Went into the store in October, ordered new iPhone 13 Pro Max phones. They show to have arrived yesterday. The phone number listed for the business says it is disconnected. Called the Russell Celllular store on Rankin Highway and they tell me that store is not even open yet. But people have been posting reviews for a while, so whats going on? Do you not even know if this business has a good phone number or not???
Terrible interaction today. Walked in and the one employee in the store just sat at the table and waited for me to approach her. Let her know that I was into switch my service from another carrier. She immediately had a tone and made me feel like she wasnt wanting to help. I knew the process and had all of my information and she needed to make it a quick transaction but instead I just walked out. Went to another Verizon store in Midland and had a very good experience. Stay away from this one.
Absolutely worst experience. Updated my cell phone and they never reset the old phone or canceled the service. Had my identity stolen because of it. Called the store and they told me it was my fault. Place smelled like weed covered up by incense. Definitely won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst experience ever ! Came in yesterday 1 employee and they had no WiFi so I could not get my data transferred. I wrote that off to a bad day, came back a day later only to be greeted by the same 1 employee with a customer who could not make up her mind about anything . And am still waiting on service after an hour of sitting in this place . They won’t allow a zero star review but if they did they would get one without hesitation.
Sunday hours for your store say that you are open until 5pm and when we came by at 3:35 the doors were locked. Wasted my time.
If I could give zero stars I would. Not even greeted when walking in. Waited while the unknolageable worked stumbled through a payment. I will never come back here and would never suggest anyone I know to come here. It’s worth going the extra couple of miles to visit the real Verizon store. And when doing a trade in it won’t go towards the new phone but instead can only be used on accessories in store.
Had to wait two hours to pay a bill the lady that was working told her life story when she had a white couple but got silent with the Mexican couple she had two customers leave worst experience by far
I came in to look at future upgrades in and was happy to see that I qualified for a tablet and lower bill. The service was fast and I was very happy with my service. Customer service was the best experience I have ever had !!!
Very good costumer service, great deals. If youre looking for a change, this is the place. Much better than others corporate stores. They will truly help the customer.

Visit Erick he is very good in helping...After coming here for number of times, this place hasnt been doing good anymore they keep having only one employee to serve several clients.. SMH, they cant afford another one or the management there is very lazy and cheap.. dont recommend this place for plans or service at all, your gonna have to wait in line, and also they always keep delaying my need, they dont have stock to replace my screen protector, they always say couple of days and weeks pass by same old excuse, find another place dont come here or else your lucky if your the 1st one or the only one there

The salesman was not knowledgeable, instead of admitting he didn’t know he gave wrong information. Refused to acknowledge I had insurance and sold me a new phone. I called the 800 number, which I will always do in the future, and they confirmed I did have insurance on my phone. I replaced my phone for $149 instead of $700. I was very disgusted and disappointed in my experience

When I purchased a prepaid sim card and they tried to activate my account it tool me 2 hours to activate it and eventually the sim card didnt work with me and I request to return it and the same moment and get my money back, they told me we proceed you refund and your money will be credit back into your account now passed 18 day and still not receiving anything from them.
