Went last year to get myself a truck and had a horrible experience after speaking with someone names Carlos...went back this year and spoke with Adrian Arellano and it was a whole new experience!! He is an amazing guy! He was patient and never pushy! He wanted to find what was really best for us, actually got my husband to an equally nice but less expensive car that what he was originally looking for. He also worked with my husbands crazy work schedule. He was so awesome that I actually sent my parents to him and then ended up getting a vehicle from there also! My dad is a hard guy to win over but he also really liked working with Adrian. So for our next vehicle we will definitely be going back to see him!

AWESOME experience......We drove 1100 miles round trip from Arizona after finding the vehicle of our choice (2014 Toyota Sequoia Platinum) at this dealership. I completely monopolized our salesmans (Christian) time with question after question, wanting to know detail after detail and I had concern after concern. Christian maintained his composure and professionalism the whole time, Christian even provided additional information above and beyond my request, after all it was an 1100 mile trip for us with a fair amount at stake (the drive, hotel stay and additional expenses, not to mention we were purchasing a used car sight unseen). I was very skeptical about this deal because I didnt know anything about this dealership and I was purchasing a used car, all of my fears and apprehensiveness was squashed as soon as we arrived on Thursday 9/2/2021, we were greeted by a very friendly salesman and immediately escorted to Christian, after taking our test drive we returned to the dealership and Christian escorted us to the finance department where all of our paperwork and documents were ready to be signed, we then completed the transaction (traded our 2016 Toyota Highlander) at which time we were handed the keys to our Sequoia which had already been detailed and filled with gas before we even arrived. Had we not taken the test drive then the whole experience would have literally taken 10 minutes or less, this is how I prefer to do business, no lengthy negotiations, no real hard pressure about extended warranties (they were offered of course), just friendly personal service, in fact my wife and I felt the need to actually give Christian a hug for such an enjoyable experience, so let me just say, if you are considering a purchase from this dealer, whether you are a local Texas resident or from out of state such as we were, if you are purchasing new or used, do not hesitate, you will not regret buying from this dealer, just make sure you ask for Christian, after all, he went the extra mile for us !!!!

Going from Midland Motors to Sewell Cadillac Buick GMC...its the same service you get before and after they took over. It is typical Midland, Texas service. I was told to bring my car up there this morning at 7:30 (July 24, 2021)to have them look at my display screen so they can order a new one. I arrived and was told that I could leave it for 8-10 days now or make an appointment. I was told by Jamie that I could bring it in Monday morning and leave it for the day and pick it up at the end of the business day. I have scheduled an appointment now for August 18, 2021. Not sure if Im going to keep it though. I would rather drive all the way to Wichita Falls, Texas to Pattersons. They have great customer service and when I went last year they had me in and out for an oil change, tire replacement, and a rotation in 35 minutes. To Sewell...you should call Pattersons and learn something from how they work.

Had a great experience. The salesman Daniel and the manager Jacob were extremely helpful, friendly and made a great deal for us. After the deal was made Jacob even found another $3000 first responder discount since my wife is a nurse. Big thank you to Sewell, Daniel, Jacob and Cadillac. It was really impressive to see that Cadillac recognizes and rewards our first responders who have been on the front lines fighting through this pandemic.

