Customer service was always exceptional. We were always greeted, the staff was always helpful, never overbearing, just kind and friendly.

Process was fast but workers were on their phone before I got their attention. Didn’t help get the mattress on the truck and as a single woman it was hard doing it on my own. Didn’t know how to strap it in the truck so asked for help and said they didn’t know and left me struggling.

Highly recommend Mattress Firm on Midland Drive. Leeroy Flores went above and beyond to get me a great deal, I was looking for a king size mattress for 2 months from now but he gave me such a good deal I had to take it today. I will be going back to purchase 3 more mattress in the coming week.

Just got back to the US and needed a mattress. They told me it would be about a month and a half before the one I wanted came in. Then called me the day before that it wouldnt be in till the next Friday. Go in to pick it up and it after about 2 months since I ordered it but it still wasnt in and wouldnt be for at LEAST another month so I canceled it and got a refund. Only reason they are getting 2 star instead of 1 is because despite the delay and everything the customer service was good. They were polite but still tried to get me to buy something else.

I purchase a purple mattress in the very beginning of the month in August. The first day my wife and I went in I was told he could get it in and delivered to us in a week. The next day I went back to purchase it and after my credit was ran and the mattress was ordered I was told it would not be in till the end of sept. Since everything was finalized I decided to wait. The day before the delivery they call and tell me that they don’t have the mattress available and I would have to wait another 2 weeks before they get any in and it’s not guaranteed. Then I’m told that if I wait they are only getting in 1 of the split king mattresses. Do not order here unless you have all the info upfront. They set false expectations and have no control over what they get in. I assumed my order was specific to me but it seems like they fulfill your order whenever they device to get in what you happen to purchase. So if they don’t get in what you ordered, you don’t get it.

Visited looking for a foam mattress. Store was well stocked but only had a couple of foam mattress in stock. Could not find a firm foam mattress. Looking at some of the over inflated mattress prices we will continue shopping it around.

After a bad experience buying a mattress online, my husband and I decided to go to mattress firm. Best decision ever! Ryan was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us figuring out what our needs were (pressure relief and motion isolation) and then showed us several different mattresses, all within our budget, that would work for us. Then he patiently waited while we tried them all out and answered all our questions. Turns out, its really helpful to go to a store and actually try before you buy and figure out what you like. We love our new mattress and cant recommend Ryan enough!

I went to Mattress Firm to buy a twin mattress for our sons car bed. When I walked in, I was greeted rudely by Mr. Joe Simmons as if I was bothering him. I ignored it and inquired where I could find the twin mattresses for kids and he proceeded by saying: over there in that corner are the cheap stuff I proceeded to help myself and found the mattress that I believe was a great fit for our son. When I asked Mr. Joe Simmons about the details for that specific mattress he rolled his eyes continously while mumbling under his breath. I ended up looking it up online on my phone and bought the mattress. Low and behold he charged me twice for it. When I asked about the price jump, he mumbled something about sales tax as he was printing the receipt. Once I saw the receipt and pointed out that he had charged for an extra mattress, he didnt correct it until I asked him to. He also failed to tell me when I should be expecting my refund. Honestly, If I hadnt promised my son that he was going to sleep in his new corvette car bed today I wouldve walked out and went somewhere else. Mr Joe Simmons lacked professionalism, integrity and shouldnt be in a sales profession cause he clearly lacks customer service. In the future, I will avoid mattress firm.

Had a great experience. After Ikea screwed me royally on not delivering my mattress after 2 months, I went into Mattress Firm and got a great comfortable mattress and had it in my bed in one day. Ask for the collapsable mattress that comes in a box. After finding out I could put the mattress in the back seat of my Chevy Impala, that was a real show stopper! Garry was super easy to deal with and helpful. Best shopping experience Ive had in a while.

However, I decided not to purchase this mattress and canceled my order an hour later and I was told I would still be responsible for the payments and processing fee, after this I went to mattress clearance center and received better deal and better customer service
