They did a great job squeezing me in for a a/c charge and oil change, They were even able to provide me a loaner vehicle to help me out so they could do what they needed while i needed to still be able to work. when they were done they called right away to let me know it was complete and even recommended other services. cherry on top is that they complete each job with their signature air freshener... So first, the girls in the front are totally are totally awesome! They was very helpful with every question I had...was not rude which is refreshing and they was even kind of enough to give my 2 year old a box of toys to play with while we waited for my car. Second I brought my car in to get fixed.. they kept me posted via phone call everything they was doing and very detailed about what they was doing. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and they never disappoint! Anytime I’ve needed work done on my car they always made sure to fit me in and got it done quickly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My battery died and a great citizen charged the battery so I could get to my appointment. Needless to say after my appointment was done the car would not start so I called Super Service for assistance. They sent their van for roadside assistance and got the car running. I followed them to the shop where they diagnosed the problem as a leaking battery. It was leaking from underneath, they cleaned all areas prior to installing new battery. They made sure there wasn’t other underlying issues and everything was in working order. They explained what was wrong and how they fixed it.From start to finish they made me feel like family.Thank you Nick and staff!

I used this shop for the first time for routine maintenance on my BMW. At my request they did a comprehensive inspection and found some expected maintenance that needed to be completed. It cost me a fraction of what it would have at BMW and nothing was completed that didnt need immediate attention. This was a nice change from the BMW dealer that always suggests costly, unnecessary procedures, forcing me to have to figure out what I really need and what I dont. Its a relief to have a reliable shop available to service our vehicles.

Great experience with my first time going to this shop on a last minute repair. Needed transmission repairs and was three days away from leaving for a 16 hr drive to and from vacation. Parts were needed and I was told I’d get my car back end of day Friday just in time but I’d be out of a car for three days. Super Service provided me a loaner car at NO charge and even got my car done a day early! Nick took the time to explain the repair details and came in way under the cost I expected it to be. So let me tell you about my experiences with SSA. My wife happened to be one of Nicks employees which was great. But when it came to getting my vehicles serviced it was always on the back burner. However that’s not the issue here, the issue is the quality of work that I would get. I had a fuel pump and a fuel tank replaced here. The fuel tank was brand new never used. I supplied the part because his supplier didn’t carry it. After the install of these parts the fuel gauge in my Jeep doesn’t work and the hose leading down to the fuel tank leaks when I put new gas in it. I see on his website he guarantees his labor for a lifetime but I would of wanted it done right the first time. So why would I take it back to be messed up again. That specific job still almost cost me $900 and I had to take it to the dealership to get it done right. I see all the 5 star reviews and I’m not saying great work isn’t capable here. Just not my experience.

Very helpful, I came in from out of town to purchase a vehicle and needed an inspection. They performed a cursory inspection and drove it around the block, wrote up an estimate for needed repairs and didn’t even charge me.

This is my new mechanic! Ive only been there once, but they have good prices! $30 for a conventional oil change, $60 for synthetic, and their diagnostic fee is only $50 - much cheaper than the mechanic I was going to before!

I was very impressed with the service I recieved from Nick Gadaleta at Super Service Automotive. I originally went onto a local Facebook group asking for an auto mechanic recommendation. I wanted someone who was honest and wouldnt break my bank. These are some difficult times we are living in and its all about my budget right now. Immediatly I started getting recommendations and alot were for Nick. He reached out to me and listened to what I needed. He had me in the next day with an oil change and brake job and didnt bother me with trying to add a bunch of other services on like most other auto places do. So I highly recommend Nick and his very helpful staff (his secretary who answers the phones and works the desk was also very pleasant)!

Took my truck in for a slow leak in my tire, talked to Nick, which is the owner. Having a mechanic you can trust is the most important thing of all. I needed to replace a part of my air intake, and need a brake fluid flush. They had my car in and out in 30 minutes. I could immediately feel an improvement in my brakes on the way home. The price was good, but the service was better!

Great first experience! I was looking for a good shop closer to home, and these guys delivered. Nick completed brakes all the way around, a transmission flush, and fixed a misfire issue all within a couple hours while I waited. More importantly, he brought me out to the shop, showed me everything he was doing and explained his work. As an added bonus, Nick found a disconnected vacuum line that I never even noticed simply by taking the time to examine a noise he heard from the engine bay. This small repair not only quieted my engine, but will likely improve my gas mileage. Ill start by saying I live a half hour away from Middletown, so there are many other mechanics that are more convenient for me to go to. However, Nick and SSA will be my first choice moving forward. I needed all new breaks and rotors, along with rear calibers on my Jeep and after getting at least 5 different prices, Nicks price was the cheapest without me even telling him what the other estimates were. The shop was busy when I dropped it off so he estimated it being done by 5pm and it was done by lunch time (on a FRIDAY). Doesnt get much better!
