Absolutely love H.E.B. and the BBQ is great but today was below disappointing. My wife and I both ordered a loaded baked potato and got allot of potato and absolutely very little for it to be called loaded! My wife got pulled pork and I got sauced Brisket with all the goodies but when we got home all we saw was sour cream, a sprinkle of cheese and a teaspoon of meat on each potato ( my wife is critical and checked, sorry)... For $17.00 we could have built our own from ingredients throughout the store!!

I cant help but say i like this shop! So much variety of great products. Even the Store-Brand is good quality. You can pack your own baggies of spices to refill your rack at home. They have a good selection and the ones I checked were pretty fresh. The best thing is getting to the till and the total is always less than you expect . Go HEB!!!!! I will return!

The bbq brisket is mouth watering and very tender you would think they have a bbq pit boss!

Love this HEB, by far the best one in the whole Permian basin, they have maintained it well since it open and they are not out of stuff like the others. The flower department here is great, they always take care of what I want. There’s a lady there that does a good job and the guy with the pony tail as well.

At 11:45 AM on Thursday, and this giant grocery store has only 4 regular checkout lanes open! People are lined up into the grocery aisles. For a major corporation like HEB, this is a disgrace. Dont tell me that its because people dont want to work. Its your business and your responsibility to provide enough workers to service your customers! If only we had more competition.

Its usually pretty packed, but the cashiers do a fantastic job of keeping the lines short.Also, the meat market and fresh produce sections are incredible. Always clean with great product available. The staff at this location do a great job of rotating and stocking fresh fruits, veggies, and meats.The rest of the store also meets a high standard of cleanliness, and aisles are nice and wide to allow plenty of traffic through. Overall, I love this grocery store. When I need to do my shopping, its worth driving across town just to come here.

HEB always has what I need and great choices of quality meats to choose from. Always clean and usally quick check out times. Awesome deli!

This HEB is so clean and fancy looking! We usually go to the one on Midland but this one is better looking for sure! Everything is fresh and staff is so nice! Great prices! My number one grocery shopping store! Will keep coming back!

What a shopping experience! Pretty pricey but well be back and love that they had actual cashiers unlike Walmart

It really seems like H.E.B. always has what I need, I wanted a steak and boy did they have them, they have precuts, and the big boys in the butcher section, I was a tinge upset they did not have fillet mignon but the nearly 2 thick bone in ribeye was more than enough to make up for that. Ended up getting the boudin stuffed jalapenos and makings for baked potatoes, great treat, and for that I thank you!!

Cashier was trying to be quick which is beneficial but he threw heavy produce on top of soft bananas. Sometimes quality needs to be before speed.

It was a very nice, clean store with a ton of variety at reasonable prices. Absolutely love their meat selection.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was for the fact that they do not carry the ingredients for me to make my homemade spaghetti sauce.

I was visiting from California and stopped by to pick up BBQ takeout. The brisket beans were amazing! I bought the HEB cafe ole Texas pecan coffee pods to bring back with me. That is my favorite coffee now. Ill be able to order my coffee online and have it shipped to California. Will definitely stop there on my next visit.

HEB is a good store. This is a good one. Its well stocked, bright and clean. I shop here every week. Walmart has more variety in some items so theyre not perfect, but pretty good.

Best place to stock up on some goodies!! HEB has the best tortillas, chicharones and watermelons every season. You definitely need to stop by the home section to check out the home decor. I stop by every time Im in the area...

This is the coolest fanciest grocery/ restaurant store ive ever eaten and shopped at. The best thing about Texas so far.

This particular branch of H.E.B. is one of the bests I’ve been to.Well stocked, organized, great attention and as always good prices and deals. Lots of parking.Bakery items look fresh and are certainly delicious.

This is specifically for the pharmacy which usually is good but beware for vaccines. You schedule your appointment online but it is actually first come first serve when you get there. To boot they don’t start on time. 20 minutes past when they were supposed to open. If you have a day off or a long lunch go for it but otherwise go somewhere else.

Great store with outstanding selection, the red wine prices and choices cannot be beat! Great customer service also!

