I’d say i had a pretty good experience. i went to get all new tires and i left to go to the store across the street while they did it and came back to them saying they tried to call me because it looked like i needed a new sensor in my car and was going to ask if i wanted them to do it. i accidentally put my number in wrong in which they weren’t able to reach me, my mistake! the guy was kinda off putting as he gave some attitude about it and continued the whole time i was there with the side comments about my number being wrong. kinda rude but was kind enough to get my car back in there to put that sensor back on so that was fixed (or so i thought). tires were great and car ran smooth. i got to my destination when i left and turned my car off and back on and the tire light comes on saying tire pressure monitor system. i took it back the next day and the amazing guys Steve and Adam worked quick to fix that for us with no charge and was so friendly and helpful. Steve (works at the front with nice tattoo) was great and had great attitude, made conversation while Adam fixed my car within minutes. both amazing guys. thank you!! i recommend belle tire!

I stopped in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to squeeze me in. They told me it would be about an hour and a half wait and considering that they squeezed me in I had no problem with that decided to go shopping for a bit next door. My shopping trip only took me about 30 minutes and when I got back they told me they were done. They also told me it was free of charge. They were absolutely amazing and I am very grateful!

I brought my car in with the tire sensors working perfectly fine. When I picked my car up it was saying one tire could not be read so I took it back they fixed it and said I shouldnt have any other problems. Now three weeks later all my tire pressure sensors are saying they can’t read the PSI. Would not recommend.

They were great. Rotated tires -that were purchased some others place- not Belle tire- replaced a rear tail light that I bought myself, put a plug in my tire that had a leak and an oil change - all for $42. Great service.

I had to cancel my appointment the day before and was told by the associate there schedule was pretty full the following day but if I could drop off my car in the morning they would do there best to work me into their schedule. I arrived first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in fairly quick so I just waited for it. The price was spot on. I am very pleased.

Overall experience was great. They plugged my tore that had a nail in it within a couple hours. However, the mechanic left oil all over my steering wheel and upon the drive side door interior.

The technicians at the Midland Belle Tire store do excellent work and provide excellent customer service. They handle our fleet with professionalism while also treating our employees with kindness. I am thankful for them and happy to have them as a service provider to our business. Highly recommend them!

They did an awesome job at getting me the performance tires I wanted, and installing them. They even had the presence of mind to use black wheel weights to match my wheels. And did an excellent alignment job as well.

I discovered a nail in my tire just after 6:30pm. Belle Tire was the only place open at that hour and they said to bring my vehicle over and they could fix it. Id been meaning to get new tires but hadnt looked into it yet. They ended up putting 4 new tires and doing an alignment in just over an hour (they closed at 8 and I walked out the door a couple minutes past 8). They may not be the cheapest but their customer service is phenomenal! Ive always said you get what you pay for and this is a prime example. I was very fortunate that they were able to squeeze me in last minute just before closing (I got there at 6:49pm). Thanks guys for being so flexible!

Thank you all at Belle TIRE .my 91 old mother took her van there to have tires rotated and no charge to her and she never bought her tires there but she still had no charge which she was prepared to pay for. thank you again for your great service. she will be back when she needs new tires ..

Great service. Staff was very helpful. I had an issue with a small vibration at interstate speed. They rotated and balanced the tires to find the weights were off. They adjusted the weight and solved the issue. They have been very helpful with service anytime I have gone there.

I bought 4 tires online and made an appointment for 6 p.m. Tuesday 10/13/20 the only appointment left to make for the day. I called in the morning 10/13 and asked if I could come in early. They were happy to have me come in early. I was moved to front of the line since I already paid and had an appointment. I was able to sit in my car. i am handicapped so this was a help to me. Everyone including me wore masks. Super fast friendly service. Great price on 4 tires too. Highly recommend. I will bring my other cars as well. Thank you Belle Tire.

STICK TO TIRES ONLY. I want to continue to love this place, but Ive had 2 terrible experiences in the last year. They cracked my oil filter housing by incorrectly tightening bolts during a routine oil change and did not take responsibility for it, causing me 1200$ in repairs. I also had my brakes done here and during 2 routine follow-up inspections, they failed to identify any potential problems which lead to an additional 600$ in brake repairs. My bad judgement for entrusting them with services outside of tires.

They did an awesome job for us! Very quick too, which is great. We brought in our truck after we bought it used, and they fixed a wide variety of suspension and alignment issues as well as getting us new brakes. A week later we busted our parking brake and they diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Great customer service to boot!

Belle Tire has always treated me right. I have been a long time customer. I keep returning.They offer much more than just tires, but I primarily use them for tires.They are not the lowest cost. I do not negotiate, I am sure you can shop and deal. I just watch for sales and buy when there are sales.

