We had such a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Midland. The sales consultant, Ariel was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at purchasing. They were experiencing some delays in processing due to computer issues, but the experience was so easy, we hardly noticed and multiple team members apologized for the time it was taking. We stopped by the following day so that they could show us how to use all the features and they ensured we were good to go before we left. We highly recommended Mercedes-Benz of Midland!
My partner and I had a pretty lousy experience. According to finance, protocols were not followed, causing a deposit to be held, when it should have been returned. Not clear if they wanted the deal so bad they tried anything or just forgot about us. Delayed responses, constant changes, and just poor communication, made this the worst experience we have gone through. Internet was constantly “down” and emails took days to be sent. I do not recommend anyone shopping here until the kinks are ironed out with the “new operators”.

My wife and I went in shop for a performance sedan. Ariel Martinez-Nunez greeted us right away. She showed us an E63 S. Her knowledge of the vehicle was incredible. I didnt buy my car at this dealership but they do service my car on a regular basis so Im only going to talk about the service department. The service manager, advisors and head shop mechanic are very professional and attentive. I only have issues with some of the mechanics that work there who could pay more attention to what theyre doing.

The team at Mercedes in Midland made my first MB purchase more exceptional than imagined. I live in East TX but flew to Midland for my brand new suv b/c they offered the BEST DEAL. The weather delayed my travels so I was in a time crunch when I got there. This group of fine professionals accommodated my travels when I arrived to ensure a seamless and speedy process. While they would have loved to show me more features in my new car, they had the entire vehicle ready to go based on preferences we discussed during my travel there to ensure everything that could be ready when I got there was done! The service hasn’t stopped there. I received a call the next day from one of the associates that helped me to make sure I made it home safely. I was a little apprehensive about taking my car to the dealership, cause I had tried to save money. I had let it sit at other places and other people saying they could fix my problem, but not touching it for months. Finally after getting fed up with no action took it to Alderson. I was assisted by Alan Dominguez when my car arrived at Alderson. He made the experience so easy and kept me updated on everything from start to finish. I was so please and will never try that again. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. Thank you all.
I paid $150 to get one headlight restored because it was cloudy and was told it would look good at least one year, but it only looked good the first week and I made sure to ask multiple questions on the process and was said it would look 90% to it’s original. But it did not it looked more like 75% it still had the cloudy look just now clear instead of the white look. My appointment was at 8 am and left at 3:20pm. Please do not waist your money. Someone else has done the job again and I only paid $30 . I wish I would of known this before spending so much. And I’m sure I wouldn’t even get my money back for something they didn’t full restored. We had a recall notice for our Thor Sprinter motorhome and we called Alderson to get it taken care of. They were able to schedule our repair very quickly. Upon arrival every person we came in contact with was incredibly nice and extremely hospitable. They did our repair and got us out the door in a very short time.Best repair experience ever. Most professional and personable dealership ever. Five stars all the way!

We decided to buy a new MB for my daughter and since shes attending school on Lubbock we shopped around. The sales portion was easy. The finance was not. Our bank did not receive the payoff for until April 27 even after we took possession of the new car on April 6 which meant we still owed a small difference since the payoff was good for 10 days. Gilbert was not helpful and when I advised I would bring back the car, he had the nerve to question why I would do that over a few bucks!? Sales=Good; Finance=Not Good.
I had two flats in 24 hours. I called my Service gal, Kristen Baker on a Saturday. She was awesome!. I had my car towed to Midland where by the end of Monday, both tires replaced. Kristen always calls and checks up on me and my car. Cannot say enough about her!
Traveling from Florida in our RV (MB sprinter), for the second time on this trip we experienced an issue with a speed sensor. Alderson Motors got us in on Monday, ordered the part and had it replaced by Tuesday afternoon. Amazing service! Thanks to Kristen and her team we are again on the road🌞

I bought my GLE 450 a couple of months ago and I love it. I do not often partake in writing reviews neither good or bad. My experience with this dealership was lukewarm overall but I am giving a 4 stars because I would not be fair to Ariel and Abdul that gave us a 5 star service. I love those two and I have thanked them personally. However, every other departments I dealt with deserve even less than 1 star.1- I financed a portion of my purchase. The guy in the finance department was trying to take advantage of me by shoving the costliest credit through my throat. He was trying to rush me. When I asked, about the interest rate, he was not straightforward and lied by telling me that he did not do a credit blast and MB finance was better but could not justify why a higher interest rate is better than a lower one. I recommended a friend to the dealership but I warned him that he needs to get his finance figured out elsewhere. First impression is everything! You dont get a second chance in getting someones trust.2- When I received the car, the door inserts and the load sill where out of stock. I scheduled an appointment to have both issues taken care of nearly a month, it could be more, after I got the car. After spending 3 hours there, they only install the door inserts. We are in June and I am still waiting for the load sill.Good sale staff but horrible service!
My wife and I just purchased a used car from the Alderson Auto Group in Midland. Our sales person, Bryan Wilson, went out of his way to drive the car to Lubbock for us to test-drive. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Once we decided to buy the car, he had the paperwork done - it was quick, convenient, and thorough. We believe that we got an excellent car (Volvo XC60) for a very fair price. I would highly recommend the Alderson Group to anyone choosing to buy a car.

