Great service, clean shop. Took my truck in before I went to work and they had it done by the time I was out of work. Problems I was having werent completely solved the first time in so I brought the truck back in a second time and they fixed it free of charge. Smart mechanics will be back next time.

Service faster than expected. Allowed mw to lay eyes on the car while on hoist to understand problem better. Fair quote and honest pricing, admitting they would charge more for labor if I supplied own parts. Not happy about that but the honesty is appreciated

Always professional and honest. The guys take their time to get you the best deal. They fix what you came there for, not give you a list of 10 other things that might break soon.

I have been bringing my cars to Tuffy for about 3 or 4 years now. Brakes, mufflers, coolant work and oil changes. The guys down there Mike, Bill and Brad are really courteous and knowledgeable. Always provide an estimate by phone quickly and stick to it. Vehicles are repaired correctly in a timely manner. I like that they show me the problems they fixed and dont try to pile on other work like other shops I have been to.

Took my car in in the morning and got it back just after 1. Thought I had some costly repairs coming but ended up totaling only $123, so Im pretty happy. Planning to take my fiances car in later this week.

Have had work done here on several occasions, but the work usually creates new problems. Not they they cant fix things, but they have a habit of creating new issues. There are better options.

Things seemed to keep hoping wrong while they worked on my vehicle but they kept going until they got it right. It was a long 7 hours waiting for my car to be done but in the end worth the wait and the 45 minute drive to get there. (Drove due to good reviews)

Gave me a estimate of over1,600 for a repair on my exhaust. I knew it was a simple fix, so I took it to Midas down the road and they did the job for 120. Beware of needless repairs at this place!