My experience was amazing. We were upside down on our car and they manage to dig us out of it and give us a brand new 2020 vehicle with a low payment. Brandon, Jacob and CT were very helpful, precessional, and full of knowledge leading us every step of the way. My experience was that it felt like they cared about what’s best for us and not about what they may get out of the transaction. This is in my opinion what makes them stand out from any other car dealership in midland. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Let me start with when I initially made my appointment I had to go through Sewell in Odessa to get Sewell Cadillac in Midland to even schedule my service appointment. I had to wait a month to even get in. I show up for the said appointment, they do not even show me on the schedule but get told dont worry well fit you in. This happened on December 1st. It is now January 19th. I brought in my vehicle for service for my back up camera intermittently not working and the car shaking while driving. I finally call in a couple of weeks ago to check on my car and get told they cannot duplicate any problems, and the shaking is due to the aftermarket tires. The aftermarket tires have been on the car the whole time as they got put on by Sewell Cadillac in Grapevine and have had no issues until now, a typical line of cannot duplicate the issue and blaming it on something else. I go to pick up the car last week, they cannot get it to start. They tell us to return. I return this morning, they still cannot get it to start. Aaron, the service advisor, explains to me that the battery has tested fine, they cannot figure out why it will not start. He stated they would troubleshoot, fix and just deliver to my house since I had already been there twice to pick up my vehicle. I get home 10 minutes later from them dropping off my car at my house to find I now have a check engine light that I did not previously have. I called and spoke to Aaron, my so-called service advisor. He let me know that evidently, I do have a bad battery, and he thought I would like to fix that myself. Oh of course! That is exactly why I bought my vehicle in to sit for almost 2 months to get brought back to me in even worse shape than what I left it with a service department for. Thats right a service department. If I wanted to fix it myself I would have. I will be taking it somewhere else, obviously never here again nor to any Sewell facility. I, myself run a service business and cannot imagine telling one of our customers oh yeah, thats too expensive of a repair here I thought you might want to repair that yourself How about a phone call? It is called communication. I ended up hanging up on so-called service advisor Aaron, Good Riddance!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE Andy Hinojosa. I was waiting on a truck to come in advised him I wanted it. A GMC 1500 AT4. I was texting and checking in with him on the arrival of the truck so we can pick it up over the last 2 weeks and today I check in on the truck and he says, its already sold. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU IF YOU ARE WAITING ON ONE. MAKE THEM SIGN SOMETHING. Its sad that customer service is where it is today but I will never buy from here again. LIES LIES LIES from Andy Hinojosa. I have the text messages to PROVE IT! Sad thing is I own a medium sized business and was going to start buying here if it went well but guess Ill stick with my normal dealer when they put my name on a ordered truck its mine to buy unless I dont want it.

Went by a few times and was helped by Lorenzo Rodriguez. I wasn’t necessarily interested in buying, just looking, and he showed me a truck that I fell in love with. He helped me through the whole process and I was able to text/call him with any issues. There were a couple things that needed to be taken care of on truck, and all I had to do was text him and he’d get it taken care of. Id definitely buy from him, again.

Me and my wife purchased a vehicle from here. The sales experience was good however upon signing we ended up waiting excessive hours even after being approved just to sign papers.Turns out on our way home with the car the tire was losing pressure so we called dealership and let them know so they said to bring it up. When my wife got there it was near closing time however the technician assured her that they was nothing wrong with the tire and just simply sent her on her way. Turns out the tire had a nail in it that was found only when the car broke down the same week- yes Cadillac was there and covered the cost but then it took almost 3 weeks just to get the car back. In those 3 weeks we never received a phone call from anyone updating us on the vehicle, the only time we received calls was when we ourselves took the time to call up there and leave messages.Also had an issue with a grinding noise coming from the rear end. We quickly brought it back up to To dealership where the had the car for 2 more weeks but could not find anything wrong with it. We still hear it and will be taking it elsewhere to address the problem.Overall the lack of customer service that we received will lead us to purchase from another dealership in the future.

If you own a Cadillac sell it and buy a Lincoln. This Cadillac dealership is the only one in Midland Odessa. Your just a number to them and dont recieve the acknowledgement of owning a 60,000 dollar Cadillac. I also own a Lincoln from the same Sewell company in Odessa and receive VIP treatment. After this experience which has happened on both of my maintenance services. I traded my Cadillac this weekend for a new Lincoln. I have owned and driven a Cadillac for over 20yrs. Not out here I wont. Buy a Lincoln!!!

We left and got a used vehicle at Permian Basin BMW. Both are Sewell but apparently not all Sewell locations have the same customer service training.

Service Department needs work.Update: Service Department still needs work. I made an appointment for a check engine light on February 17th right after the ice storm. Soonest availability was MARCH 30th - okay, no problem. I arrived at my appointment only to be turned away. I was told it would be about another week. Its been radio silence. Im not sure what the deal is. Its very disappointing to have to wait 2+ months to even see whats wrong with my truck - this is unacceptable! My company will no longer be purchasing trucks from GMC, just for this reason. Its unfortunate, because we love GMCs.

If you need your vehicle serviced and if your able to just take it to San Angelo. They are very kind, they answer all your questions as much as they can and help you out! Unlike here it’s a no for everything and prices are better in San Angelo as well!

My husband bought his truck in October and we still can’t get his plates. He kept calling and then figured out months later they never did and inspection which they needed went and got that done. Another month and then again he needed to sign title to release. It’s been a mess we are now in February and we still can’t get plates. The buying process was easy but the after math is beyond ridiculous based on this experience we won’t buy from here again. We are now in Mid February with no plates. We have to keep going back for temporary plates.
