Textbook definition of a shady used car dealer... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They buy junk cars at auctions and elsewhere for next to nothing that have a thousand problems. Read the other reviews, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU about the condition of the car, whats wrong and what has been already fixed. I saw one of their cars online. Called them to ask about it and they said it was in perfect shape, no issues at all. I drive 2 hours to go look at it and what do you know? it had a million OBVIOUS problems, its leaking multiple fluids, it barely runs, the engine is knocking, it didnt have features they claimed in the ad, it shakes when driving, etc... The list of issues goes on... Since I was already there, I looked at another vehicle they had and ended up buying it because it was in slightly better shape and they claimed it had a bunch of new repairs. LIE! It hadnt had the repairs they claimed and I ended up spending THOUSANDS of dollars getting the vehicle fixed before it was even safe to drive. Just imagine... spending thousands of dollars on a car to find out the seller LIED to you and you cant even drive it without thousands more in repairs... If you do make the mistake of buying a car from them, be sure to read the fine print in the paperwork. They offered me a 30 day warranty on the engine and trans and told me verbally: anything goes wrong we will fix it for you HOWEVER, they put in the contract that they only cover 50% of the repairs. So guess what? If your engine blows up the day after you buy it, you will still have to pay THOUSANDS on a car you just bought even though it has a warranty. Here is the list of repairs my van needed within DAYS of bringing it home...1.) Timing belt and kit2.) AC Compressor3.) Power Steering Pump + one of the hoses was leaking4.) Sway bar end links5.) lower ball joints6.) Alignment6.) Spark plugs were shot7.) Air filter was clogged8.) BOTH side sliding doors fell off of the tracks days after I got it home. Turns out they band-aid fixed the door wheels just to sell it.9.) Engine mount - This is what they told me they replaced. LIE! it was completely broken10.) Serpentine belt was frayed and cracking. Had to be replaced along with all of the serp pulleys as they were making noise.11.) Valve covers gaskets. One was leaking12.) The bottom splash guard was missing and had to be replaced13.) the wheel well fender liners were trashed, All of the fasteners were missing and after the drive home they were both hanging down into the wheel well and rubbing on the tires. Another band-aid fix they performed. Both had to be replaced with all new fasteners.14.) Both front axle shaft boots were torn and slinging grease. Both axles had to be replaced.15.) Engine intake manifold boot was torn, leaking air and causing the engine to run rough at times.I dont know about you. But it is completely unacceptable to tell a customer the car has no issues when they ABSOLUTELY know otherwise... They know exactly what they are doing, selling lemons to people, knowing they have issues, lying about it, and screwing people over left and right... Again, look at the other reviews. Exact same situation... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO! Worst vehicle purchase in my entire life and Ive had about 12 different cars since I could drive. All of them used.
I NOTICE HOW THEY ONLY REAPOND TO CERTAIN COMPLAINTS.YET TO RESPOND TO THE FEW WHO DO HAVE EVIDENCE. I bought a car (2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse) from them April 13th 2021. When I looked at it and test drove it. The car had shifting issues. They talked the car up saying oh just drive it around for a few days and it will shift right. They said they had new sylinoid pack put in and that the computer in the car needed to adjust, well I am no mechanic so I believed them. Even worse they gave me a 30 day warranty on the powertrain and transmission. Well I call them the 2 day I got the car home. They told me to take it to a transmission shop here. So I did. Well the shop here with over 30 years experience said that no work had been done on the car. So I called them, well needless to say they talked there way out of it. Saying we will come and pick it up and fix it, last text I received from them was there 45 minites away. but they never did show up. Not even honoring there warranty. The warranty they give is bogus. This place in my opinion needs to be shut down. They are a SCAM CAR DEALERSHIP! The mechanic was the one who gave me the warranty and talked the car up. Never saw a real dealer or owner after I thought about it. I filed a small claims case against them, but they got it dismissed cause I filed in Indiana and there in Ohio. I spent $550 for a good transmission and $800 to have it put in and other work done on it. So I spent $4008.50 for the car, $550.00 for the transmission, $800.00 labor and parts. Roughly broke me considering I am retired. If I could I would give them minus stars. or no stars at all. They will rip you off in a dead second and lie to you. I would like to see them respond to my review. Yet I may be retired and I am an avid video maker with all my evidence text, bogus warranty papers, and other paper work. The dealer/mechanic had his girlfriend write out.
Bought a vehicle off them and had to put $2000 dollars into cuz i was lied to about what was wrong with it was told it was a 50 dollar fix and that part ended up being 400 and then come to find out that wasnt even the problem and ended up having to replace the entire transmission for 2000 i recommend NO ONE buying from them!!!
Great staff nice cars.
This company didnt hesitate to take total advantage of a handicapped and disadvantaged person. It seems they will do anything to get that almighty dollar.
