Went with a friend to trial the sleep number. Brandy was our sales person, she was informative and nice. Beds are absolutely amazing. Even have a function to heat the foot end of the bed.My friend liked the bed so much she did purchase. May be going back this weekend with husband to trial the beds.Sales staff are masked and they use pillow protectors when you try out the beds.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very expensive though, at least offer a free pillow with every $5k!

We were met by Evanee Taylor when we entered the store, we exchanged names and greetings and answered a couple of questions and ask a few of our own. Evanee then took us for a tour thru the store and started the demo on the various beds, we picked i10 360 bed and then we picked bedding. we finally had every thing picked out and then sat down to arrange financing which Evanee took us thru professionally and quickly. We had a very nice visit and were very pleased with Evanees professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend your store to anyone. The manager of the store assisted us when we arrived in the store. My wife and I work until 6 pm and we were not able to make it to the store until around 6:30 and the store hours showed they closed at 7 pm. Despite our late arrival the manager was extremely patient with our indecisiveness and very informative about the products in the store. Additionally, she adjusted the options of the product to match our budget.

From the moment my wife and I walked in the ladies there were welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and more. We knew what we wanted but were not sure it would work for us in our RV. The ladies helped ease our concerns and made our purchase a no brainer. During the sale they even told us about financing, which never crossed our mind. After the sale was final, 2 of the ladies offered to help us carry our new dual air pads to our truck. Exceptional customer service from door to truck. We will be back soon for additional bedding.

Karla is an excellent employee. She was able to balance her time with multiple customers while still giving us a personal sales experience. We are so excited about the purchase of our new Sleep Number bed. We would recommend this location to everyone.

The manager was patient and answered all of our questions. In the end we chose the C4. Very Very happy and cant wait to sleep in our New bed.

The worst bed ever. I bought a sleep number after a week of use I returned the bed due to being so worthless I stopped sleeping completely due to this bed. Anyone can make this cheap as bed by buying a air up mattress from Walmart for 20 dollars and a foam from Walmart as well. Then after returning I still had to pay 800 dollars for shipping bed they dont stand behind the 100 night guarentee at all. And no one ever helped try to fix the problem. I do not recommend this bed to anyone

Only had one person working....had like 3 clients before us and we waited about 30 mins. and we ended up leaving. Never got any help.

The manager helped me with an in-store credit we had received due to a shipping error from an online order. She was very friendly and helpful and we got everything taken care on the store purchase.

Unfortunately, we do NOT like our sleep number. My husbands side would be deflated every morning and he would be sleeping on the box spring. The bed took over 45 mins to get to the sleep number we set it on and would never stay on that set number. We decided to return the mattress. We have had pick up scheduled 2 different times and each time sleep number did not show up nor did they call. They did call to tell us each time they were coming despite being outside the window. I’m beyond furious and now they can’t come pick up my bed for another month. Customer service is unwilling to help, they make you wait on hold forever and that’s if you don’t get hung up on. Then, they put you on a waitlist for a delivery cancellation but obviously that’s not the way to go since they didn’t show up again!! I have told several friends that were in the market for a new bed to NOT purchase their bed! I’m even willing to sit outside my local sleep number store and tell people of my experience with them, that’s how mad I am.

Best sleep I have ever had.

There were only two associates and they were helping other customers. we waited for about 10 and left.

Were out of stock on the pillow I wanted and the one she said would feel the same doesnt quite feel the same.
