The steaks were fantastic, as always. The Coburn Farms French Onion Dip is the greatest in America (compared to the 8 brands available elsewhere in Middletown). Shelves well stocked, fresh vegetables looked good, too.

Found everything I needed. Patty is the bomb. Shes so helpful. The whole staff is great and always welcoming.

Large selection clean store decent prices bag your own groceries

Alright to save a little money. But tedious having to take your groceries out and put on conveyer then cashier rings up your products and puts into a new empty cart. Then you pay for your purchase and go over to a wall with empty plastic small shopping bags. Then pull everything out youve purchased and bag all of your items yourself then load them bag into your cart and take your cart out to your car! NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR THE HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED TO SHOP! Price wise is better than Krogers but you OBVIOUSLY get what you pay for!

Hadn’t been to Save a Lot in a long time. Grabbed some basic items. Bell peppers were moldy. Bag of russet potatoes were moldy and smelled awful also. Very disappointed. The mushrooms were fine. Check your produce before you buy.

Thieves. I exchanged a propane tank two weeks ago. I finally had to use it last night. Well it leaked propane on 2 separate grills. I asked them to exchange it. It was still full. The owners son said absolutely not if I didnt have the receipt. I dont save grocery receipts after two weeks. He called daddy and was told not to exchange it even though he could see I had gotten it from their store. If this is the customer service you want in a store,then this is your place, so they basically stole my 18 dollars and laughed in my face

Good non-name brand foods, only ok atmosphere and organization.checkout is slow, employees do not seem to enjoy their jobs and bagging is stupid because area is too small for multiple customers to bag n go. only one person per family in bagging area please! 2 or more customers for same purchase and children at bagging area is too much commotion and creates longer wait for others to get out

Clean store they have things in stock but the prices are getting high so the meaning of SAVE-A-LOT doesnt mean anything when the prices are going up. Ill go back to Aldis from now on.

Old school local grocery. Mostly off brands, but rarely crowded and inexpensive alternatives, specially for folks o a very tight budget. If it closed the west side of Middletown would be a total food desert. Bag your own. Its not trying to be Kroger.

Store is clean, shelves have been rearrange making the store easier to navigate through. Staff is friendly and on a first name basis with most of its customers; thats a bonus in my book..

As I am sure alot of people wish this, I wish they had more variety of things, however I am giving them five stars because of how polite everyone is and how kind they are to my autistic child and how they was so patient. I walk two miles nearly every day and shop here. Thats how great it is.

Nice save a lot. Ever time I shop, Everything seems stocked up. The employees always seem to be actually working and filling shelves. This save a lot has a great selection of frozen food items. I love this as I tend to buy a lot of frozen items.Nice job!Go team Middletown save a lot :-)

A nice little grocery store to go to if youre looking to save a dollar. Some name brand items and not known items. But you can save a good deal of money. However I would not recommend buying your fruits or vegetables there. They can be questionable.

Youre herded through a single gate ike a cow before you can go shopping. Youre not allowed to bring in backpacks, large purses, or bags of any kind. Have a good stock of off-brand items but check the dates to make sure theyre not expired. But the cashiers are exceptionally nice and friendly.

Its save a lot. Pretty much the same. Limited selection and the service is hit or miss but, when I go there its usually because I need to shop cheap and the low prices make it easy to save money.

Clean facility. Low prices. Staff mostly was helpful, except for one rude stocker/cashier. Overall, it was good. And the selection is agreeable as well.

Save A Lot has remodeled their store, therefore, raised all their prices! Very disappointed.
