Staff here is amazing.. I went in with a hurt ankle and they helped me bring everything out to the truck, where i then remembered i had a return as well, so the counter employee ran back in with the return and ran back out with the slip. Professionals would call it above the scope of your roll.

The staff seems to be quite knowledgable. Although they could not find my paint order from last year so it took a couple of attempts to match the color but we did and it ended up coming our great.

Ive used this place a lot over the years and love the quality of the paint. But the last few times have been lacking in customer service a lot, especially this last time dealing with George. Very incompetent and just lacking all around. Very disappointed with the direction the new management is taking this store.
