If I could give them a 0 star I would.*DON’T EVER BUY FROM ALL AMERICAN*By far the worst experience I have ever had from a car dealership. (The only good thing out of this whole situation was my sales person)I purchased a diesel pick up from them and exactly 90 DAYS LATER I was left stranded on the side of the road 6 hours from home with a $12,000 repair bill and a truck that doesn’t even run.THEY DO NOT THOROUGHLY INSPECT ANY OF THERE USED VEHICLES BUT WILL LIE AND SAY THEY DO.I feel as if I have been taken advantage of after working so hard to be able to buy a new truck for myself. They are sure quick TO TAKE YOUR MONEY but god forbid something happen because they could CARELESS and WILL NOT HELP WITH ANYTHING.I would HIGHLY SUGGEST to take your business elsewhere.

Overall I had a decent experience.I knew what I wanted when I walked through the door...and a few hours later I drove away in it.BUT the only problems I had was#1. My salesperson promised me that if I purchased the car I would get one of the nice set of rubber floor mats the next day when I come in (since my car had none) ...the salesperson just had to track them down.Was also promised 2 tanks of gas...1st tank the day purchased the car (got it)But everytime I asked about the second one...there way always something going on and I had to come back next time.#2 next day I purchased ANOTHER car from this dealership for my wife...so a few weeks after this I called up to see if our plates was there to be picked up, I was told yes both sets are there...so same day my wife went to got pick them up and only one set was behind the desk...COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE, the only problem is that the girl in the back told my wife (and I quote) seems to me that your husband doesnt always tell the truthBut other than that, everyone there was absolutely great.Other than the two incidents, I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle from there.

I recommend speaking with Adolfo as he is a GREAT sales person, honest, and will go out of his way to make sure his clients are fully satisfied and comfortable with their purchase. Make sure to ask for Adolfo when you walk into Dodge dealership as well as every other salesperson at this dealership are really helpful and friendly

Worst service department ever. Ive taken my brand new Ram in there twice now and it takes them four weeks to do mundane repairs like replacing a censor. They dont even offer you a loaner and they have new excuses as to why depending on the person you ask. Also, They continuously call me wanting to buy back the car I bought from them months ago.. Its ridiculous. Even one of their hired solicitors was extremely rude to me when I insisted I didnt want to sell them the new car I literally just bought from them.

I have sold my jeep to them over 2 weeks ago, but they still have not paid of my loan, so my bank continues to ask me to make a payment, even though I have sold my vehicle. My messages with sales team and finance department go unanswered, forcing me to have to travel in person to see if I can get this corrected. They owe me a refund, so they are obviously trying to sell the vehicle before they pay it off. Not a correct way to do business. I dont mind waiting for the refund, but dont want to be harrased by the bank for a vehicle that I have properly sold to a dealership that was great to work with, until they had to follow through and pay my bank.

Since I had a day off today I took my wifes car in for the oil change. Got there before 730 and was second in line. Great this will go smoothly. Nope took probably over hour and a half to see the car moved. And when it was all set and done I was relieved. But wait note so much get out of the lot I say 3 miles into the drive low pressure guage goes on smoke coming out of hood. Lift the hood sure enough a oil leak out of the filter was happening. Took it back they said oil ring on filter busted. Another hour for the repair. Give Curtis props on good service on his part. There needs to be a better way to organize the oil change side in my opinion.

Lousy they tired to sale me a vehicle theyd taken in on a trade in that had damage under the rear taillight.Then they sent me off in another vehicle saying the loan was done and find out 5 weeks later the finance company had backed out so then theyre trying to find another company when all said and done I had 35 hard inquiries on my credit thatll take months or possibly years to come off. Absolutely worst experience ever way over priced vehicles full of liars

Stopped by yesterday evening on a whim to compare prices, as I already had a car lined up in another dealer, and was met by Minerva Gracia or Minnie as everyone calls her. Let me just say, I AM IMPRESSED!!! Minnie was not only extremely helpful and attentive, but she was able to get me into a brand new car for a few more dollars than the pre owned I was purchasing elsewhere... WOW!!! Thanks so much Minnie, u changed my whole outlook on sale people in general, as u were the opposite of pushy, and the true definition of what a sales person should be. My fiance Chris Garcia had just went there about a week ago just looking around if they had any cars around the 5,000 dollar range. We currently own a vehicle we had bought from there a year and a half ago a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that had to be financed which there was no problem of customer service lacking when it seems to be a more expensive vehicle.... But because we were looking for a cheaper second vehicle.. He was honestly not treated very nicely. The manger came out and was being quite rude and acting like it was a waste of time. Dont think Id ever go to this one again.

