The customer service was awesome in the phone and in short notice,, and the lady was aiming to please ... She had confidence in herself and who she was as a bizness women-employee-sales department-the girl knew what she was doing... she also had my truck inspected at one from another guy that was doing it he obviously had what it takes as well, he gave a office quick and double checked to make sure the invintory was on hand. This bizness rocks . Dropped our van off at 8:30, received a call before 9:30am that it was ready. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and courteous! Would use them again and recommend to anyone who needs it!

Had windshield ordered and installed the specified appointment date. Same day service; dropped off car at 11:45am and ready by 3:30pm. Very courteous and friendly business, GREATEST customer service. Cheapest place in town to replace a windshield.

All the reviews are correct. They had my side window in stock, had it replaced in a few hours (faster than they said it would be), price was very reasonable, and everyone there was friendly. Great business!

I took my truck in to have the windshield replaced and I will say beyond a shadow of a doubt, the BEST customer service that I have experienced in years. Thank you for saving my perfectly fine rear view mirror from a poor windshield repair job by another local company. My rear view mirror fell off within weeks of replacing my windshield. The glass company who installed it told me I needed a new windshield. LOL. I came to Flores who glued my mirror back on for a small fee. Thanks Yvette for your awesome customer service by phone and in-person. FLORES will now be our go to auto glass repair shop!

I went in Friday at 10 and they said my new windshield would be $330 and they could do it the same day. They went out to my car and made sure they were ordering the right glass, then I came back and dropped the car off and they did it in an hour. The final price was exactly what they said. And if anything goes wrong they’ll be here, unlike those pop up shops and trailer outfits.

Good and fast Service.

This company is awesome. They are kind and work with you. If you buy your windshield from them, they will repair chips and dings to it for free. My last windshield ended up with 3 dings but never cracked. Barely noticeable thanks to them. Three days after getting my new car a rock cracked my windshield and it immediately ran across my line of sight. But now it is as good as new thanks to Flores.
