Exceptional service. While vacating in the Catskills, needed to get my hearing aids repaired. Made an emergency appointment and was able to get repaired the same day. Staff was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, they reprogrammed my hearing aids to help me hear better at parties.

I dont know where to start to tell you I have never met a bunch of nice people that genuinely care about their customers--I take my father there for his hearing aides and the entire staff is so wonderful and treat us with total respect going above and beyond what is required of them.I would highly recommend this place to anyone that use hearing aides!!!!

Great service. They listen (no pun intended) to your needs and dont hesitate to spend whatever time is necessary for your satisfaction. They seem to understand your hearing problems and how to address them. Cant go wrong here, though aids are pricey (that is true everywhere ).
