It took a month and a week to just give a diagnosis

Had my BMW turned down from 3 other shops before I was referred here. After talking to Ronnie, I immediately felt reassured that he would be able to fix my car. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning, had it back in by the end of that same day. Very pleased with the quality of work, the price of repairs/labor and the friendly customer serviced I received. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who has an imported car.

I drive a 2000 Volvo station wagon. A friend told me to take it to Littlefield Automotive. So for small or large problems that is where I take go. They are knowledgeable, honest and conscientious. I am always pleased with the service and will continue to take my car to them.

Ronnie runs an excellent operation. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Old guy is very RUDE he will cuss you out and raise his voice when something docent go his way. left my Audi A4 for them to look at it. And when I came back to pick it up the interior of my car was all scattered in pieces all over the car. Car seats up and audio cables from speakers not connected. And under the hood the connectors wore not connected. I told him to give me the car back how I left it. And he argued that he was going to charge me again for just putting it back how I HAD LEFT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. They also charge 170 an hr to work on your vehicle itll be cheaper to take it somewhere else out of town. Since they are the only place that really works with European cars they think they can charge people this much. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

The old man is VERY RUDE. He has no respect and will yell in front of you and your kids. He lacks giving customers the best experience. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LITTLE FIELD AUTOMOTIVE AGAIN. The labor is 170$ a hour as well.

Took my 2014 Mercedes....went out of town for 3days came back informed them i was 2hrs away and would be picking up my car. he stated the part never came....but in initial convo said he would overnight part....call back he said part came and its fixed right after we got off phone...paid $400 plus for service....drove off car still has same issue. wouldnt recommend if you hate ppl wasting your time and money!!!!

Had a bmw 323i with coolant leak took it in to have it repaired the service was excellent from start to finish I would definitely recommend them for your European vehicle service!!!

I called to ask for pricing and he was very rude, and sound like i didnt know what i was talking about. After i told him i already got it diagnosed and i know exactly what i needed replaced. He hung up in my face right before saying that he was too behind and had too many cars to handle.

Old guy is EXTREMELY RUDE!! Hes had my car for over a week and hasnt fixed one thing. When I asked when I could expect it to get done he told me well I told you I was busy, I can see that we arent going to get along, so you can just come pick it up! When he gave me a price for my water pump at $133 I told him ORileys had one for $65 so I could just purchase it and bring it to him. He told me just come get your damn car, I dont order parts from those places. We arent going to get along so just come pick it up. I was very courteous to him and never raised my voice. The RUDEST PERSON EVER!

I dont know about anyone else but the old man comes off as rude but hes really just to the point. They have fixed my bmw and when the problem came back he didnt charge. Hes had my vehicle for awhile now because i lost my job and couldnt pay him. Im going to get it back today and he isnt charging a storage fee. I suggest talking to him about the Texas Rangers that opened him up for me.

Best shop in Midland for imports!, saved 3k compared to other shop in town. Mr littlefield was wonderful to deal with, everyone complaining must be liberal 😉
