I was told I would have to wait a whole week for a diagnostic test, and leave my car at the dealership. Thats insane.
Had to turn my truck in for a warranty repair on the sunroof. They were able to take me as a walk-in, without calling them prior, and even gave me a ride home! Sent me a text telling me the issue should be resolved early the next day, then called me the next day, telling me it was ready! Did the job correctly, and got me back on the road. Would highly recommend!

Why should we have to wait two weeks, leaving our vehicle at their facility, for a diagnostic check? Warranty and monies paying for the vehicle isn’t enough? Does the vehicle and the customer not matter anymore than that?I’ve been a Ford fan and supporter 35 years and was pretty disappointed to have the service guy tell me I have to leave my vehicle because of the two week wait. It’s a diagnostic CHECK.