I called because my battery was weak and the car showed the empty battery on the indicator. I waited til there was a loaner car and took my car for the repair. I was surprised to learn that they would have to order a battery. I waited for the battery to come in and that appointment went smoothly and and the battery was replaced. I was pleased with the second visit in that I was called as soon as the battery arrived. Thank you for your service.

I had a couple of issues with my older 2003 SLK230. It was fixed twice before for the same problem. They charged me about $900 at first, then after telling them of the other botched fixes, they reduced the bill to only $800. But one of the two problems (tail light recall) worked off & on. Isaac, the service tech. says if the problem persists, bring it back WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT!Because this is my second car, I rarely drive it, thus the problem took about 6 mos. to pop up again. (Tail light out again). I reached out to Isaac & explained & hoped he remembered, because there was no written record. He remembered & said bring it back and we will get er done.After a little wait period of a new part, Isaac got his guys to complete the task at NO CHARGE TO ME. (considered it the recall). Thank God for honesty and integrity as a man and a company stands up for what is right and went the extra mile (vs ripping us consumers off continually). Thanks Isaac and Alderson Service Dept. Im sure it was a joint effort for this monstrous mole hill lol :-)

Emily Moody is the best! I am an out of state buyer (but from a Texas family) and she could not have been better to deal with. She anticipated my needs, handled every question thoroughly and l am completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. If you are a local or not, she is the one to go to. I kept her contact info in my phone and will refer anyone who asks to give her the first shot at finding the perfect car. Talk to Alderson in Midland TX before going anywhere else.

I’m just going to post the email I wrote to them that explains it all. I still haven’t received a call back or reply from the email. The website states that someone will reach out to you within a few business days. That was 4+weeks ago. Also I was limited in what I could write there. This doesn’t include that the service was $750. For that price I feel like the paperwork should be thorough. I also had an oil leak when they were done with the service. THEY DID FIX THE LEAK, but you would think they would be more diligent in their work. I have had the vehicle at other dealerships and have seen how the report looks when done correctly. Sales side may be fantastic but the service side will not be used by me unless absolutely necessary. I will drive the 600miles to spend my money at a dealership that understands customer service. Where you spend your money is your voice in the retail/service world. Don’t just take my word for it, read the other reviews and the replies of the company.Anderson MercedesWe’ve had our vehicle in there 3 or 4 times. The first ones were to fix the back gate and it came back the same every time. I took it to a dealership in Tulsa and told them the issue, fixed. No more problems. When we brought it in for service we received back the papers that explain what service was done and where the cars “health” is at. The forms were incomplete. There was no tread depth measurements. When my wife (who picked up the car) asked the service advisor if they checked the tires, he said that he checked and her tires were fine just wearing uneven. While he was “looking at her tires” she looked closer at the report. She found the following sections incomplete, cabin air filter, tires, and brake linings. On the next page is the additional services recommended. All it says is speak with your customer service advisor. Then under reason there is nothing. While this may not seem like a big deal, the second page of this form states exactly why this should be filled out. It says, that as the owner, we may not have the same understanding that a service tech has. Therefor, they should fill this out to better help us understand our vehicles condition. If you are not providing me with the vehicles condition that should be laid out in this form, how do I know that my car was properly serviced? Based on the form and the response from the service advisor, I feel like the service was subpar. I understand that I am just one person with one vehicle but I feel like as a company selling luxury items, you would want return customers. Before this service based on all my experiences I looked for another dealership to take my vehicle to. The only one somewhat close was in Lubbock and is owned by the same person. If I wouldn’t have been a couple hundred miles over, I would have drove to Dallas or Oklahoma to get the service done. I hate that it has come to me writing a bad review but I feel like this is the only way to get my point across and inform people of my experiences.
I take my vehicle. Too get work there and the told me bunch of lies. and then charge me for work was not done on my vehicle there are over charging. Way too much. for parts!!!

Could be better but not bad. There are some good people that work there yet there are some that need to be let go. This dealership suffers from being the only DAIMLER BENZ dealership in the area therefore it is overwhelmed with customers needing their vehicles serviced or repaired. Its a good dealership that could be better because again its the only Mercedes Benz dealership in this area and some of its associates take advantage of this fact and dont exhibit the proper professionalism.

