I ordered an item online for in-store pick-up at 1pm on a Saturday. I only ordered from NAPA because I wanted it that day (otherwise I would have ordered elsewhere and had it shipped). The website said it would be ready in 30 minutes. At 3pm, still no e-mail confirming the pickup. I called the store and no one answered. Based on previous reviews, they apparently dont answer their phone. So I drove down to the store, figuring I could just pick the item off the shelf. When I arrived at 3:15pm, they were closed. There is no sign indicating the hours on the door, no note, nothing. But their own website and Google says they should be open until 4pm on Saturday. I understand unexpected staffing shortages can occur, but at least leave a note!

This place never answer the phone.not really no motivation.When I buy parts they are last on my mimd.

Im so gracious for this place n utheir employee Victor for helping me n my fiance with our battery p oblem went to orilleys and outo zone and nothing compares to the help battery leaking and smoking n he just help us patiently then so helpful got us a new battery and thank God we are so bless now car driving like new. Thank you Napa

Your typical store a little light on inventory levels but understandably.

I called ahead to check if they had the fuse I needed and when I showed up the lady that helped me over the phone had it at the counter waiting for me. I was in and out quickly. Her knowledge of what I needed was a 100% better than the 3 talking heads at OReillys combined. The OReilly employees didnt even know that a 12 volt plug had a fuse in it. Napa for me in the future.
