Great customer service... They actually want the vehicles to be repaired using the correct replacement parts, even if the parts are more costly than a non-OEM counterpart.

They are a good shop, so the wait to get in was like a month, but it was well worth the wait!The owner of this place personally repaired my vehicle after a rear-end collision with a semi. The repairs were completed sooner than I had anticipated and I cant believe how well they matched the paint! The repaired section looks better than the rest of the car.One thing I noticed after receiving my vehicle, however, was that the tail lights looked recessed into the bumper. I asked my friends about it and no one noticed. They all said it looked like a brand new car. Still not convinced, I brought it up with the owner and he agreed to make the changes I wanted. He got me back in a few days later and did a perfect job at no extra charge!These guys will fix your car right and they will go out of their way to make you happy with no argument or hesitation. I can honestly say I have never experienced such exceptional body work and customer service from any vehicle repair shop.I recommend this shop to anyone! And it is definitely worth the wait getting in.

Insurance repair took a little bit longer than quoted, but the work is excellent and they made sure the repairs were made correctly. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended!

Took a little longer than expected due to insurance, but they communicated very well with me every step of the way. My car looked brand new and even came back washed and vacuumed.

Im new to Texas and needed someone to help me put my license plate on my car..they told me to bring it by and they would look at it and I did he drilled the holes for the front plate, installed both plates and scraped the window sticker off & put the new one on for me.. Didnt charge me a penny very kind people& friendly service which goes a long way with me being a single women
