Platinum Collision is the only place I trust to take care of my BMW. They did a great job repairing my car after a hit-and-run accident. They were very professional, and my car was spotless when I picked it up. Michael kept me updated throughout the process and even picked me up so I could get my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body repair.

It’s incredible that the service that we ask them to perform still in the shop and not been done the right way and been charged $3450 dls already and we have not been contacted on how things are doing. The steering and suspension still having problems since the beginning, the tire was completely bend toward the inside and your adjuster could not see it, even know I told him about it. I talk to one of the managers and he just told me don’t worry is not a big deal. I know for sure you have a very big problem in customer service.

If I could give negative stars on this place I would, one star is EXTREMELY generous for this place. Be aware of these “5 star” reviews. Customer service here is awful the manager is extremely rude when I had my car back for less than a day and there was already an issue. They towed my vehicle to Rogers Ford BEFORE calling me and letting me know what was going on, to which Roger’s was unable to put the car back correctly.They were blaming Ford for parts being delayed to which I made a call to the dealership I purchased from and found the parts within a couple of days.The paint job they did was TERRIBLE, had to be redone (by another body shop).They BROKE 2 additional pieces of my vehicle that were not involved in the accident and decided, instead of owning the mistake, to give it back to me with one piece TAPED WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE AND THE OTHER WAS GLUED ON because the clasps had been snapped off. I have pictures to prove all of this.This shop gave me back my car with a stress crack in the BRAND NEW HEADLIGHT because instead of installing it properly, they thought it would be the best idea to force it in which caused the fender to end up warped.I could go on and on with the traumatic experience I had with this body shop.Instead of owning what they did wrong, they got upset with me and were completely disrespectful, I am lucky I had an awesome insurance adjuster that fought this battle with me.This shop caused THOUSANDS of additional cost to my vehicle to which I had to take to another body shop to have corrected and they were actually the ones who found the TAPE and GLUE when they were disassembling my vehicle again. The fact that they would do this to a vehicle and give it back to their customer like this is absolutely sickening.If your insurance recommends you to use them, tell them to find you another body shop. These people will disrespect you and your property without hesitation and feel absolutely ZERO remorse.All I have left to say is RUN from this place as fast as you can, if you value your vehicle at all.

Horrible experience. Communication was never a key role with them & the adjuster. I would NEVER get a call back or an update. The insurance said the vehicle was ready & platinum said it wasnt. They did not vacuum the interior. Theyre visible swirls througout that damaged side. Never ever will I take a vehicle there again.

If I could give 6 stars to Platinum Collision I would!I Used Platinum for some body work on my truck and they went over and beyond on my repairs! Took less time than what expected to complete! Recommend this Bodyshop 100%!

Work was great but they can definitely improve on communication with customer. Had 3 missed deadlines and took them a month and a half to get my truck back.Like I stated they work was great just lack communication and took a bit to get my vehicle back.

My vehicle was not drive able after being hit in the right front wheel, Action wrecker towed it to Platinum Collision they got it in and out in a timely matter! There was a time when they had to wait for the insurance to come out and approve more damages, but other than that Platinum was very professional and quality was awesome!! Will be using them in the future!!!!

Good service and experience overall. I was told two days for my car and it took 3, so it wouldve been nice to get a call to let me know it wouldnt be ready on Day 2, but I wasnt expecting them to either. Car was returned cleaned and in good shape.

I took my car to get the bumper fixed bc of a wreck they said it would take 2 days minimum it took a week bc there was a lot of ppl ahead of me but they had let me know ahead of time when I got my car it looked like new I would highly recommend this place they do a awesome job

The complete experience was unpleasant. First it took 3 days to replace very minor parts (rear bumper and receiver hitch, 8 bolts total). This was mainly due to not ordering the parts that were identified as needed on the preliminary inspection and quote. After asking why it was taking so long the answer was basically it’s done when it’s done. Then at the end the price of the bumper had been changed by $150.00. This was quoted on written on a note on the front of the file but at the end I had to pay and the price wasn’t honored. K was told again it is what it is.Horrible customer service after very poor organization skills. Would take another vehicle there again and either will anyone I know. The worst part was the General Manager Brett was the one that wouldn’t make it right.

They are not honest people. When they break something they say it was already like like. I know what was wrong with the vehicle before I took it in. They shoukd at least keep on eye on there employees and inform the customer if something does go wrong. I dont recomend.

