Kinda slow. Kept pushing back The date to pick up my car for like a month. But the repairs were great dont even notice it was in an accident.

They do a beautiful paint job but they arent made for auto repair. After picking up my car I returned it. The airbag light was on plus a few other issues. I found shattered glass in the back seat of my car when I hadnt had any shattered windows. The car was returned to me covered in dust from when they sanded down cars. Since then bolts have fallen out from under the dash and there are various other odds and ends that were done but you can tell they were done in a hurry and done poorly. My car was sent there by my insurance company. Again beautiful paint work.

I HAD THE SPLACH PAN REPLACED A FEW MONTHS AGO. LATER I NOTICED IT HANGING DOWN AND PRACTICALLY TORN UP..WHEN I HAD BROUGHT IT IN I SAID BE SURE PUT THE NEW ONE WITH ALL THE FASTENERS! BUT I CAN SEE IT WASNT DONE PROPERLY BECAUSE WHERE IT WAS PUT IN PROPERLY IT TORE AND LEFT THE SCREW IN THE FRAME. AND WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SCREW BUT DIDNT THE SPLASH GUARD WAS IN TACT.

After reading the previous review I decided to call and try to get our recently damaged vehicle (by some unknown inconsiderate individual). The preferred body shop that was recommended by our insurance company was unable to evaluate our vehicle for approximately six weeks. I decided to give front Street bodyshop the opportunity to repair our vehicle. We picked up the vehicle 10 days later and the vehicle looks better than it did before the accident. They are very professional very courteous and I would recommend this body shop over many of the other body shops in town. I believe they go above and beyond any expectations you would require. My daughter and I were very happy customers.

Ive never had to have body work done before, so I was apprehensive about the experience from the start. I have to tell you, working with the helpful and kind staff at Midland Collision was a breeze. My car was damaged, not drivable. They arranged the tow to their location, kept in touch with both me and my insurance, and were patient thru the whole process, answering all my questions. They took the time to do everything 100%. When I got my car back, it looked brand new again.In my opinion, you would be crazy to take your vehicle anywhere else for repairs. 5 stars and I will recommend them to my family and friends.
