We have used Caliber Collision for most of our body repair needs. The couple of times we didnt, we regretted it. They have always done quality work for us and kept us informed of the job progress. This is the only body shop in Midland I will use.

When I went for a quote for an estimate they told me the repair time would be 11 days. They had my vehicle for 27 days, at that they lost my key and never cared to call me to ask if I had a spare. They informed me on the day I got the vehicle back and told me they were going to have a spare made. About a week passed and I hadn’t heard from them about the spare so I called. They said the key was sitting on their desk but they weren’t sure if it was programmed that they would call me the next day when the guy that was helping me was back in the office. He never called so I had to call again.

Calliber Collision gets an A+ for quality service and repair! We had hail damage to our truck and they did an excellent repair that was meticulous! The quality of their work was GREAT! Not clear on status of vehicle in the repair process. Had to wait on final quality control checks for 2 days after I was told repairs were completed. Once I picked up the vehicle I still had to remount my spare tire myself. Not a big deal but I’ve never had a company not remount the spare for me.

Easy appointment to do estimate, friendly the whole way, easy drop off. They made my truck look brand new, cleaned it even- without asking. Pick up was easy, pricing was fair. A rare Midland, TX service first, customer oriented business. Awesome place, will never go anywhere else

Can I put zero stars? I will never have another one of my vehicles touch a caliber collision property. Horrible communication. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get your vehicle in the door and then they will say they’re packed with cars with recent wrecks going on and everything is delayed. I even asked if COVID had anything to do with parts not being readily available and was told all parts are easily attainable in a short amount of time since my truck was a popular f-250. Workmanship was “high school project” quality. They told me my truck was done, two weeks after the projected finish date, and it was horrendous. They mounted my gas tank 3” away from the bed of my truck on one side and flush on the other. Crooked is an understatement. Bumper had hail damage still and they had missed that in the initial inspection. Roof paint job still had primer grey showing all over the place. Bed had dents in the side. Roof support rails had rough welding still shown and was primer grey spotted. Told them to try again. A week later, the bumper wasn’t even ordered and the truck hadn’t even made it back to paint after they assured me they were putting my truck on the fast track. It’s been 7 weeks now and still waiting for my truck. Please take your vehicles elsewhere people! They will tell you lies to get you in the door and then it’s too late.

Impressed by how fast they completed repairs. Looks great. And they even delivered my vehicle to my home and returned the rental car for me! Saved me a lot of time. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.

Andy is totally awesome. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are easily a 15. Highly recommend to anyone. The receptionist are awesome as well. Highly impressed and that is coming from a retired us army soldier of 23 years.The whole staff is awesome and you can tell they take their jobs seriously. I took my daughters challenger here after someone hit her from the rear. Jacob was really helpful and generous. We got her car back quickly and it looked perfect. So glad we got a caliber here in midland.

This shop literally lowered the value of my car... After almost a year of being on some sort of wait list, which I later found out they stopped using after changing ownership only after I looked into why I was waiting so long, my car was left with poor paint finish quality on each panel they worked on as well as unfinished repair to the exterior. The interior panels installed incorrectly with a broken trim piece as well, the exterior trim molding which is now starting to unglue on some edges. This was after a few months, and two visits to the shop. The final word from the second visit with a word of a returned call on their pdr guy availability that was never returned... I lost pride in a vehicle which at the time was only one year old.

Had a great experience here, they had my car fixed in 1 week and also I received updates 3 times a week until my car was finished. I would definitely recommend this place for all your paint and body needs!

Let me start off by saying Victor really made this whole repair easier than the last shop I went too. The quarter panel area was into, so I assumed it was going to take as long as other shops but man are they serious about time here. Didnt even take a full two weeks and I was back on the rode. I search for the best body shop in Midland, i asked in local FB groups (WTX man cave etc.) and my wife randomly chose Caliber. These guys are AMAZING! friendly, knowledgeable, will stand outside and tell you anything and everything you want to know. The send pictures of before, during (showing all damage underneath) and will text you updates mon, wed, fri. in addition to CCing you in the emails with the Insurance company. This company carries 100% Transparency. The work was ELITE, communication was by far the best ive ever experienced and the staff was friendly. Work was done fast, but not too fast. ;) A+ body shop, best in Midland i have ever seen.

