GREAT service department! I question some of the negative reviews below, as I always have a fantastic experience with the service dept. They never try to sell, actually, they offer cost saving options, and went so far as to tell me, I was over-servicing my Polaris quad. Quick turn-around time, friendly and professional service, so much so that I bought a 2020 Polaris Sportsman from them last year.

This visit was for an inspection on a bike that I had bought from that dealership 11 years ago. Gary performed the inspection, which passed. I was wearing a summer weight perforated leather that I had bought from that dealership nearly 20 years prior. I have always been treated very well upon each visit and enjoy my time talking and catching up.

Never again!!!! Thieves! Almost $1500.00 bill barely put parts on my machine and charged $495.00 Ill never be back. Shame on them, they just lost another customer. P.S. Zip ties instead of parts now I guess is the norm. SMFHO NO WORK ETHIC

As small as this place is, its amazing. Theyre not looking to squeeze any cash out of you, or pushing you to buy, like some dealers in the other dealerships. They genuinely care about customers and want you to have what youre looking for, whether you buy here or not, whether youre a new or seasoned rider. Their parts department is ok, could use a little work but overall theyre friendly and honest. Ive bought my second bikes so here and, Ill be buying my 3rd and every bike from here only.

Purchased my Suzuki M109r from there. Bill my sales guy is a great person.They gave me a good deal.Very friendly and down to earth people.The owner Gary helped me out restoring my 1977 kz1000.Good people!!!

Cycle Motion is the greatest motor cycle and dirt bike store around! They have everything a rider needs whether you new to riding or a veteran. If your a pro or novelist, they have new bikes, parts and pretty much all the accessories you need to enjoy the ride. I suggest Cycle Motion to everyone, go see for yourself!

The real test of customer service is not when you buy something. It is very easy to take your money. It is when you have a problem that really tests how willing the company is to help you. I bought a Polaris side by side 3-4 years ago from Darren who was very accommodating and helpful at the time. I have been having issues with the unit and it starting. Troubleshooted fuel pump fine, air intake clean, replaced spark plugs....still having the problem. I called the service department to have a brief conversation with someone there about what else to check and get some recommendations. I got Shawna on the phone.....probably the most unhelpful person I have ever met in my life. She said just bring it in. I said the unit is over two hours away and if i could just have a quick conversation with a mechanic about what else to check. She said I am not pulling a mechanic off a job to talk to you. I said i did buy the unit there. She could care less....basically pound salt buddy. Thank you....goodbye..you will never see me again. Nothing more distasteful then ingratitude. Could care less that I spent over 13,000 dollars there. As an FYI....I only leave reviews when I get exceptional service or horrible service. This was the worst and people should know.

I purchased a new bike 6 months ago and broke down the other day. Fortunately less than 1/4 mile from home so I was able to push it. The owner, Gary personally came out the next morning and he found it was a defective battery. He took it to the shop and replaced the battery so I was back riding it home just a few hours later. I really appreciate the service he provided.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I brought my 4 wheeler here to get serviced recently and they charged me almost double what it should have been. It does not take 3.5 hours of labor to fix a flat and hard wire a winch wire. These people are the biggest penny pinchers around. If it actually took 3.5 hours then they clearly don’t know what they are doing and should not be open. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never go here ever again.

Walked in and was treated like I was a ghost. Asked about helmet selections and it was abismal to say the least. Old dusty helmets and their inventory wall had only three brands and all XL.

The mortal sin that any dealership can commit is when I message you ahead of time about a particular make and model, you tell me its in stock, and then when I get there you dont have it.Look I get it you have me as a captive audience to look at everything else you have in the showroom. Its just not a very good tactic for first impressions.

Was not pleased with first impression..I called twice to make appointment spoke to the same receptionist and told me twice they was busy asked if I can come through stated appointment only.. so I called again and the same receptionist answered she stated that Dylan was supposed to call me back idk who he is nor got a call back I was serious with doing business with them cash money to spend..but.. .. they lost the business from me because I went elsewhere.. very disappointed with them and unprofessional.. but very satisfied with my purchase on where I went.