Mangers are not customer friendlyWait at first they are until you let them know you are not satisfied with the work and then the excuses come out.They did some work and I was not satisfied with the work it’s been a ongoing thing my windshield was broken by them while they were fixing what they didn’t fix right the first time and refuses to fix my windshield They try and say that the vehicle will never be the same and the lines in the vehicle will never line up again Staff is okPoor poor communication there is NO PLATINUM in the work quality. Go somewhere else save yourself the headache. I now have to take my car somewhere else to fix what they were paid to do

I recently had my Hyundai Sonata in here for repairs after someone backed their pickup into the passengers side of my car. I found the staff to be friendly, and the work on my car to be quality.There was some scheduling issues for when the car would be done, and I did have to call them to get updates. Would have been nicer if they had taken that initiative. Overall pleased with my experience there, another insurance company paying for this. Cant say I agree with the other reviews on here, especially about the girls in front not being friendly. I found everyone friendly, and job was done right. One bit of advice, with Platinum scheduling and missed pickup dates. Dont just assume your rental car company is in contact with them, and know your car rental return date changes, because they dont communicate with them any better. The day I was to get my care back, I drove to Enterprise to return the rental and they drove me to Platinum to get my repaired car. That was the 21st of August, a day away from a month ago. They have failed to return my deposit for the rental, saying I turned it back in 2 days late. They work off Platinums first estimated date of repair completion. So if you are using Platinum, make sure you keep in contact with your rental car company along the way. You dont necessarily have the rental until your car is fixed and returned to you.

Dont take your car there they will mess it up. They messed up my steering wheel an tried to say it was normal wear an tear but they used something on it. The people that work there used the towel that i had in my seat to wipe there dirty hands on then fold it an put it back in my seat like i would not notice. Then they smoked in my car. Had the arm rest all black an dirty from there hands

Was told 3-5 days for my car to be fixed. I’m going on 2 and a half weeks. No one has called me to give me an update like they said they would. I’ve had to call twice to get an update on it. Terrible.

Horrible service and very poor craftsman ship. If you want primer sprayed on random parts of your vehicle, dash lights on that shouldnt be on. Then go platinum collision. If you want a quality paint repair done and customer service. Go else where! I understand that no one is perfect. But even after pointing out the obvious flaws in their work. They told me they wouldnt fix their mistakes.

If I could give no stars I would. They had my car for a dent on the back side door. It took them from July 8th until Aug 20th . My new car that only had 4 thousand miles and never had given me any trouble had to be towed from there . I got different stories on what they did to my battery. Long story short, they screwed up my car and with no apology. Very disappointed

My SUV has low mileage and is a new suv. First off there was tools and nuts and bolts left in my cup holder and on my seat. second they couldn’t even wash the car after all the time they had it at their shop. literally left the parking lot with the guy just throwing the water jose on it. To top it off there are still dents from the hail in my vehicle. Not to mention little scratches everywhere. They wouldn’t even fix the issue of my car not starting which is not the way i dropped my SUV off in the first place not had i ever had any issues with it before. As a business you should own up to your mistakes. Platinum Collision cares more about the money they bring in not the loyalty in customers.

Took my jeep in for hail repair they did not fix all the dents they were also told to look at the freedom top because it leaks when it rain they did not fix anything other than removing the weather strip that i put on there for it to stop leaking very unprofessional shop took the 3k but I still have dents from hail and a leaking freedom top do not use them got to some one else

I had some paint damage and dents on both passenger and driver side doors. Platinum did a good job of fixing it but they messed up part of the paint when they put the new clear coat on. They also re-installed my door badges crooked. How can they mess that up??? I should them the paint that was messed up and they are saying they didnt do it. Then they started to put the blame on me. So I took my car to two other body shops and they both said Platinum did a poor paint/clear coat job. There is even a spot on the top corner of the door where Platinum tape over but, put the clear coat over the tape and forgot to remove it. Again I showed that to them and they said I scratched it. Platinum is full of bs, they charged me over $1400.00 for a few scratches and a dent and the messed up everything else. They also told me their paint jobs have a life time warranty, thats a load of crap. Ive talked to them so many times over the phone and Ive gone up there at least five times. They show me no respect, and they are not going to fix it.
