Got me right in! Repaired my chip in record timing which was great because I had my young daughter with me. There is a nice waiting area with coffee and a TV.

Had a small chip in my windshield and after they spent 30 minutes attempting to fix it, decided that it had been previously fixed before I purchased the car. The technician explained everything and was super helpful. They ended up not even charging me to diagnose it and refunded 100%. I’m recommending this place to everyone!

They didnt waste my time they told me right away that the warehouse sent the wrong part. They opened my door panel up and found out which part I needed. They tried many times to get the right part but it never came up. TheManager gave me some places to look for the part. When I go back he said he will adjust my invoice.

I visited the service center to have my window fixed. The guys there were very nice. I wasnt able to drop my vehicle of so I had to wait with my 3 young children. The workers were understanding and even brought out popsicles for them! My window stopped working an hour after I left from getting it fixed. They offered to come to me and get it taken care of. I live an hour away so that was very nice to be able to stay at home with my children this time! The guy came to my house and fixed the issue!! My windows been working no problem! Everyone was nice and professional! I would definitely recommend!

My rearview popped off while adjusting and took a chunk of the windshield with it. Stopped in on my break to see what they could do. Got me right in and fixed it in about 15 minutes at no charge! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. 5 stars 10x over!

Dan did and excellent job. He was very informative and explained the whole process to a tee. Even broke it down scientifically which was extremely interesting how much goes into windshield repair/replacement. Highly recommended just from his customer service alone. What a wonderful business! I booked online which as so easy. They were expecting me when I arrived. Took my Jeep right in, explained everything they did and fixed her right up. They put my new wipers on, and explained to me the best wipers for my Jeep. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I installed a new windshield from Safelite. Within an year I saw a crack on the windshield, when I took my car to the shop and the person looked at it and noted in their system it will be covered under warranty, then when they send a technician to my home to fix it, he mentioned it had a crack due to something hitting it and said it wont be covered under warranty. I am not happy with the customer service, why should I replace it again and spend the money to buy poor quality product

I have no words. Got back glass installed. A dent made it to where it couldn’t be put in all the way. He put it halfway in. Told me he’d be back in a week to try and help pull the dent and leave a thick layer of the glue for the window. Never shwowed up. 530 bucks down the drain.

Had our windshield replaced at another company that wasnt done properly. Safelite fixed it properly, quickly, and at a better price. Very happy with the outcome, value and service we received!

Kind employees. Good work. But the price difference is significant. Safelite repair charged me $104 to fix one crack on my windshield half the size of a dime. I felt that the price did not match the issue so I went to the glass doctor in Bay City and they fixed my windshield for less than half that price and that is no exaggeration. I’d give it one star if it weren’t for the kind employees. It’s not their fault, it’s whoever is making up the ridiculous prices.

This our 3rd experience weve had with Safelite. In 2016 while traveling away from home, I sustained 2 large cracks from stone hits on a freeway. Safelites mobile service took care of me FAST and I didnt have a single problem post install. In 2017 My Hubbys Traverse was struck by something traveling on I-75 and it literally shattered with 2 holes and glass sprayed throughout the entire inside..front to back.Unfortunately, last week the windshield that installed in 2016 was struck by stones from a gravel truck and cracked. This time, due to cold rainy weather, I decided to drive it to the Midland, Mi location to have it replaced in their dry & warm environment. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took my car in IMMEDIATELY. Was quoted a 2 hour time frame for replacement and they got me done in 1 1/2 hours. Not a drop of adhesive seen oozing inside or out...the windshield was washed and spotless. No interior smell from the adhesive either. Weve had more rain since the install and not a drop of water inside has been seen. Well be Customers of Safelite forever and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Roy and the guys in the shop were all super friendly they were booked when I stopped in to get my windshield replaced but squeezed me in and I had my car back by the end of the business day! I am forever grateful for getting my car back on the road quickly! Also for making this a quick, painless task when working with my insurance company! I definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I had my windshield replaced at my home. The technician was quick, efficient, and polite. A few weeks later when we got our first rain storm I had a large puddle of water on the floor of my vehicle. There was so much water it got into the radio and put that out of commission until it dried out. I immediately scheduled a warranty appointment. After waiting all afternoon on Saturday for my 12-5 appointment the technician showed up a bit before 4:00, within his window of time. He was understandably tired and irritated that he was over-scheduled, still had 2 more jobs to do, and it was 90 degrees out. When he found out that it wasnt a simple resealing job, that he would have to remove and reinstall the windshield, it became apparent that he had no intention of doing the work. He claimed that the calibration of the collision detection had to be done in the shop and couldnt be done on site. I asked him how the previous technician did it and he stated he must not have done the collision detection. Upon calling customer service this morning they stated all of that should have been able to be done at my house and would like to send another technician out. They offered to transfer me to the local office in Midland. The call was dropped. I immediately called customer service back, because there is not a local telephone number listed that I can call. They apologized profusely and transferred me again, assuring me it would go through. It rang this time, but rang for many minutes before my call was dropped again. I finally have a call back from the site manager, but when I tried to return his call it went to voicemail. I have spent over an hour of my work day trying to sort this out. I have a very busy schedule and cannot merely wait around for hours at a time for them to try to replace this windshield a third time. I am NOT impressed and I will not use Safelite again!