One of the best buying experiences Ive ever had. Billy was great and very knowledgeable. No pressure sales, no over-opinionated staff trying to talk me into something I didnt want/need. They let me test ride some quads and return when I was ready to make a decision. Process from initial visit to final sale was excellent.

One of the best service departments. Gary took such good care of me; difficult part search on an old 91 Kawasaki, but he perservered and found what we needed. Have bought ATVs and accessories as well in previous years. Would not hesitate to recommend. At all.

Wonderful experience! The guys here are very professional the manager is hilarious. They are not like other auto repair places where they keep you in the dark. I was always getting progress reports and they tell you whats wrong with out the fancy jargon. Definately get all your auto repairs here.

Great experience buying my ATV from cycle motion. Darren is an excellent sales man and was very patient with me as I chose the best machine to fit my needs. I have 4 dealers in my area (dutchess/Putnam) and after leaving all of them and driving 30min to cycle motion it was clear to see they are a step above the rest. Ive had service done on my 07 Yamaha V-Star in the past, but this time Cycle Motion REALLY came through for me. I needed a speedometer cable and at first glance they didnt have it in their system. However, the gentleman didnt quit there and decided to check for it under an old stock number and bingo there it was! They were able to replace the old one and do the inspection all in about 30-min. Lets not forget the amount I paid, I felt like they missed something or they really liked me.. These guys saved me and my trip to Americade 2019. Called looking for a small aftermarket part. Young lady in parts say sorry nothing in stock. I need it bad, so i ask would you know of anyone that might have one in stock, reply (no i wouldnt know what everyone has in stock), and sarcastically at that. I dont think Im being to sensitive when I say this is the reason were supposed to shop local right? A simple you could try... im sure they interact with other shops, parts places or small places.I dont get it i guess we gotta shop in Jersey maybe, never had anythimg like this happen.

Nice store/dealership bring small bills at 11am I went To purchase about $60 worth of parts but they couldnt break a $100 bill...........

Bought a very pair of expensive boots which I had no help selecting from there disorganized inventory upstairs. Brought them home. Sat on the bike for 2 minutes in the driveway and put them back in the box to return. Drove 85 miles back to the store and they wouldnt work with me on a store credit or a partial refund and I was trying to purchase other items to keep my business with them. They said they were scratched (all of the boots are from being tried on and tossed around) and bc there was a little dirt spot on the sole that I just wiped off with water. Shame, Ive shipped here for years purchased a 4 wheeler here years ago but wont be coming back.

Wouldnt replace a simple set of fork seals because I bought the seals myself that Ive used in the past. Will only work on your machine if you buy their marked up parts

Called them with simple question in regards to spark plug recommendations for my bike and the guy was short with me and hung up on me. Stay away from this place if their products are anything like their customer service your more than likely going to get a bad bike and bad deal.

They customer service sucks.... i called for my bike to be towed from my home they idiot who came out was supposed to call me to let me know he was no call nothing then the moran mattie calls me says he left ok i will put the key in the mailbox between the door my door is on the right guy comes out again says he cant find the mailbox.... they do not communicate to each other or to u as a customer.... i called again wanting to know what was going on with the pick up of my bike she was very unprofessional and hung up on me..... if u want to spend ur money and treated like s#!t go to them for service..... and i bought 2 bikes from them.... unreal....

They repaired our bike and gave it back, next day failed to start. We have them tow it back to the location where THEY HELD MY BIKE HOSTAGE for 2 months failing to return my calls. 2 months later I pick up the bike - drive less than 1/4 mile away and the carborator started spewing everywhere and they towed me home. DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. Scammers avoid at all costs! they got me for almost 600$ and my bike still doesnt run I had to sell it....
