They have a good inventory/selection of phones and accessories. When/if I have phone issues (😏and U know everyone does at some point, no matter your provider) its nice to to deal with someone that makes every effort to solve it. Employees here are always helpful and friendly.

I went here tonight in a panic to get a new phone and add a line. The entire staff was very patient and helpful. Devan was an amazing help and got my phone all taken care of. Great store to visit and some wonderful and knowledgeable staff!

When I called to get help the lady who answered said Id have to go into the store or call customer support because she couldnt do anything. When I asked for customer support number she hung up on me.

The representative who helped me was very nice and helpful. The wait can be pretty long if you arrive after 5pm during the week. I would suggest visiting during the off peak hours if you can.

I cant believe they have so many unhelpful and lazy people one in particular was a team leader. I made the drive to Odessa to the store on 191 and they gave me better service than these people. It was so woth it I recommend them. 5 stars

I went to buy a charger only took 18 minutes. (Absolute sarcasm) it literally shouldnt have taken more than 3 minutes. Nobody wanted to help (I only needed to pay) The person who finally acknowledged me informed me another employee would help me as soon as he was done with another customer. No reason the 1st employee couldnt do it. 3 customers 5 employees. Hmmmmmm...

My friend was buying a cover for her phone her sin was with us ava he enjoyed using they phones with see stylises and exploring the speakers etc. It helped him from being bored while we waited for his Mom.

They treat you nicely, but they do not really know what are they doing, we have a plan with 3 phones, and we change to a different plan, but they did not change all of them, the left one phone in the other plan, they were charging us for both plans, we went twice to change them to one plan, and they did not know how to do it, but they tell us they did it. So I can tell the company is fine, but the people who is working there are not competitive for the company.

Besides our bill never being the same. We have 1 month for our contract to end, WHICH IM SO HAPPY ABOUT!! I cant wait to finish my service with them!! I call this store a few minutes ago, to ask them about their cheapest phones they sell there in store, since husbands is broken, and into my 2nd question, the sales rep just automatically HANGS UP ON ME. Yeah, again, I CANT WAIT TO BE DONE WITH SPRINT!

I brought in a tablet that was a Sprint-equipped Samsung Tab 4.0 that I purchased second hand. I was having difficulty with the settings because the device did not have a SIM card. Even though I have my service through another carrier, the two staff members there were eager to help. They had an extra SIM card that they gave me to solve the problem. I cant express how great they were. Highly recommend this Sprint store.

My boyfriend had bought me a new phone the girl Nicole had messed up big time. For 2 days we were without service on one and she changed the wrong number. We went in and spoke with Ryan. He was helpful. He got us to customer care about retrieving the number Nicole had changed... customer care dropped the ball and never got back to us so we just took that loss. Then the next day one phone had no service and the brand new phone number we bought was malfunctioning. We went in again for the third time. At this point I’m very very frustrated at this huge mess up. But with the friendly attitudes Amy and johnathan had I calmed down. It took johnathan a long time to fix everything and exchange the broken phone. The only reason I am rating this a 4 and not a 5 is because Nicole knew she had messed up. She caused too many inconveniences to count on both hands and yet she still didn’t even try to apologize or he involved in making this right. Take ownership of your mistakes next time Nicole instead of leaving the rest of your coworkers to do it for you. I will be going back only to see Jonathan or Amy and Ryan.

Ah sprint. How long weve been together and now we split. Ive been with sprint ever since I got my first phone. Pricing and all of that I cant tell you. Their service was okay. We had unlimited data for the longest time even they we didnt really need it. Ive switched to Google Fi which actually uses the sprint network anyways. I cant complain. The speed was there when I needed it. Theyve gotten a lot faster since their fail with WiMax or whatever it was called. I give this store 5 stars because they are so much faster than the one in college station.

I had the best experience at this location. Everything that gets lost in translation while calling Sprints 800# got completely cleared up here. (thanks Nicki) My spending limit was raised, my bill was lowered, all of my questions were comprehensively answered. Management is kind and works as though above and beyond is just the norm. I was quite regretting switching from Verizon to Sprint until I walked into this Sprint store and was validated. I have been to a Sprint store in Odessa, Texas as well simply to have a glass shield put onto my iPad Air 2 and although the rep was kind she broke my glass while applying it and did not feel the tiny crack was worth replacing! Needless to say (yet Im going to) I recommend this Sprint store location for all of your Sprint needs. (I do not work with nor for Sprint. I have nothing to gain by writing such a positive review. I appreciate great customer service and I feel it is so rare to come by that I feel better about sharing my find) Thank you all at this location. (Im up to 3 lines now btw lol) P.S. I am also quite impressed with Sprints unlimited data plan. Not only is it inexpensive, it truly never slows down, never spins/loading even while watching several you tube videos and Netflix movies per week. ~ Satisfied Customer

The store manager and staff do not know Sprints policies well. They are also not willing to help solve problems. Unless you are going in there to sign up for a lucrative plan for Sprint, you will not get much service.
