Write a letter to Verizon if you want faster service than this location. The people are friendly but they wont hire enough of them to make a dent. Poorly designed parking lot too, made for cars not trucks.

Real bad experience with Verizon agent at this store.Very rude and he was pressure me with my information and telling me that if I didnt liked the prices, I should go to Walmart to get cheaper phones.I was trying to ask him questions about my options with my plan and deals that they might have.No customer service or emphaty for my lost phone or budget.

Had a great experience working with Chance. I never leave reviews but I felt this time it was needed. People go around spending their own money wherever and it truly sickens me when small to large corporations do not care about customer service. I felt like I was right at home with Chance. He is truly the best part of Verizon. I will be a long time customer because of this great experience.

Came in looking to upgrade my phone and join Verizon as a customer and he went out of his way in explaining every device and data plan that would suit me best. I hardly give reviews and honestly after switching from T-Mobile to Verizon I came to the store to get further assistance. And I believe the manager, the heaviest lady here completely ignored me when I proceeded to ask a question and yet she looked me straight in the eyes and walked away. Way to have a first time experience with Verizon. She needs to go back to learn customer service. The store isn’t even busy. Other than her, the gentleman and other lady were helpful.

Nice phones, great signal everywhere I go,, but the customer service is making me think about to go to another cell phone carrier.Customer service sucks,, online, on the phone and at the store..Just to think about call customer service gives me a headache and want to throw up.Press 1, press 3,, press 4, well send you a code... etc, etc.and 45mn still waiting for someone.I wish someone up hi management can do something about fix the way customer service works and hire more people.Dont text back telling me I apologize..just use your time and help customers.🙏

Came here to get help with my prepaid account, Anthony was able to assist with everything that I needed without skipping a beat! He called in to reconnect my suspended line, updated the SIM and device ID, left with everything working properly. Exceptional service, as I always expect from this Midland Verizon store. What I appreciated the most is that I was not treated differently for being a prepaid customer.

I get covid is going on right now but the customer service was horrible. We had two things we wanted to ask help on and the lady’s answers to us, was to go home and do it. I got no help, only when I made my new purchases & they scanned my debit card. The gentleman said he didnt know how to transfer my pictures over to my new phone & he said it was too busy for him to ask for help, so that Id have to take a loss. He wasnt rude when he said that, but now Ive lost so many memories & only pictures I have of my son as an infant. Its an unfortunate loss. Poor service, but no hard feelings.

Tried to upgrade wifes phone. After waiting for 2 hours they told us we werent eligible for an upgrade and would have to pay full price. We went to Best buy and received far and away better service and as it turned out we were eligible for an upgrade and we saved over six hundred dollars.

When there was a problem, caused by an outside issue, with my account, the team at this store went to bat for me and got it solved. They are the nicest and most friendly that I have ever dealt with, and because I am not terribly tech-savvy, I end up dealing with many. They can explain things in terms that I understand and they make sure that I understand before I leave. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about them!

This is the only corporate Verizon store in Midland and it shows. They have a team of dedicated employees who are very knowledgeable and ready to help. If possible, try to avoid peak times as the lines can get really long.

Store had an offal selection of phones and cases. There customer service is also not that great. Biggest thing is how they are handled covid, it makes it very difficult if you are trying to get a family member a phone that is not able to edit the account because they are only allowing one person to be with a sales associate at a time. So I had to stand outside of the store and do everything off my phone while my wife went inside to pick out a phone, extremely inconvenient.

Hell get you an awesome deal, the prices are always what he says and he will help you with other technical issues like using Verizon family base. I have tried to buy from other salesmen and theyre always trying to scam me or over charge me. Thats why Im giving this 4 out of 5 stars. If it wasnt for Daniel I wouldnt be with Verizon. Recently my father-in-law became incapacitated. We took my mother-in-law into the Verizon store to take care of the account. We wanted to change the account into her name and upgrade her service. We were met with resistance regarding the ability to access the account because even though my mother-in-law was on the account, she wasnt the owner. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out, unwilling to listen to our problem. She just said Ive been told by Lucy (the girl helping us) what your problem is and there is nothing we can do. You have to get a power of attorney. We asked if there was anything else we could do and we were told no. We werent satisfied with this answer and we got online later and added my mother-in-law as an account manager. The website told us that she would be able to make the changes she needed. We went to a different location to make the changes. Here we ran into the same problem. We were told that she still needed to have power of attorney but we could elect to perform a Assumption of Liability in lieu of the power of attorney. We called the number they gave us and within 25 minutes we had transferred the information into my mother-in-laws name. When we went back to the second Verizon store that had helped us so much, we talked to the lady regarding our experience with the Midland store. This lady said the Midland Store is corporate and they probably didnt have the time to help us properly. I have to say that I do not appreciate the people at the Midland Store not helping us and telling us all of the options. It is hard enough to take care of things when a loved one becomes incapacitated but when youre met with such resistance from people who simply do not want to do their jobs, it makes it worse. Ill use whatever Verizon store I can instead of going back to this one.