I had my windshield repaired and the crack is spreading again... they will not take a phone call to schedule an appointment. Not sure if they are in business?

I had an insurance claim from my windshield being broken. They came right to my house and replaced the windshield, worked very efficiently. No Mess Around the edge of the windshield, and Im very satisfied with the service. The man working on the windshield was very pleasant good customer service Small Talk skills.

I got my windshield replaced on my 2018 Honda Accord at the shop. They were very friendly and it only took a little over an hour. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they kept pushing the recalibration of my windshield camera knowing that it would likely recalibrate itself. When I told the guy I already spoke to my dealer and they said it should recalibrate on its own he said oh yeah, sometimes that happens. He asked me at the end when I would be making an appointment for recalibration. So they tried to sell me a $300 calibration knowing it likely would recalibrate on its own. Dont try to take advantage of customers!! My camera recalibrated on its OWN and is working perfectly!

Safe-lite is the laziest group of people I have EVER encountered who have some sort of technical skills, they are people who will bail and leave you stranded at the first sign of adversity. Call All American Glass out of Alma MI, they will undercut these guys and provide better service 100% of the time, guaranteed. Safelite give the tech who stranded me a raise because his actions are making All American Glass out of Alma MI money. Safelite has a monopoly and should be broken up.

Excellent customer service and windshield repair work from the technician Bob. He was very thorough with explaining the process and what I could expect. My car is an older 1997 Ford (in great condition) with the original windshield, and despite its age, Bob did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Bob and this Safelite Autoglass location in Midland.

Good & curtious and professional to point out the Broken or cracked parts before installation. Drove to them for inside their shop for R&R vs outside in the cold and snowy weather.

Had my mother take it in for me and it came back with none of the outside windows washed was a little upset considering the automated call service even explains that is part of they’re services and the fact I payed 335 doll hairs 🤷🏻‍♂️

Friendly and fast. Really nice staff and a very professional setting. Waiting room had water and coffee, plenty of magazines, a TV playing the football game, and a kids section with coloring books and activities. In and out in about 15 minutes. Cant ask for much more than that.

Took my Jeep in to have the windshield replaced and got there about 20 mins earlier than my appointment. They started working on it right away, which helped with the wait time before I could drive it. Friendly service and they kept me updated on the progress. Hopefully I wont have to go back but if I ever have a windshield catastrophe again, I will return.

Drove forty minutes from Farwell for this service. Best ever. Took twenty minutes. Cant even tell I had a bullseye chip!! Greeted at the door and was walked through the process. Amazing. Would recommend for all glass needs.

Dealing with Safelite for the last two weeks has been frustrating. While the guys that work there are polite, they are also inept. I was out of town in a rural location when I contacted my insurance company who contracts the glass jobs out to Safelite. I had to drive 30 miles into town just to get a signal. I gave my VIN to Richard at Safelite, who scheduled my appointment. Roy, the manager of the Midland location, called and left increasingly condescending voicemails about needing the VIN. I had no cell service and didn’t get the voicemails for days. Roy could’ve contacted Richard, who works for Safelite to obtain the VIN. Instead, another week was wasted without ordering the glass.Roy finally ordered the windshield from a dealership and scheduled me to come in at 1pm on 7/12. I drove 45 minutes from Mt. Pleasant to Midland to find out the windshield wasn’t there. Safelite could’ve called to let me know not to come in, but instead, I wasted 2 hours and gas for nothing. Safelite then scheduled a rep to come to my house this morning from 8am-12pm. Guess what? No rep. In fact, although they squeezed me into the schedule, they didn’t inform the rep, so I was told I’d have to wait until late afternoon for the repair. I’d liken it to a comedy of errors, but it’s not funny at all.We’ve all seen commercials for Safelite. They come right out to you, at your kid’s soccer game even! But, no, in reality you sometimes have to wait weeks and even drive out of your way to them, and still not get your windshield replaced. I’m very frustrated and disappointed.***UPDATE*** Dave moved me up and is here to replace my windshield. I’m grateful for his efforts. He had no idea what I had gone through and once he found out, he worked diligently to right the wrongs.

I would recommend Safelight AutoGlass in Midland to anyone! I went in right away after a rock hit my windshield leaving a large chip. I stopped in without an appointment and Dan was amazing! He got me connected with dispatchers to help me file through my insurance and immediately worked on my windshield. He was polite and did a great job. Thank you Dan!

After talking with my insurance company and finding out that Safelite was a company they work with but my claim would be less than my deductible I still decided to go to them because my insurance company trusted them. I was given a quote from my insurance company but after giving a Safelite representative a referral number from the insurance company I was treated rudely and told that they could not agree with the quote since they were not assigned my claim. I couldnt have a claim number due to the deductible and called my insurance company again. I was sent to a manager who was very apologetic that Safelite was not helpful and she would take care of it if I still wanted to use them. I felt that I was treated so badly that I to chose to go with another company who see me right a way and treated me with respect.