I traded in a vehicle for a truck and I get on the hwy it shakes very bad and pulls to the right. They put aftermarket wheels on it with different lug nuts that fit the tire tool so I cant change a tire and It has six open recalls on it so now Im going to be with out a vehicle for how ever long they want to keep it. I havent had the vehicle for more than 24hrs. I do not recommend this place at all.

Not very happy with the service department here. I should have read other negative reviews because most of them are related to the service departments poor service. I was told a diagnosis would take 24-48 hours but it took 11 days and I had to personally call the service department twice to get updated and to figure out my car was diagnosed. I was quoted nearly $2000 to replace rear shocks and front struts, I was able to do it myself for slightly under $600. I understand they need to make money but $2000 is absurd. Only positive is that the clerk (I believe his name was Adrian) was polite and professional. I would advise taking your vehicle somewhere else.

Saw a vehicle on the lot after hours and decided tip look it up on their webpage. I saw the price on their webpage and knew I would own that vehicle. I went back while they were opened and after staying firm for about 20 minutes that I just wanted confirmation on their webpage price I was finally told it wasnt the price but only a MSRP and that the price had not been updated. How are you going to add a picture to your webpage with an advertised price but not have the price updated simultaneously? I was told the actual price of the vehicle was $78,000. Their webpage had it listed at $43,860. The package increased the Jeeps price by almost $35,000. Glad it was only a want. In the end its my fault for letting that jeep reel me back in to this dealership. Its not my first bad experience but for sure my last.

I went into this location to look at a new jee but was overwhelmed with all the sales associates standing outside like vultures waiting on prey. As I pulled in I felt like I was in Mexico with all the sales people waving me down and trying to get me to stop. After that happened I kept driving and went to another location to look at cars on my own. When I’m ready to talk to them I will go in and ask questions but I dont like the way they stand around outside and act like street vendors in Juarez trying to stop you and sell you something in your car. I won’t be shopping here for my next vehicle because I like to look at the vehicles on my own and not with a sales person breathing down my neck.

Made a purchase on the 19th of December 2020, Today is the 14th of January 2021. Had a trade that still doesnt show as paid off. I heard that they have 25 days and its rolling close. New vehicle has been funded. Theres no reason for the hold up, although they told me that they outsource for paying off vehicles, and due to layoffs, thats what the hold up is. Find the story hard to believe. This would be the second vehicle I purchased from them. Higher ups now seem sketchy. ***Update***. Finally got hold of a helpful sales manager named Kylie. She was very helpful, unlike Jeff who never returned my calls. She researched for me and was able to confirm it had been sent and sent me a picture. She performed spectacular. I’d say that she holds up to the position very well.

Brought my Jeep in from Van Horn for a Technical Service Bulletin regarding loose steering. The TSB states that if the customer states that there is an issue, that the parts are to be ordered, and the work performed. Instead they wanted me to drive back there at a later date, just to have the tech look at it before ordering parts. Problem is that I am 3 hrs away. So even though I was there that day, giving the service writer all of the information. Explaining the problem in detail, they would do nothing until I drove 3 hrs back home, then drive 3 hrs back to the dealership for a 5 minute inspection, to turn around and drive 3hrs back and wait for the parts. Then drive the distance again once the parts are in. Asinine. Fortunately I have been talking to folks from Warren Hills...

I have never left an online review, but our experience here was so bad I have to warn others. Do not use this service department. Theyve had our car for two weeks and have not reached out to us or returned a phone call yet. When we are lucky to get someone to answer the phone we are told that the technician will have to call us back. No one we have spoken with has been able to tell us whats wrong or how much it will cost to repair the car. All we have been told is that they are waiting on parts. Have reached out to the service department manager as well as the general manager without a response. Horrible customer service.

Just drove 2 hours to view a car that they had advertised. 4 door white Jeep. Had reached out via email and phone both to confirm that Jeep was on the lot and was in fact a 4 door Jeep. We were assured Jeep was 4 door and was available. Drove 125 miles to see Jeep. Upon getting there we are taken to a 2 door Jeep. We then show the salesman advertising from both the AA website and cars.com Both show pictures of a 4 door Jeep. Manager comes out and is a complete a$$. He tells us we should have known it was wrong. We did question it, which is why we called to ask. Your company advertised it as a 4 door Jeep on 2 different websites. And then when we personally called to ask, the employee once again said yes, it’s a 4 door Jeep. The manager then said we if wanted him to, he would find the people who made the mistake and fire them so we can hire them to do our yard work. His exact words. Classic bait and switch.

Yvonne Dominguez was the person that helped me with my car purchase. She was great to work with and polite, helpful with my questions, and was helpful when I needed assistance. When it turned out the physical key didnt work on the car (didnt know that the door lock was broken before buying it), she was very helpful in getting me the info on where to take it to get it fixed, and talked to the dealership on covering the cost for the lock repair. Great saleswoman to work with!

