When a company salesperson screws up & sends you to the MA/NH border to a supplier & then is untruthful about it to their employer…when the salesperson makes up a story to cya… when a company fails to follow through on contacting you & making a written promise to handle your need on an urgent basis….what do you do?You make sure to let others in need of a stone countertop where not to go! You make sure to tell your friends of the worse experience you’ve had with a supplier/contractor!Was my demeanor crisp in my last conversation with 1 of their sales people? Yes it was. Was I rude? No. I was being honest that I doubted they would follow through And I was correct!
