I normally dont leave reviews and Im used to Midland customer service. I went into CVS to buy some alcohol. As I walk in till when I am walking to the self check out, the machine is loudly announcing for a CVS employee for help. The only worker I see walks out of cosmetics and acts like her teeth are being pulled to help the customer. She completes it and walks away. I scan my bottles and get to the part where is asks for an employee to check my ID. The same employee comes crawling back out of cosmetics and walks up to ask me what Im stealing. I look at her and tell her Im buying alcohol and here is my ID. She scoffs, scans in her badge and walks away.Word to any customer, dont go in here expecting to be treated well. They seem to think paying customers are stealing and they do not want to help take your money on the self pay systems. Im never going here again.

I will never ever use this pharmacy again! Instead of telling me they didnt have enough to fill my prescription they told me insurance wouldnt cover it. They went back and forth about my prescriptions lie after lie Im not sure they know what they are doing. The pharmacy cashier was rude, hey Lady if you dont like your job quit! They act like they hate you! Never will I set foot in a CVS again taking my money else where!

Customer service thumbs done.I was not very happy with the tone of voice the pharmacist had with me when inquiring about prescriptions ordered through the app for my 75 year old mother. She raised her voice at me when I said I was sorry be couldn’t understand what she said. I kindly asked her to please calm down, I just want to see why my mothers prescription is not showing ready for pick up. In her smart tone she asked what prescriptions are you talking about and I said can’t you see what I’ve ordered on your end? Give me a second to open the app again. She says what prescriptions are talking about. I told her I did not appreciate her tone with me and I asked where was her manager calling him be name and she said he wasn’t there, I said ok. Told her the names of the prescriptions and then she’s says they will be ready in an hour. I thanked her and hung up the phone. What’s happened to customer service and respect for customers????

I went to get a flu shot yesterday and I called prior to going to make sure my insurance will cover it. I even called my insurance company to make sure that they will cover my flu shot from CVS and they said yes. I arrive and let them know I’m here for my flu shot appointment and the pharmacist gives me the dirtiest look ever and says you know it’s $30 right? I explained I have insurance and I already verified it will be covered. She then proceeds to loudly tell me my insurance will not cover it and that I need to go to Walgreens. So I did and Walgreens took me in as a walk in to do my flu shot with 0 problems. Avoid CVS for prescriptions or shots and just take yourself to Walgreens

Went to fill my prescription for ivermectin they would only give me part of my script because they felt my Dr. Didnt know what he was talking about they felt he was giving me to much....not their job to diagnose me they just didnt want to give me ivermectin.

I visit this CVS every week.The pharmacy staff is the best ! I have been going there for two years now without any problems at all.

Maybe CVS needs to come off that money and worry about hiring staff instead of building more stores. Either the people are extremely over worked and stressed beyond their limits. Or they have a mental deficit. Also, I dont understand how an elderly person would get through to the pharmacy with that automated system👎🏽

Pharmacy staff here are the best in town. Always super friendly, and half the wait of the Walgreens across the street.

The staff at the store and pharmacy are so nice and helpful. Store is always clean and well organized. This store is so much better than its competitor across the street.

Today I found a sign with a product that was advertised at 50% off but it came up at regular price. My experience is usually good but today was terrible. The team lead and manager would not honor price infact they offered the product at regular price!? I have never experienced anything like this and I will NEVER return!!I will continue to shop at there competitor Walgreens. I am reporting this to higher up as well. It is unbelievable that they treat customers this way and could be why no one is ever in there.

Failed to clearly identify that they do not accept BCBS insurance anymore and still provided the prescriptions only to get stuck with a bill later that BCBS does not cover. Very deceptive way to increase their sales.

Brand new location! I love that’s it’s close to home and the people are so kind I’ve been about 3 times so far and have chosen this one for all my future needs.

I have been to this cvs 4 times already. Every single time I have been at this location the store manager Samantha has been working. She is extremely rude and not helpful. I waited this long to leave this review because I thought maybe she would act different. But today she was rude again. I decided to give this store another try and apparently rudeness trickles down to the employees. Leonora is the employee I dealt with this time. She was extremely rude and sarcastic. If she doesnt have people skills she should not be working at a store.

The pharmacy staff is always so professional and coucourteous.There are two employees Id like to single out . Alma and the pharmacist Fetus who show true kindness to everyone. Consider yourselves lucky to have these awesome people in your employment.

This place is nice and clean and the employees are very nice and helpful but It would be much better if they open an hour earlier

The pharmacy wait time is ridiculous. They had 3 cars ahead of me and it took over an hour. I rather go across town then deal with this.

Trust me on this one. Your far better coming to cvs then the place across the street.

Thought I had found a good pharmacy and nope all pharmacy’s are all the same ! Their was nobody here and she told the lady before me she could wait for 15 minutes and then she told me 1 hour !!! Horrible