Finance manager finalized a deal with me over a denali and the day I come back for it due to insurance he sold it underneath me without notifying me and just says here’s a refund check. I recently had my 2017 Ram 1500 serviced here for a hefty rear end vibration, and honestly cant understand the negative reviews on this page.I worked with Andrew in the service department, and my experience was great. He (and the techs I spoke to) genuinely wanted to make sure that everything was right before I picked the truck up. One small mistake was made (nothing serious - did not effect vehicle performance or anything), and they were extremely apologetic and did not expect me to pay out of pocket.I was extremely satisfied with the service and responsiveness of this service department, and I will definitely be coming back in the future if I ever need any work done on my truck.

My experience with this dealership was better than any other in the area. Geno was by far the best salesman I’ve worked with in getting a new vehicle. I went in, told him what I was looking for and we started test driving cars. Once I decided on a new Chrysler 300, he got the ball rolling and everything went really smooth. Ashley was awesome. We communicated through the phone and she would text me to keep me updated on the phone. I told her what I was looking for and found me what I needed and also sent me picture of the car. I was sold once I saw it, It was a good deal and I applied over the phone. To my surprise I got it. Terrible! I got a Dodge Durango at the beginning of June and I drove it for about one week and a half. The check engine light came on so I took it in to the service department and they had it for about a week and fixed the problem. Then a few days later the check engine light came on again and when I took it in they said it was the SAME problem. It has now been in the shop again for two weeks so three weeks total since I got it. Everytime I call no one seems to know what’s going on or what they can do to help fix the problem. This has been the worst experience ever and I deeply regret ever coming here for a car.

This dealership doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Who ever is in charge of the service department seriously needs to be fired. No customer service at all. I took my 2001 ram 2500 in for an oil change and state inspection. At 12:15pm I was told it’d take and hour and a half. At 2:15 I called and after being on hold for 9 minutes, I was told it’d be ready in 20 mins. At 3:10 I arrived to find my trucked parked in the lot. Thinking it was all good to go, I was then informed it didn’t pass inspection. No phone call before hand or anything. I asked why. I was told because that truck didn’t have a catalytic converter. Midland county does not require emissions last time I checked. Then they said 1 inspector said it would pass, 1 said it wouldn’t. After arguing with them for 10 minutes, I was told it would pass and they were gonna pull the truck back in. I refused the inspection, paid for my oil change and left. Drove 5 minutes down the road, it passed with flying colors.If you like being lied too, not communicated with, and have a lot of time on your hands, then this is the place to go.

The service department is a joke. My truck has been in service for 3 weeks! Close to month!!! No call on in update, each week I call and still say it’s in service the technician is working on it, week after week but if has worked on continuously it should not have been in service for so long. I’ve already paid $1k on a rental for the truck being in service. They seem to not know and it’s difficult because they hardly ever answer when u do call. I wouldn’t even give it one star! I have never had a truck in service for so long. I feel like they brush aside jobs and do the small oil changes while it keeps being skipped for service. I can’t keep paying another of car rental! This truck shouldn’t have give me no problems I bought brand new for there dealer not even a year with the truck. Most problematic truck/service I have experienced!

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My daughter bought a vehicle here November 15, 2019 and still has not received her license plates. None of the managers answer their phones or respond to voicemails. I bought a vehicle from Frontier Dodge in Lubbock on December 6, 2019 and I had my license plates in hand within two weeks.Every time she calls she just keeps getting the runaround and nobody answers their phones. She has already been pulled over for expired temporary tags. Just RIDICULOUSNESS!!

I paid $120 to have my car detailed there, and all they did was run it through the wash. There was dust all over it and marks across it. The back window had dry water marks with dust all over it. None of the inside had been vacuumed or wiped down at all. There was dirt and trash still under the seats. The seats still had crumbs in them. The rims and tires were still filthy. When I complained about it, the customer service girl took it back and cleaned it up some herself in like 15 minutes. It still was not $120 job. There was still dirt and trash under the seats. The car was really dusty with dirty windows, and there was even dry bird poop still on a window. The rims and tires were still filthy. They refused to give me a refund.They also charged me $50 for labor to pop in a $5 cap on one my windshield wipers. Something even a five year can do. Then they charged $125 in labor for replacing a reflector light on the back. That must have take a whole 10 minutes 😏.This place is clearly taking advantage of customers.On top of that, when I first contacted the service department for an appointment, the only call back I got was a pushy sales person wanting me to trade in my car for a new one. They don’t acknowledge online appointment requests, and they don’t return your call when you leave a message for a service appointment. You just have to show up for their horrible service.Very disappointed with this place. 😠05/01/2018: I drove to the dealership in Big Spring for my oil change. It was a total opposite experience. They have awesome service there. The manager and workers there are all very professional and customer service oriented. They show that they truly care about their customers. You can also watch while they work on your vehicle (through glass windows in the waiting area). The drive there is very much worth it!

