Great service on my GMC denali it had a whole frame replacement do to a minor accident but cause quite a bit of damage. Truck is working great and Brent and the body shop team did a great job.

Service department is incompetent. 3 days to repair brakes and/or wheel bearings. Told us they couldnt figure out which part was bad. A novice mechanic could have replaced both parts in half a day. Returned to get door fixed because they already ordered latch but forgot to put it in. Returned to pick up and they forgot to leave the keys in designated place as instructed. Returned the next day. Found door was not actually fixed. Tried to tell me either door or frame was bent and it needed to go into body shop. Went home. Removed latch. Appears to be original part and door closes fine without it. No misalignment indicating a frame or door issue.Will never EVER return here for service.

Fast and efficient service. Cant say with a smile cause they had their masks on. But they sounded pleasant!

The service advisors are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Prices, at least for me were very reasonable. Oil change, tire rotation, and scheduled maintenance came out to around 60 bucks. Will be coming here for service on my car again!

Great experience with all the staff at Garber Service Center, especially with Nathan Antcliff. Resolved multiple issues my car had in a great time and a great price. Communicated great with me as to the problems they found and there estimate was almost spot on to what I was charged (there estimate was ~$50 higher, which is a plus). Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for your great work to everyone at the service department!!

So I have not heard back anything from Garber...I have called several times n Im still waiting to hear when my car will be repaired. At this point Im disappointed!! Hopefully someone will call me asap to at least give me an update.

Shockingly had no results on a problem I wanted them to diagnose. Thats all I wanted then to do...diagnose a problem.

Fast and friendly

I have had my vehicles fixed here for years, and unfortunately had a car that was always breaking down, and Garber has always been reliable and done great work. Ive never had them fix any thing improperly or that didnt last, and customer service is always wonderful.

Ive been told they wont have the part for months, while other places have had them ready to go and changed quickly.

So i bought a 2017 midnight addition Silverado and from day one had nothing but problems with it.and i take it in and nothing gets done they say its in spec ..trans 4 times rear leaf springs changed out at 9000 miles witch knocked out my alignment and now my steering is messed up ive taken it in like 10 times and they say its in spec well come to find out the u bolts all were lose and truck again was out of alignment again rear speibgs making noise took it in again and the put grease between leaf springs...lmao and tightened u bolts and did a alignment but steering wheel off to the right and also hard to control the truck something is wrong with the steering witch ive been complaining about 9000 miles ago ...what a joke garber is ...