Awful customer service! My husband and I went in and out our names in. We waited for 40 minutes and didn’t get called. Meanwhile AT LEAST 5 people came in after us, all got helped! Like, did we miss something? So we said screw it and we went to best. Save your time and go to another location.

Whatever you do, do NOT go to the Odessa store....after [over] 2 DECADES....thats decades of LOYAL - never a late payment - the Odessa store management (its not so much the employees, its management there is HORRID; beyond unprofessional!!!) is HORRIBLE. THANK GOD the Midland Store has chosen to go in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DIRECTION! Yes they have sales customer service techniques. Where they lack is in being 110 percent honest with New customers. We went in to port in four lines the entire family over we were charged activation fees which I found that unfair since we were moving our service to Verizon they should have had the same courtesy as the rest of providers to waive it since we are willing to pay you a monthly fee for the next many years to come, fine we let that pass. We ported two lines over because the other two lines were out of town and we didn’t want to leave our kids without service. The sales guy said, “don’t worry I will add a new phone number for now and when you get home you call the 1800 number and port it in your kids number”. So I did, I followed the instructions the sales guy gave me It was fast and easy and done. After a couple days the bill comes in I have 30 dollars of charges for six lines because I ported four lines and the sales guy had activated two other lines under two different numbers, he did not have the honesty to mention it. I was also advised by a customer service representative over the phone that I didn’t have to purchase a phone ! I could have brought my other iPhone to Verizon! When the sales guy at the Verizon store said we CANOT bring any type of phone over we needed to purchase a phone now ! While they seem happy and chipper they truly are because it’s all for a sale. Don’t let them lie to your face and laugh behind your back ! Because this is exactly what the sales guy did to us so now we are stuck with a $ 600.00 dollar bill! We are Definitely canceling and moving back to our old carrier for four lines $100 dollars a month all unlimited on High Speed never slows me down like Verizon would in the 45 dollar plan ! This is the most stupidest decision ever taken ! I have had metro PCs for 6 years and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AT ALL ! It works everywhere around the US and the speed is ALWAYS HIGH SPEED !

Horrible customer service. They changed my SIM card and lost my memory card. I had problems with my phone, they refused to help. I had set up a time with tech support to work on my phone. I texted tech support that I was at the store, when tech support called the store, they said I wasnt there. They falsified my records by documenting work that they didnt preform. The staff is rude and consenting. I dont ever want to step foot in that store again

Be careful with the promotions here. I was offered a December promotion on the Moto Z. I was promised that after two months of paying on the devices they would be free. When I called the promotions department they informed me that I was offered a bad promotion. Now I am having to pay two phones off at full price. Buyer be aware! The staff is not well-informed on the fine-print of these promotions and the customer ends up fitting the bill.

Day before thanksgiving we were told that we could get money on a card to pay off our AT&T bill. Wouldnt pay it ALL off but enough where we could get by. Now we fixed some things and now that we asked them why we got 2 cards that dont add up to the amount we were promised. They dont do that. It gets taken off your bill not done on cards or some on a card. Now I have to pay a $800 phone bill to AT&T plus Verizon this month. Dont get Tiffany, she lied to us just to get our service. Word of advise finish your contract with the company your with NOW then go somewhere else. Other than that we have had good service. Plus they lied when we called the store and told us that they could do this. So they arent really on top of things at this store. If they offer to switch you in a middle of anything just DONT do it. If it wasnt for the fact we were having problems with AT&T then we would still be with them. Again, Tiffany lied.

My boyfriend went to buy an iPad Pro to surprise me for school. He came home with it. I opened the brand new package and it was bent & the screen was cracked. They did not take responsibility for giving us a broken one or whatever iPad was in a BRAND new box. & when he took it back they didn’t have barely any more iPads so he had to get a different one that we didn’t want. Such an inconvenience.
