I have to say that the sales guys and everyone else at Frontier are top notch! I saw a vehicle on their site that popped up through Car Gurus, and I sent a message to the dealership. The next day Jake reached back out to me asking if I had any questions, which I did and he answered quickly. I did financing approval online, and was good to go in less than 15 minutes. I had a very easy and fast purchasing experience, and would recommend them to anyone searching for a nice used car.

This is the absolute worse car lot, ever! The car I got from them didnt want to start off and on. Seemed to be every time you shut the doors. After digging around, I found the battery cable connected to the battery, via a hair scrunchie. The car also ended up having a computer issue, and left me stranded in Dayton.

They did great until it’s come to us getting a key made. Make sure you have no 9-5 job because you have to be there for him to show up one day a week and that’s if he’s not on vacation or shows up for longer than 15 mins. Starting to think we should find a new place. Not very professional at all

Bought a Ranger from these guys a couple of weeks ago and finally getting around to my review. I am reviewing the dealership not the truck. As far as I know the truck is fine especially for something over ten years old.As for Frontier Motors. I live in Indiana (used to live in OH) so this is the first time I have bought from them. My first impression was good. I was expecting a really small bare bones dealer. Dont get me wrong they are not huge but bigger and a lot nicer than I expected. They are friendly and easy to work with. Professional in a down home kinda way. It was a good experience and I really recommend them. For me it was worth the 2.5 hr drive to get to them.

Im from Denver and they got me everything that I needed before I came out to buy the truck. It had a couple of issues originally but before I got there they had them all fixed. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of buying this truck.

Update: I changed to four stars just for the customer service alone. CJ has reached and is working with on my issue and offered the option to still purchase extended warranty if wanted. The cars are priced great just make sure you check everything before. Also, if you have an issue after try to work with them.Be careful on what you get. I waited a month before doing a review. The people who work there are great and nice to work with. However, you may think you are getting a great deal, but may not be true. They seem to undercoat their vehicles to hide the rust. I had my Jeep for a month and it started to reek of gasoline. I took it into the shop and after removing the fuel tank mud was falling out of tank and lines. Also, the entire underneath is fully rusted, but you wouldn’t know with the undercoating. If you buy here, make sure you have the extended warranty. You’ll most likely need it.

I had a great experience here. I had been searching for a used truck for about 9 months. Found 1 that I liked here at Frontier Motors. CJ was great about answering my questions via email, phone, and even a text. I filled out the credit app online. A couple of days later when i went to look at the truck, i called ahead to let them i was on my way. When i arrived, they were pretty busy. But Even with the fact they were dealing with other customers, they had the truck i was interested in ready for me to test drive. They gave me a fair value for my trade in while i was test driving. From the time i said Yes to the truck, to the end of the buying process with keys in my hands and walking out the door, it was barely an hour. They were very easy to deal with. As happy as can be with my experience here, went to one used car dealership before frontier and It felt as if they didnt want to sell me a car. But at Frontier i was taken care of, was able to get the vehicle i wanted. I had been to about 4 other lots looking at trucks. After just getting my school loans taken care of my credit was just under par. Jake was able to help me find a truck and make it happen at a reasonable payment. I would definitely recommend.

After owning my truck for 5 months I am going to give a complete and honest review.The staff are great, nice, professional, and courteous.Very pleasant to be around and well mannered.Now as for the truck, they’re not great. The real low mileage ones are usually from Canada and covered in a HORRIBLE undercoating, I asked about this when I looked at the truck before I bought it and they said the persons they go through does that before they get to them.If you think just because it’s a low mileage truck it won’t have rust, sorry you’re wrong. They’re covered. I asked if they’d put it on a lift for me and they were happy to do so. Inspect every aspect and make sure it’s what you want, if it’s got a bed liner, look under it, or you’ll regret it. I do love the truck I picked but I’m also glad I grabbed their warranty, the starter failed on it 4 months after owning it. Great truck as long as you know what you’re buying.I had a deal when I bought it that they’d also fix the rear brakes as the drums were garbage and the parking brake didn’t work. I had to bring it to them 4 times for them to finally get it done correctly and I live in beavercreek so it wasn’t a short drive either.They get 5 stars for their people, 2 stars for their vehicles, and 3 stars for the experience. My overall rating will be 3 stars as I think it’s more than fair for the quality of vehicle and the services performed. I’ll probably never go back unless they have something exceptional that no one else had, like the truck I purchased, other than that, not a bad company.

