Excellent buying experience (once it finally arrived!) for my new 2021 Mustang Mach E! Vehicle purchased was supposed to be certified. Apparently the definition of certified is different here. The vehicle purchased was washed but that is about it. Be careful. Also the warranty that they sell is VOID IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. Please do the numbers. Cost of the warranty versus the inflated cost for services completed by Middletown Ford. The sales rep will tell you one thing and once your paperwork makes it up the chain, the deal will change because the rep is not authorized to do hardly anything. The sales rep will say, I can get you an extra key, that chip in the windshield will be fixed just bring it back tomorrow, or the actual cost of the warranty is X, the rest is just mark up; I will give it to you at cost, etc.In response to the reply from the dealership, I stand by my review. If the vehicle I am referring to was certified, then that further shows shame on your program. This review was to let others know and those I come across first hand and through social media. I know the vehicle can be taken to any Ford dealer, didnt say it wasnt. What I stated was that a customer can have brakes put on by you for $525 or another auto servicer for $300 for example. After several repairs at a Ford dealership, you will have exceeded the cost of the extra warranty. Why not scrap the warranty and get repairs at your choice of servicer instead of buying a warranty and paying higher cost for repairs to not void the warranty. My name is not present because I accompanied my daughter on her first high dollar vehicle. She is happy with the car, my post refers to flaws that would have been taken care of if it was truly certified. For example, a chipped windshield, an oil change, weird stickers on the windshield, etc are items that should be taken care of in the program and/or before sold. They were not. My daughter is an introvert and just takes it, I on the other hand will continue to let everybody know. Even if I have to wear it on a T-shirt.

I have bought three cars from Terry Craycraft in my life and everytime he manages to get me a great deal on a great car. He knew I was in the market for a different car and as soon as my new ST rolled on the lot he gave me a call. Everyone there was great to me, got me a great deal, and the perfect car

We took our work truck there to be worked on. Once we got our truck back we began to have so many issues. Truck broke down multiple times and each time they would come get the truck and fix it for it to break down again. They are not quick to get anything fixed. We have had to get a rental truck all this time they have been working on our truck. If you want good and fast service do not bring your vehicle here. They take their time on everything and will NEVER return your phone call when you call for a update on the progress of the vehicle being worked on and thats if you even can talk to anyone at all.

Use extreme caution if you are doing business with this dealership! On Sept 23, I was the first customer to click on a used truck. I placed a $1,000 deposit to hold the truck until Tues, Sept 28 as I was awaiting insurance proceeds to purchase the truck. The deposit was accepted & they texted me a receipt showing price of truck, as well as receipt of my deposit. Our sales person, Terry Craycraft, was wonderful to work with. To continue the story, on Monday Sept 27, I received this message from Terry: “I look forward to meeting you at 11am Tuesday, Sept 28 for the delivery of your 2008 Dodge Dakota, & I’ll see you tomorrow…” At 2:33 Monday afternoon I get a note from Sales Manager, Willy Avery, “if you can’t pick up the truck today, I can’t hold it.” Furthermore, Mr Avery wanted me to advise him my banking information to pay the remaining balance on the truck before I even got there. I was not comfortable giving out my banking information. At 3:28 pm I advised them that I had the funds, and I was on my way. I was advised by Terry that if I got there by 8:00, my truck would be there. My wife & I left immediately, using our Waze app on my cell phone to get there as we are 3-1/2 hours away, so were unable to receive any further communication. At 5:51 this is the text I received from Terry: “Willy Avery, the sales mgr you spoke to, sold your truck. I’m sorry, it was his decision.” We arrived at the dealership at 7:30 and was told that my truck had been sold. We did receive our deposit back. Mr Avery knew I wanted the truck, accepted my $1,000 deposit, knew I had the funds to pay for it, knew I was coming to pick it up Monday night, and sold the truck anyway. We wasted more than a tankful of gas and 7+ hours of our time. Obviously honesty and integrity are not values or virtues of some of the employees, like Mr Avery, of this dealership.

I was put on hold and then after awhile i was ransfered to accounting ??!!. also im alittle disappointed the recall was not done . They had to take pictures and send to Ford so i have to come back ?! I gave them the recall info a head up on that part of it would have been nice, these are work vehicles and its hard to remove them from service and to take time out of ny day to do it . So my overall experience was not great
