It was amazing! They went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted! I wasnt very hopeful going in because my credit score sucks, I didnt have much for a down payment and i also needed my payments under 400 a month. Believe it or not. They made it happen and I drove home in my new Toyota Corola. Thank you all so much!!!

This is the worse place, I got my truck March 12,2020 and here I sit still with no plates in my truck I’ve gotten temporary plates for the past year and a half today I try to trade my truck in and they were going to pay off the truck and when he called tricolor they could not produce the information on getting the title seems weird don’t you think, so o was advise to get in contact with a attorney DO NOT GO TO TRI COLOR ITS A SCAM PERIOD

Horrible experience ! I have had this vehicle going on a year now . My temporary tags are out again and I still have not had my tags come in . The communication is horrible I cant even get a time limit for when I will be getting them . This will be my 4th temporary tag . Pay alot for my vehicle that I cant even keep legal because the dealership is failing on there part . Just want my tags already so Im not having to call every week with a different excuse or be told theyll call me back and they never do . I would not waste your time here . Go to a dealership that will communicate with you and take care of you !

We bought a car and the process we fairly easy. Now, it is 3 months later and we kept call for our tags and finally called corporate and the said they have had our tags. Noone has called us. One day my husband and I were there to see about the tags and on of the sales women came to my Cadillac and spoke to me in English. My husband and I went into the building and when I started questioning here as to why they sold us a car with the tag and inspection expired she started to speak only spanish. I do not understand spanish. This car lot is ridiculous. Nancy sold us the car and would never call us back for anything and when we did go up there she would not come out of her office!

Very bad service we purchased a 2013 doge ram total price 28,000, not even a year into having our vehicle they had to replace the whole motor !!!! So disappointing the airbag light was one since day one we’ve taken it to the mechanic and he never hears anything so we must be crazy! Right lol. Anyways they sold us trash after it got “fixed” the truck turned off on us many times, we are unsatisfied and will never buy with tricolor auto and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM! We are returning the vehicle OH AND IF YOURE FROM MEXICO THEY QILL SELL TO YOU WITH PASSPORT BUT IF THE TRUCK MESSES UP THEY WILL NOT RENT YOU A VEHICLE BECAUSE YOURE NOT FROM THE US. Smh I highly dislike Tricolor auto

Tricolor car the worst thing that has happened to me the worst choice of my life 7 months and they have not given me the plates of the truck that I bought them with the payments there are always problems that they charge me less or they take double payment from the card and every time What do I call a different person who stops having no idea how things work every time that the paper plates they give me every two or three months expire I have to practically beg them to give them to me otherwise I would already have like 6 months without plates a rubbish please do not do business with this company