Totally unprofessional. Talked to Jake Mitchell there from a quote online. Said he was firm on the price before I even gave an offer and I said I wasnt interested if they dont even want to try to negotiate. Wanted 2k over the HIGHEST kbb value on a vehicle and said they price it at retail price so they can sell you a loan. Even though it would be the same price cash. Then sent LOL when I put in an offer for 2k less so its actually a fair price.Maybe dont hire people who are going to act like pompous jerks once they realize they arent getting a sale from you and I would have looked at more vehicles. Its a weird way to throw away money on a sale.

Couldnt get any help. Was prepared to buy today, but none of the trucks I looked at were on the website, and everyone was too busy to answer any questions. Really disappointed. One guy tried to help and unlocked the truck for us, but then we never seen him again. 1 hour and 23 minutes later, we left. I was so hoping to drive that truck off the lot today.

On April 27, 2020 I purchase a 2010 F150 from frontier motors. The following morning of ownership after starting the car up the check engine light came on. They’ve allegedly replaced a fuel pressure switch however I was never handed a repair ticket for the work. So I cannot confirm. Today 5/26 the first warm day where AC Is needed... low and behold the Compressor DOESNT work... now they want to charge me to repair a issue that should have been checked before selling it... Byers beware.... good deals are too good to be true at places like this. Shame 👎🏼

I found my rare-ish manual trans 2015 Mazda 3 that I wanted at Frontier. It was previously a repo, sold at auction, so I poured over the car, even took it to a local mech inspection place, and Jake was awesome and understanding about the whole process. They were asking a bit much according to my market research, so Jake asked me how much I wanted to pay. He went inside to crunch some numbers, came back out in 5 min and said deal! I said, out the door means, actual drive away cost right? He said of course, and sure enough, he even meant including tax/title!! I was shocked and overjoyed. Frontier Motors was EXTREMELY unprofessional and deceptive. The staff there also had poor communication. A FREE 4 year warranty was promised to be included in the price of a vehicle that was SUPPOST to be ONLY $13,500 and they ended up trying to get me to pay $18,500 for the vehicle because they were charging me for the warranty that was PROMISED to be FREE by a fellow employee from Frontier Motors. I will NEVER return to Frontier Motors nor will i refer anyone to them! Stay AWAY!

Not only was the car buying experience top-notch and seamless, but the care Ive received afterward (free repairs, quick responses to questions, professionalism from all associates) was incredible. Ive worked with quite a few dealerships and none have left the impression that this one has. One recommendation: invest in new computers for customer use. On Saturday, I had the manager tell me he was going to purchase my vehicle from me. Came back today (the following Thursday), would have been sooner if it werent for work, for them to tell me they are not going to purchase it due to personal reasons. I took time off work to get this vehicle sold because this place gave me their word they were going to purchase it. I did everything on my end of the deal, they did not. Never doing business here and recommending friends not to as well.

Okay, first off... This is an amazing car dealership. They worked so much to get me into the car I wanted. Walked in expecting to get bombarded with sales questions and found that my space was well respected. Ryan (my sales person) walked perfectly the line of giving me the information I needed and the space I wanted. They worked well with my credit union and took care of all the paperwork. At the end I the sale the owner of the dealership himself came over to shake my hand and thank me for the sale. All of the vehicles they sell are inspected and carry a warranty. This proved to be very handy when an unforeseeable issue in the vehicle left me stranded. They were eager to correct this issue promptly. My vehicle is running strong and I love it I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
