Clean organized no to crowded store

On May 3rd I had a visit to Target and complained about employee. Well I went to Target yesterday and have to say it was totally different. Was greeted by every employee I passed in the store and asked if they could help me. The store was super clean and I know there is a problem with the homeless as in the past behind the store was very littered with their trash left behind. That area was clean and raked! I know many time you just hear complaint but I want you to know me experience was awesome!!! Thank you to your friendly staff!!

Clean your bathrooms!! Absolutely disgusting, and there is no toilet paper !

The workers at this Target are always friendly and greet you as you pass by. With the new Covid regulations I imagine it is hard to keep the store cleans and people contained, but they do an awesome job. Their clothes clearance section is AMAZING! I do advice that this place can get pretty busy at times even during the weekdays

Why have signs posted about wearing masks if no one is even enforcing that rule. Half the people In that store didn’t have a mask. Touching their face and coughing over everything. Very sick and tired of half these places posting signs but yet not enforcing it. Annoyed with everyone

Visited looking for a foam mattress in a box. They had a 3 inch but was looking for a 6 or 8 inch foam mattress. Store was clean and staff was friendly. Probably wont be shopping their much.

So easy! I can order from the computer wherever I am. When it is convenient I drive up to one of the spaces in front of Target, get on my app to let them know I am there and less than 5 minutes later I am done and on my way!! No matter the weather and even if I have forgotten a gift for a friends birthday or shower etc, I can get it done quickly with the Target app and drive up service. I love this process!!

How many Midland Target employees does it take to stock Halloween candy? Apparently like twenty, and none of them want you to actually buy anything while they’re doing it. Instead they’ll stay passive aggressively in your way until you leave the section. I’d leave more stars because I love Target but this is an almost constant annoyance, and I can’t remember it ever happening at any other location I’ve been to. Can’t figure out why they wouldn’t stock shelves before the store opens or after it closes, like so many other retailers do...

No one carries the softener that I use (not even Amazon for this price) but Target does and the large size to top it off. With their cartwheel savings it was a great deal and I was able to stock up! I also was able to get a $10 gift card with the purchase so it was a double win!!

Very poor customer service. The associate at the customer service desk did the exact opposite of her job. She was rude and literally couldnt properly ring up an even exchange.

You have very attractive housewares at a reasonable price. Stores is well organized and does not feel chaotic. Happy about the Starbucks.

Do not do drive up pick up!!! If the order says in stock but is actually out of stock they will still charge your account and then it takes seven days for your bank to refund you the money! And you still do not end up with your item! It has happened twice it’s a waste of time and a waste of your money do not trust them! Oh and they will not let you switch out your item for a different item either you still have to cancel and re-order which means you have to pay double the amount until your bank refunded the money which mine took 7 days 🤬

I was really impressed with the store and the workers. My mom needs an electric blanket due to her illness and i was blown away that even in the middle of summer they had one! The young man located it and brought it right to me. The starbucks located inside the store is a great plus as we walk around!

My Sister-in-law was employed at this location until she had a family emergency come up. Even when she was working, she didnt receive proper training to be able to do the jobs she was left with doing. After she had quit, she went in for her last paycheck only to be berated by the HR Manager, Jerri (sp?). She didnt ask, but exclaimed that she abandoned her job and that she could NEVER EVER work at ANY Target ever again. After everything, she never asked what happened.After this mess, I will never work there even part-time or recommend it to anyone as a job. What a terrible and sad group of managers. I have never heard of this from HR especially. Just sad.

I visit here at least weekly, if not more often. Especially since the remodel that was done earlier this year, the store is very well organized, very clean, and the staff are excellent and helpful. I especially like the Starbucks addition as well as the self-check-out stations

It is probably very good this store wasnt my first Target experience; this particular Target is very sad, like it was built in the 50s and never updated. The lights are yellow, no food avenue, its so tiny and depressing. The only employees that seem to actually enjoy being there are the ones that work in the beauty aisles. I have only been offered suggestions or asked if I needed help by employees working that department. It makes me sad because Ive been in other Targets that have quite literally changed my life. Unfortunately, this Target makes me feel like Im stuck in some low-budget film about teen angst set in the 80s.

I just cant love this place anymore than I already do, they always have a sale or store event going on on great products and the employees are always so nice and ready to help. I didnt use to ever go there but now Im hooked. A+

Super efficient

Very helpful staff. Had been looking for some aftershave, and a woman working in that area answered our questions, showed us what they had in stock and acknowledged that they used to have more options. Showed us a variety of options of different price ranges.

This is the second time yall charge my account for some items you didnt have in stock. I am going in person tomorrow to speak to the manage. I will NEVER use store pick up again.

Very spacious store, didnt feel crowded at all. There were some very confusing signs up. They said cartwheel but really had to be adjusted by hand by the cashier upon checkout.

Until all employees wear face masks and gloves, I will not be shopping this Target in the future. Its already poor employee and facility standards have not improved during this national emergency.

Its very unprofessional when you hear an associate talk trash about NFL football teams .. I understand that everybody has there own team and will talk trash about others .. But when it comes to a dept associate tell you no about a team and steadily have a debate about as if he was going to have the last word is very rude and NOT GOOD BUSINESS INSIDE THE STORE .. I think they should keep there opinions to themselves cause it can cause a BIG PROBLEM.. Very disrespectful and kept talking as I was leaving.. who is the store manager you need to speak to this young man in the electronic dept and tell him he needs to be careful how he words things . It can cause a fight argument and etc .. now these days people dont care .. But I didnt have time to argue with his young man . Not shopping there again

Its not the biggest target, but its still really well stocked, the staff is helpful and kind, and the starbucks is quick! They recently remodeled to expand the womens clothing and they have great deals on childrens stuff all the time.

The store was a disaster. Employees everywhere but not accomplishing anything other than getting in the customers way. Literally could not shop because of pallets on the sales floor.

Theyve got some pretty dope clothes for both guys and girls and theyve got a Starbucks and a grocery section. You can pretty much find anything you need here.

I like Target because I can get in and out quick. Seems like everyone in Midland shops at Walmart so the store is rarely crowded when I go. Theres always staff around to help you find what youre looking for too.

Best store to shop

Target is the best place to shop here in our town of 119,000 people. If it were a Super Target it would be the only place I shopped.

Employees should be more helpful and have a smile on their faces so that customers would want to go back to the store

Target is my store back home. Walmart being last resort. I travel with my family all over Texas and this is by far the worst Target Ive ever had to shop at. 45 min one way trip to this store, so since the last 3 times (this week) Ive been in town they have had empty shelves in the Shampoo/Beauty isles, I called in advance to see if they had what I needed. They assured me they did, I got there and empty shelves. The employee lied about what they told me and then they told me sorry they didnt have what I needed. They spent more time carrying on with other employees than taking care of customers. Never again Target in Midland. Id rather shop at the Shell gas station.

Probably the worst Target Ive ever been to. Dollar section is basically non existent. So. Much. Stuff. On. The. Floor. In every department! Nothing is ever where its supposed to be or in any kind of order. Ive never seen a store that is constantly in disarray like this one. Staff seemed very unconcerned and less than happy to be there. I had to thank the cashier last weekend, who handed me my receipt without a word or even looking at me. Ive been to a lot of Targets in several different states, and this one is the biggest disappointment.