Outstanding service. When I got my truck back, I noticed a little bit of an alignment problem with the hood. Very minor and barely noticeable. I called Andy and he came and personally picked up my truck from my house and took it in and fixed it- same day. Show me another shop that would stand behind its work that readily, and I’ll eat my hat.Would recommend 10/10.

So I never been in a accident before, and I always thought the whole thing was going to be confusing and strenuous . But Andy helped me out with any question I had. Horrible communication and service. I understand that my vehicle was a special circumstance as I had it worked on initially at a Caliber in VA. I honestly thought the sensor issues going on had to do with prior damage. Once I had my vehicle at Caliber that’s when things went south. I was aware that if the vehicle damages that was found not to be related to the prior damage Caliber wouldn’t cover my rental. I get that my issue is that my vehicle was towed by my insurance to Caliber from Big Spring on 07/07/20. On 07/10/20. My vehicle was apparently towed to Ford in Midland but I wasn’t notified until 07/13/20 that Caliber wasn’t able to find the issue so it was taken to Ford via tow. On 07/15/20 at 6:30 PM the manager Michael Diaz informed me that the vehicle issue was not due to previous repairs but going to be serviced by Ford under the warranty. Fine so the next day I called to get things straightened out and at that time I was told that I would be responsible for the tow from Caliber to Ford as well as the rental vehicle for the entire time my car had been in the shop. Had Caliber advised me of the tow to Ford prior to having the service done I would have either had Ford under my warranty or my USAA insurance tow my vehicle to Ford to get serviced and completely cut out Caliber as it wasn’t their issue if they couldn’t even find what was wrong with it in the first place. I would have avoided this tow charge and the charge for the rental vehicle from 07/10/20-07/16/20. As my Ford warranty would have covered both. Just makes me wonder how many other people they’ve done this to before? Communication was trash at this location. I’ve dealt with Caliber before and they’ve always been exceptional that’s why this experience was so disappointing. All this could have been avoided had I received a phone call on the 10th before my vehicle was towed without my consent. It seems like all they wanted to do was pass the buck to someone else without taking responsibility for their poor communication skills. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CALIBER AGAIN NOR WILL I PRAISE THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF MY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! STAY CLEAR OF THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A HEADACHE!!! *NOTE* Caliber reached out and resolved the issues concerning my experience. They were exceptional and very professional. Everything was resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate the chance and time to express my concerns. I’ve changed my rating from a 1 to a 5 because of Calibers corporate customer service. Thank you for staying on top of things. As a customer I’m glad your company cares and takes the time to address even the smallest concerns.

Everything that would be required was explained and the work was complete before the projected completion date. Im very happy with the work done and the interaction and professionalism of the staff.

We got our vehicle repaired around August of last year after the hail storm. Months later I keep noticing sparkles on the windshield when I am directly facing the sun. I ask another shop in town what is it and they asked if I got a paint job and I said yes after the hail storm. I was informed they probably never took the windshield out when repainting. Doesnt surprise me because when I got the vehicle back the FIRST time their were scratches, dust, dirt, and trash all over the inside of the vehicle. I rejected it and they cleaned it but I am still finding glass in corners of the inside and white paint that wont come off. Cant beleive USAA told us this a preferred shop. Never again!

Daughters car went in for front clip replacement. Took 8 weeks. Non-OEM parts that did not fit very well (front bumper cover against quarter panels - awful fitment). Drivers side A-pillar paint was not addressed (damaged in the wreck). Body schutz and paint overspray in the engine bay on several components. Several missing push clips on the bumper cover. I wouldnt be surprised if the insurance company paid for OEM parts and we made up that margin (they didnt bother to remove the aftermarket manufacturers part number stickers).