Last time we serviced our vehicle for a oil change plastic cover underneath was not placed correctly and was coming off. Our concerns where what would had happened if came off and cussed an accident. Had to bring back again to be corrected, ☹

Mercedes Benz builds some of the finest cars in the world. But how good are your cars if you dont have the right people to service them? This is the fourth Benz in our family. We had a problem with our van close to Midland. We called kristen Baker. From the time she answered the phone to the time we drove out, we were treated like royalty. She had our well being at heart. She gave us all our options and once we made a decision she respected our decision. Please hire more people like Kristen. She has a heart of gold and is genuinely interested in our well being. Totally disappointed! Was going to buy a car for my wife that had a fair price In their web site. Requested more information and pictures and got them right away. Next day sales specialist sends me more pictures and tells me the car increased $5000, thats 30% more of the original price (have screen shots of it). The reason is that they had to take it to the shop to improve a few things so it could pass a norm inspection test. Thats totally their problem, not mine! Why dont they respect price!

I called and made an appointment for this location for my Sprinter. I informed the person who I made my appointment with that I live over 3 hours and the RV is cut my living quarters. I informed her I need to wait for it as I had no other transportation. Now since my appointment was early I ended up leaving on Tuesday 10 Mar and spent the night about an hour and 10 min away so that I could arrive in time for appointment. I get here and check in the gentleman that helps me states that their lead Sprinter mechanic was not here this week and they only have an apprentice and the foreman and they have 2 other sprinters ahead of me. He isnt even sure he will be able to get to me today. The sad thing about this they called me yesterday to remind me that I have an appointment. They should have known that the lead was gone and asked me to reschedule. This is totally unsat. They knew my situation and again should have asked me to reschedule instead of confirming the appointment. One side is not talking to the other that is just poor management. I did give 2 stars because the person who checked me in was honest with me and is trying but it is not his fault it is Managements fault.Updating my response. Since my complaint, Mike and Art both have worked with me and corrected the situation. They worked with with me to ensure my concerns were taken care of. They have gone above and beyond to correct their wrong. They were very helpful. I am sorry it took a complaint, but again I believe they have learned from this issue. I strongly recommend them and would return for any future service.

I’m changing my review from one star to five stars because I had a wonderful talk about the service department with the Alderson General Manager Michael Mazarakes, He’s an outstanding And friendly person. He definitely deserves a five stars. I hope the service department employees can learn from him a thing or two about how to deal with customers. It was a pleasure meeting you Michael Mazarakes.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Alderson in Midland. The sales staff is not trustworthy. If you must do business with them, get EVERYTHING in writing. Better yet, record all of your conversations. You would think a high end vehicle dealership would retain honest dependable sales professionals. Unfortunately that is not the case at Alderson Midland. I have used their service department out of necessity, and would give them a B- rating. The balance of the business is poor. F
The Service team is awesome, I had made my appointment online and got my dates switched (my fault) but it wasnt an issue the wonderful lady at the desk checked me in and had me taken care of quickly. The staff is very courteous and professional. Alderson is my dealership. Could not be more satisfied.
Malcolm our mechanic is The Best! He has worked diligently to solve our electrical issues on our utility truck in addition to other issues that have arose. Rudy the service department manager is also a high caliber individual that gives you his word for resolution of the problems and you know it will be done. 5 start service! I was traveling through the area and blew out a tire. Didnt want to make a 6+ hour drive back home on the spare. Called their service department and spoke to Jimmy who was attentive, professional, and set me up with the same tires already on my vehicle. He even put them on hold for me since I was not able to come in until the next morning. They even told me about other services they recommend, but were not pushy when I declined since I would allow my local dealer to handle them. I was in an out of there in just a few hours since they fit me in that morning. I highly recommend this dealership and if their sales are as good as their service, I would even recommend you shop them for your next Mercedes. I would if I lived closer. Prompt, on time, courteous, efficient. I like the new service supervisor set up in the drive thru. Loaner car was clean and in excellent condition. My ML550 was serviced and returned in spotless condition. Pick up was so prompt that I didnt have time for a cup of coffee or to check out the show room! Overall, a greatly improved service experience.

They had a used Toyota 4Runner Limited that I was interested in. I e-mailed the dealership and shortly afterward Angel Campos e-mailed back and said the vehicle was still available. The manager made me a fair offer and we made the deal. I am out of the country currently so although it was a cash offer, the deal took a little extra effort. I had another dealership in California who could have sold me a vehicle, after agreeing on a price, but said it was too much troubleAs I told Angel, he has been the ideal salesman who if I lived in Texas and were to buy from a dealership I would like to buy from him. Even though they are aware that I live in Colorado and will probably not be a repeat buyer they, detailed the car, washed it, filled it with gas, and are patient enough, even though it is paid for, to wait for me to take it off the lot. That is what I call service with a smile
