Used tint world twice now for 2 different vehicles. Aside from great quality work I like the that they will tint just about anything. They have tinted my day cab tractor and cascadia sleeper. Plenty of room to get truck and trailer in and out. Highly recommend

Went here for my Intoxalock. The day I scheduled to get it out I went in early as scheduled. Since I had my baby with me and we had to wait instead of dropping off, they made sure to get my car done SO quickly. I was super impressed. Im glad I dont have to go back for an interlock anymore but if I needed any tint or stereo stuff I would totally go here just for the service itself! Thanks Pedro!

Wasnt really happy with the outcome of the tent Guy at the desk told me it was the way the truck looked before it got there and I kind of understand that but thats why I took the truck in is to change the way it looked

Came here about one year ago and got me in and out. For some reason today, they where busy and had to drop off my truck and wouldn’t be ready til 6 P.M. The guy in front seamed a little rude, quit like if he was having a bad day…unprofessional.

1st time getting windows tinted here. Took a little long than expected but so far it looks good. They do custom audio as well for boats, cars and whatever. Fairly nice staff as well.

Tint world is great and professional. I have not yet seen any peeling on my sent and my underbody lights look great

Great people great customer service awesome at there job

I got a Suntek clear bra installed at Tint World on a 2017 Camaro SS. After researching it I found the Camaro is one of the hardest cars to install the bra on, so I was nervous about it. Pedro installed the bra on Friday and on Saturday I won first place in a local car show. I asked a few people if they could tell there was a bra on the car and nobody could see it! He did a great job, gave me good customer service and I would recommend him to friends.

Let me preface this review with some background. I lived in this truck basically homeless working full time back in California where crackheads, thugs, and tweakers constantly tried to break in. Shes my baby and I worry about her all day while I am working. Im also a Locksmith and a veteran, so I take my security very seriously.Well, all the locksmiths swear by Firstech Compustar alarm systems so thats what I wanted. I asked him to get me the Compustar 7000 Pro model with the GPS tracking, 3 mile range 2 way remote, and set up actuators in my manual locking doors, remote start, door, hood, and roll up door sensors, backup camera, and change the running lights to LED and make them switchable so I could blackout while running.Pedro and team did a great job installing everything exactly how I wanted, and helped me tweak it to get it just right. Its great having drone mobile on my phone so whenever Im away from my truck and worried about her I can check the status and location.They have the alarm powered off of my auxiliary battery bank which is solar charged, but it checks voltage on my engine battery. That way, the alarm will work even if the engine batt is disconnected. Also if it does get low drone mobile has an automatic timer option on remote start so you can start the engine from your phone and it will automatically turn off after 15 minutes to keep the battery voltage up.I lived in and loved my truck before I took it to Pedros Tint world, but now I actually feel safe in and out of the truck and with drone mobile and the nice rechargeable remote its great having modern security features on my 23 year old sleeper box truck.

They set up appointments and then take hours before actually doing the work required. Have you sitting in the waiting room hours after the time of the appointment. They seem to have no concern for the time of the customers and pick and choose who goes next instead of keeping to appointment times. Also they do not provide answers. They give short responses like as if they do not wish to hear questions or concerns.

Michelle at the front desk is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. No manners whatsoever and made the whole visit really uncomfortable. The place was nice and clean, other employees were responsive and helpful but she definitely ruined the whole experience.

I called to make an appointment and they said I could come in in an hour and a half. So I did. She told me it would take roughly 45 minutes. They were done in 25. This is the fastest service I’ve in Midland since...ever! (Full disclosure-I only had two door glasses tinted)I highly recommend them

Front office staff is very nice and professional. Did have some installation issues but they made sure they got the job done right and that I was happy with the results. Wait time for original install and repair were long so plan to leave your vehicle there.

The interior rear view mirror of my vehicle became detached due to hauling some plywood. I was told that Tint World would be able to fix it. A gentleman by the name of Pedro was kind enough to fix it for no charge at all! I surely do appreciate him and Tint World very much so! Highly recommend these folks for sure!!!!

Fast service and EXCELLENT job! We have taken 2 of our trucks to them for the ceramic tint within the last few months and that cermamic makes a huge difference on how cool the trucks stay while they sit in the sun all day. Took my car in at 0755 and the staff got to it right away and helped me choose the right time for my vehicle and was done in approximately 1 hour and did a great job in giving me the best assistance and service anyone could ask for. I needed to buy a piece of mirror tint 6 by 13 and they said $250.00 minimum... so I bought on Amazon for $8.00. I was actually going to have my new truck done in a couple of weeks but, not by them now. RIP offs.

I made the appointment, dropped my Jetta off and 3 hours later I had the perfect tinted windows. I took Pedros advice on the shade percentage and it did not disappoint. Good price and they really know what they are doing.

We got to the shop at 8:15 AM. made sure we were in line and signed everything. Came back to see if our vehicle was done around 2:30 pm Bc nobody called us about an update, and they never even moved the vehicle. Needless to say it was a waste of time and will not do business with them again.

Broke my tailgate, did not finish work, never called me to notify me. Had to drive my car with the trunk open to dealership. I had just purchased my car the night before!! The Monday after my whole experience my company decided to take our brand new perf to get the windows tinted (i expressed my concern to them) they took it anyway since they were the only ones available same day. The perf was returned with a transmitter missing. SHADY SHADY place.

I came in on 10/30/18 to get my windows tinted on my 2015 VW Golf. I came in at 8am and was greeted by Pedro. I came back 2 hours later to pick up my car and I have never been more dissatisfied with a tint job. There were tons of bubbles, the edges of the window tint were spaced from the glass, tons of streaks, ect. The job literally looked like it was very very rushed. Right after I paid, I told the lady at the front of how dissatisfied I was. She alerted Pedro and he came outside to view the job. I showed him everything and told him that the job is unacceptable and was very rushed, in addition to unhappy I was. NOW THIS IS THE PART OF HOW IT BECAME A 5 STAR REVIEW. A BUSINESS SHOULD BE JUDGED ON HOW THEY SOLVE PROBLEMS AND MEDIATE ISSUES. I showed Pedro and he agreed with the poor job. The car was redone by someone who took their time and its turned out GREAT. There is still a couple bubbles but I know if they dont go away, Pedro will handle it. I had to rewait a couple hours but it was well worth it. Thank you Pedro and I will be back for more work. I just rigged up a new work truck and I wanted to protect the paint on the bed, so I called Pedro down at Tint World. They sell a product called Xpel Clear Bra. Pedro and Randy custom cut two huge sheets of this Xpel and did I great job installing it! They took great care prepping the painted surface, then carefully applied the Xpel to the truck bed. They even stayed late to finish the job so my truck would be ready for work on Monday. I HIGHLY recommend Tint World.
