I have a high end car that needed the oil gasket and oil gasket cover replaced. I drove 40 min to UNTOUCHABLE TOWING because I trust the work that they do. They performed the work in a timely manner while taking care of my car. Ive brought my kids cars there for service before but never mine. After the work they showed me in detail what they did and why it was done. Ill never take my car to the dealership again!

Charles was fantastic! So helpful. First time I didn’t feel taken advantage of by a mechanic. I was told by another shop that I had blown a head gasket when in fact it was just a coolant hose. Car was repaired in one day and running great. Will never use another shop!

I always come here for my oil changes, and they are so quick and efficient. They always take care of me. I use Groupon, and there was an issue on Groupons end and without hesitation, they did my oil change, no questions asked. The owner Charles is a life saver indeed! We went to visit my son at his college in Hartford, CT. While trailing him near Middleton, CT, his car stops working while driving on the highway. It was so dangerous! We were able to pull over safely at a gas station. Charles has a towing company and auto repair! He picked up the car, gave us all the best options for my son’s car! My husband, ex-husband, and myself had to all talk it over and figure out how we would approach such a big job. The oil pan had oil in it but the oil was no longer filtering through the motor, and motor locked up. He allowed us time to figure it out without pressure, and held the car with no charge. We lived in NJ, so we were lost as to who to trust and he assured us by letting us tour his facility, and most of all he waited on us after hours to greet us personally so we could feel secure that our son was in good hands. I called a total of 8 different mechanics and repair shops a day in April of 2021. I was looking for an appointment the same day or the next after a long wait time and a major issue with getting a tire issue fixed that day.I called and was given a next-day or even same-day opportunity to get various tire issues fixed by Untouchable Towing and Auto Repair. This is a company that I would recommend for anyone to use, one of our trucks broke down next to the side of the highway. It was over a weekend on a Saturday and in an hour these guys were out there towing my truck back to the location were I wanted it. There is so many companies that are closed because of COVID, but these people went out and did a great job helping me out in a crisis. Price range was decent to pay and after all they are really nice people, and got my truck and men back safely to our location.

Untouchable Towing is just that! Untouchable in response time, knowledge of service, quality of trucks and customer service provided. Truly felt like a personal friend answering my call and taking care of my needs while providing the assurance that everything would be taken care in an unfortunate situation. I called them to tow my car after it suddenly stopped working at a traffic light. They were prompt to arrive. Once they examined the car in workshop they found loose screws from prior work as a cause. They said it was easy fix and didnt even charge me for the repair!! I just paid for towing of the car. Very professional and honest team... I had Charles, Ryan and Nick help me...I highly recommend them!!

Called this company out of the blue from a google search, as we needed a local mechanic in the area to do inspection on a vehicle we were purchasing from a private seller. We drove 3 hours from NYC and wanted to be sure we were getting a good deal. Charles was more than happy to take the time to do it. We brought the vehicle by and he immediately had his team come over and check it all out for us. Was totally honest and friendly (something we are not used to here in NY) He was so great and helpful that we are actually going to drive back the 3 hours to have them do some work needed. If you are in the area and need your vehicle serviced this is the place to go!!

I called to get help for my husband when he was in the area on business. Our business truck wouldnt start and he needed either some starter fluid or a tow to the dealership. The driver came quickly and tried the quick start fluid (which didnt work) and then towed the truck to the dealer about 10 miles away. The reason I didnt give stars is that the charge for this was $300! We had no other real choice so we paid it but I would recommend asking for the price before using their service. I felt that their rates were very high.

My car died unexpectedly today. After getting it to the mechanic shop we found out that the engine had actually seized on it. At this point we decided that it wasnt worth the money to replace the engine so now I had to figure out how to tow it to my brothers house until we figure out what were going to do with it. I called untouchable towing and they were fantastic. I had very quick and easy service with them. And I was able to pay over the phone as I wasnt with the vehicle at the time of towing. I would highly recommend using them and will definitely keep them in mind in the future should I have any other vehicle problems.

I needed a 20 truck body moved, they did it quickly and the driver was very skilled and professional. Even on muddy ground, he managed to get the body placed exactly where I wanted it, within the inch!

They tried to trick me into getting a new air filter! They showed me a super dirty filter & tried to convince it was mine. The thing is I had just gotten a new one (white colored) a few days earlier; the one they showed me was blue! Come here only to get your oil changed but nothing more.

We were returning to Florida from Massachusetts in our 32 ft motor home towing our car. On I-91, we lost power as no gas was being fed to the engine. We managed to get to the side of the highway and contacted Good Sam. They arranged for Untouchable Towing and when they came with their incredible tow truck, they hooked us up with professionalism and compassion and speed. Since it was Labor Day weekend our options were few. .Charlie kindly allowed us to stay in our motor home providing us with electricity and water.On Tuesday, his mechanic Nick did a troubleshoot and it was decided that we needed a fuel pump. The work he did was exemplary. His work ethic is such that he worked late and came in early to receive ordered parts. I needed a tow for a flat tire on Dec 23rd- one of the busiest driving days of the year. I had called 2 other tow companies - one would be there for over 4 hours and the other accepted but shortly cancelled. Untouchable towing sent someone immediately and was there in 10 minutes, drove me to town fair tire and got it replaced quickly. If you need a tow and you need one fast, give them a call.

Our 2000 Corvette sent a Service Column Lock error and we couldnt drive. We called and this guy talked us through releasing it. If that isnt the BEST service ever, I dont know what is.

Charles worked on my oil change a few days ago and he is an awesome guy. Very professional at what he does and super nice. He not only did my oil change, but told me things he saw about my car that needed to be fixed to better myself on the road that may be dangerous for my vehicle if I kept driving it. None of the guys pressured me into fixing anything on my car and gave suggestions that were super helpful considering I know nothing about cars. I would highly recommend the company for oil changes, fixes, etc.

The best oil change Ive gotten. Treat you like youre a friend of the family. Really felt welcome here and good quality. Just heads up two companies in one so little confused which door. theyre really accommodating and dont try and scam you with BS Valvoline does. Theyll check over your car seriously and will tell and show you what maintenance or works needs to be done without filler drama others do.

These are some of the nicest people! My car died in the middle of the highway and they were there super fast, and Charles even called with an update from the driver while he was enroute. All the guys there were very professional and very sweet, and I was very impressed!!

Stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. Had a vehicle unfortunately towed by them from police and the Apple Watch that was without a doubt sitting in the passenger seat was missing after we got the vehicle back. When the owner was called by me he said “I remember you” and went to go on “you’re the type of person..” duh he remembers me. He stole my 600 dollar watch. And how can you tell me that what type of person I am when you’ve had little to no interaction with me? Why become so offended, rude, and aggressive if you didn’t do anything wrong? Vile. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Even if they didn’t steal the watch, their strong reaction to being asked about it is enough.

Charles was a great help with my boyfriend’s car! Everything was taken care of on the same day and he was able to get us the best deals. I would highly recommend him. We will definitely be coming back for car work.

When I called they quoted me a ridiculous price of almost $600 when I price compared was double than other tow services on the area. When I said politely that their quote sounded high. He said “I don’t make no sense.” When I said excuse me did you just say I don’t make sense? He then just hung up on me. I’ve been dealing with tow services for many years in my business and this was one of the worst/rudest experience.

Really awesome guy, worked with us when we got our RV stranded out of state. Very affordable when other places werent going to help or would charge an arm and a leg.
