Quick check in, fixed what was Needed to be done, didnt take advantage or over charge.
I called to have the software module in my 2012 Forrester updated to accept Seruis XM. I arrived at my appointment 2 weeks later and was then told that Subaru does not make that part any longer. My husband is recovering from stroke and I had to get care for him to make my 8:00 a.m. appointment.They had 2 weeks from my initial contact with them. Why didnt they call to tell me that prior to my appointment?
An oil change took almost 3 hours.... this is every single time I go to this subaru. Not to mention, the staff is rude when you ask how much longer.... just let me do it. Id have it done in 30 mins. How are things this messed up???????????
I had an issue with my car after having service there a few days before for my car. I didnt know if I was going to have a difficult time getting this issue resolved. My son and I like going to this dealership for service for our cars because we dont feel like they take advantage of us. So I drove over on Friday and met with the manager and it was resolved, without an issue, immediately! I was satisfied and drove happily away.😊
I took my car to have it checked and it came out with a broken back light and they did not fix anything bad service for the price they charge
