today around 10am. Waited in the entrance for 15 minutes before someone came from the back of the store. He started assesting another customer. After he was finished I asked him a question about paint thinner. He told me they were out of stock unless I bought 5 gallons worth. Not a big deal but he had a bad attitude. Then I informed him I need a tip for my spray gun. He opened the area to get the tip out and then after a few seconds tried to rush me on what tip I needed. I could tell he was in a bad mood by his demeanor. Im a loyal customer and felt totally disrespected. I will think twice before going back in and take my business elsewhere.

Staff was knowledgable and friendly. I was in last on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. My paint was ready very quickly.

Active considerate attention, and offered help about colors after asking questions about the project -- he listened first.

Not acceptable for local retail practice to send a consumer out the door with extremly dented can of stain costing $60 a gallon and when I question, getting excuses rather than this should never happen.. guess its easier to send it out the door with your customers...smh