I bought a Ford vehicle from them they promised to fix it before I bought it, it had a check engine light on . it sat in their lot for 2 weeks every time I would call the sales person Lisa she would tell me they had already transferred the vehicle to the ford dealer until one day I was driving by and noticed 2 mechanics driving it around the lot o acted like I was interested In buying it just to get some information from them they continued to tell me that they had just disconnected the battery to reset the code 😡 I let the sales person know of the issue and she assured me not to worry about it that if the light came back on they would fix it no problem. Well 3 days later the light came back on and I took it in spoke with Adam at the service and he told me to bring it to Rogers ford after repairs were done they are denying payment saying that I am responsible smh never will I buy from this dealership again I spent all morning getting transferred between service and sales department both departments blaming it on each other and at the end nothing was resolved really bad customer service after u sign on the dotted line ....from being there all morning and into lunch I counted about 5/6 very unsatisfied customers so my advice to u is stay away from this dealership and avoid the headaches

I recently purchased a new vehicle here and had an awesome experience. My sales persons name was Matt Rose. He was kind and knowledgeable and did everything a sales person should do without being pushy or demanding. In fact he went out of his way to help me get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. He was able to help me negotiate a deal that was well within my budget and price range and took into account my financial capabilities. Overall the experience I had with this dealership was above and beyond what I ever would have expected and I believe this is due to his superior skill level and understanding of the automotive sales industry. I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend.

My husband and I had a great experience here. Everyone was really nice and our salesman was Victor Harris. He listened to what we wanted and what we ultimately needed price wise seeing as how we were trading in 2 vehicles for 1. The dealership was able to work out a deal where we werent left strangled and now we only have 1 car payment instead of 2 and the payment is within our price range that we told them we needed. We let Victor know up front what we were needing and he went over and beyond to get us that and I really appreciate it. And I also really appreciate Dee Montgomery for doing the numbers for us and really listening to us. We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service was by far the best weve ever had.

They good for selling you a car! But when it’s time to fix a car!!!!!! They are good for holding your car for weeks to months . But want offer anyone a loaner car.. and when you call to check on your vehicle you get the run around!! No one wants to answer the phone or will call you back... THIS IS VERY IRRITATING!!!! 😡

Horrible experience. They prey on uninformed people. My father and I bought 2 mega cabs. The next day they said financing fell through for my father but had another contract for just a little bit more interest this is called spot delivery and is done because the dealer gets all of this added interest, and ITS ILLEGAL he didnt have to sign the new contract but he did. Weeks later driving in my new truck and they call me saying my financing fell through, but I didnt fall for that. We signed a contract if I cant back out when its signed neither can the dealer. But they have been harrassing me and my father for a month now, Carlos the finance manager has been threatening me and my father and so has Zachary owens. Even after the sheriff has told them they cant do anything they still keep lying and harassing me. If youre looking to get harassed and taken advantage of go ahead and come here. They prey on un informed and people that cant afford an attorney for stuff like this, but theyre getting a rude awakening with me ill see you in court cjdr of midland.Update they lied to the police and said i had not been making my payments when I have proof I have been. They woke me my wife and my son up at 11:30 at night demanding the truck was stolen and threatened to arrest me. I gave the truck back under duress and now they refuse to give me my $2,000 worth of parts back.After forcing me to buy the truck. They stole it back. This place is a joke.

How do you buy a new car and leave the dealership without the registration inspection completed? Took 2 tries for that to be accomplished. Return phone calls do not happen. I am still waiting on my trim piece.... The actual purchase and sales person were great. Otherwise, I would give this dealership 1 star.

Samuel Rios was extremely helpful and very professional during our sales experience. He never pushed a sale on us, and accepted that we knew what we wanted. The day we walked in to look at our options, Sam helped us, and let us view several options. He and his finance team worked with us and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I was very impressed by the sales team.. They would bring in another salesman when the price, APR, or monthly payments changed so the original salesman wouldnt have to break the bad news themselves. Thus, making it easier for the buyer to accept.. They will promise you the world to make you sign the contract and then poof, there gone.... If you ask for a quote on a grill guard, tint windows, wench cable, etc. they will tell you of course we will take care of it, dont worry... Thats the last time you will ever here from them unless you hound them like a dog. The service counter wont answer their phones.. Its up to you to call them, they wont call you! If you get ahold of your salesman and get everything promised after the sale, kudos!! Ill never go back to this dealership again.. Horrible service and customer follow up. C--