My 19 year old daughter called to get an appointment for new tires for her 2012 car with 83,000 miles on it. I accompanied her to the appointment and was so thankful I did. When Mike, the man who assisted us told her it was going to cost $1100.00 for her new tires, I was stunned. I questioned him on why they would try and sell such an expensive set of tires on a car that is 8 years old. He was dismissive and argued that it would be irresponsible if he didnt suggest the best tires on the market. When I told him he was taking advantage of an inexperienced driver and asked why werent other, more economical tires suggested, he literally walked away. I did pick out more economical tires for her and Belle Tire did a great job installing and aligning them, however we will not be back. We only followed through with the appointment after the way we were treated because she was leaving for college the next day and the tires had to get replaced as its an 8 hour drive. Belle Tire has lost an entire family of drivers for sure. Two more of our cars need full sets of tires and we will not be choosing Belle Tire to do the work after this experience.

I am very pleased with the service and customer atttention I received from the manager Mike at Belle tire in Midland. I took my 2007 Mustang GT/CS to get its first new set of tires. Mike took the extra time to drive it in & out himself and assured me my car would be in good hands. And my new tires look & handle great!

Brought in new take off wheels to be fitted with my current tires. Very happy with process, price, and professionalism of staff.

I got a flat tire when I was out of town. I called Midland Bell Tire and they ordered a tire for me which arrived on the following Monday. I dropped my car off at 8am and the tire was changed and all were rotated by 11:00 am.!! Speedy, great, friendly service.

Service was great. Parking lot looked full how ever I was in and out in less than an hour. I got a front end alignment.

Cant even survice 24s and call themselves the best tire shop. Well get with the program people most kids nowadays have rims that will need worked on yet you guys rather lose money.

The vertic is out. Got tires staff was good at desk. When I got in my car found window down getting new tires why would you put window down. My window will not go up. Wish you would not have put window down. Have to keep plastic on window until can get it fixed. Just a pain and inconvenience. Not happy

I like that they have a nice air pump available 24 hours a day with no charge.

The guys did a great job got my truck right in and very nice crew that works there.

Did not tell me about the ply separations on my front drivers side tire. They wouldnt do an alignment claiming that my ball joints and an outer tie rod were bad and needed to be replaced. Found the bulges in the tire while double checking the ball joints at home. Ball joints are fine.

Once again Belle Tire on Joe Mann Blvd in Midland has provided me with top quality service and tires for a very fair price!! I was in and out of there promptly and I sure appreciate it! Thank you again Mike & Belle Tire 🙂 Always my first choice!!

Called in Wednesday to schedule oil change appointment for Today (3/6/2020) for my 2013 Chevy Sonic. Requested Semi-Synthetic and confirmed that air filter will be looked at and tires will be rotated. When everything was done they put Full Synthetic Oil and never rotated tires. They said the filter was fine, but curious if they even looked at it when 2/3 of the things I requested were wrong. Wouldnt recommend.

Great staff. Had a flat this morning on my daughters car due to a bent that rim that finally gave out. Got the car to their location and they had the tire on a new rim in a matter of minutes. Checked for any other damage to the tire. Everything else was fine. Out the door quick so that I could go see my new grandson for the very first time. Thanks to everyone!

Overall great experience. When I returned to the store for installation (I had purchased the tires in advance), after the tires were on I was informed of an alignment issue, which is understandable. Since the vehicle was already up I agreed to the realignment assuming it would be less expensive here than the dealership. After leaving Belle Tire, I called the dealership to set up an appointment to get my oil changed, and figured Id ask just for peace of mind only to find out it would have been $20 cheaper had I waited the week between appointments and had the dealership do it. I guess Im used to the dealership always being the most expensive for service jobs. All this said, still satisfied with what I initially went in for though - just lesson learned not to assume! :)

Started with phone call, spoke with Ryan. Very polite, gave detailed information and held the tires I inquired about. Upon arrival the work order was waiting for me and was greeted by Ryan. He took my keys, I took a seat and within a half hour my car was ready. I paid my bill and a technician pulled my car up to the door for me. It was like valet service at a garage. Very satisfied, definitely recommend.

I found the tires I wanted on line and did my homework. When I went to the store they confirmed the same information I found for myself which passed my honesty check. I had my other concern checked by another shop I was very familiar with. The guys at Belle tire had the same recommendations and the rate was fair, so they made the repair. Im very happy with the service and warranties I have with my purchase. As long as they remain competitive they will get all my applicable business.

Great experience! Came in with one split tire and three bald ones. Left less than an hour later with four brand new tires for a reasonable price. Friendly faces. Polite employees. Reasonably priced fast service. What more could you ask for?