The A/C wasnt keeping up with the heat outside and the temperature was less than 90 degrees. The selection of items is good and at a reasonable price. The only other complaint I have is the lines at the registers were long and plenty of registers were available for the store to open. I will be back!

The H‑E‑B on Wadley is closer to me but I prefer to make the longer drive just to shop at this one. I’ve always had a positive shopping experience here. It’s well stocked and the employees are not only kind but they go out of their way to help you. The level of customer service is outstanding.

Great place to shop. Has a really good bbq place. Have to try the Dino ribs on fridays. Restrooms clean and helpful staff.

The store is huge had lots of options an awesome meat case lots of produce best store around hands down. The store was busy but had plenty of check stands open. They also have an awesome Floral department lots to choose from.

Theyre almost always well stocked and clean. The employees arent always very helpful and the ones that are doing the pick- up orders dont care if theyre in the way or blocking whole isles even. I love getting my fruits and veggies here because theyre always fresh and taste great. Overall, its my favorite place for groceries in Midland.

I have always gotten the ready to eat meals from this place. Worth every penny if you work alot and dont have time to cook. I also love their dessert section. The workers are very friendly and nice.

Be careful! I literally almost died. Grabbed a big bite l, chewed a little and swallowed . Plastic was lodged in my throat.I live alone, fell to the ground was able to get my hand down my throat just enough to grab a piece of the plastic so I could breath.Went back and mgmt was sure you can have your refund And I will talk to them!!! Really that’s all. Ok

I was in the store while visiting in Midland. So disappointed that HEB was NOT enforcing the mask mandate at this store. Some employees were wearing their mask under their nose. Lots of people without mask. So very disappointed!! I thought they had said they would. Will never go back!

The besty supermarket in the area. Too bad we only have 2 in Midland and 2 in Odessa. We NEED more in Odessa. Went to get stuff on NYE and the lines were long and I didnt like that. I would tell the corporate office to consider opening at least 1 more in Odessa and 1 more in Midland.

Just where the grocery place to be. I love to shop in here since in Odessa has not many varieties of products especially asian products. I found certain products which hard to find in other grocery store. I hope they increase the variety of products especially from another country.

Thursday evening after 9:30 makes for a quiet and quick grocery trip! Think we will make this a regular time since it was so easy and there were hardly any other shoppers.. they will all be there this weekend though and we got to avoid the crowds!

This is not in my home town but in Midland Tx. It is a large HEB with a sizable wine, beer, and ale section. I went there to get turkey breasts fir Christmas dinner since my local HEB was sold out. Produce section is great, good selection of various ethnic foods. Large pet section. I really like the store and drive the 50 miles every couple of months for items i cant get at home.

Everything was very organized .Great prices and friendly helpful employees.It was an easy going pleasant experience .

The choices are excellent and the quality of their products are first rate. We buy the tenderloin steaks when we want a steak and it is always melt in your mouth tender with the right amount of marbling .

This heb has everything you need. Employees are everwhere for help if you need it. In and out quick if you need something quick. The BBQ spot inside is okay. The heb BBQ spot off west county is better.

On the date of February 15 2020 day of blackouts and freezing temperatures my children and I went to H.E.B as it being one of the few places having power and heat at the time. Because of the power outage and horrible conditions unfortunately we were unable to drive to the bank to get money out so our only form of pay and hope was apple pay . Once my children and I got all that we needed we proceeded to pay only to find out HEB didnt except apple pay. Thankfully the cashier who checked us out allowed us to pay by inputting my card information to the computer and we were able to get out basic food and water necessities . Later we sat and were able to charge my phone as many others were as well generously provided by HEB when we realized our socks were soaked from the snow and we decided to go and buy new ones but when i got to this other cashier i was surprised that we were unable to pay the same way as we did the 1st time. They denied us service and well as reporting us to the manager who then followed me and my children around the store asking for a receipt that was buried under serval bags of groceries my children and I were cold and exhausted . The woman informed me that the form of payment we had payed with was against store policy and seemed very upset . I just want to say i am thankful for that cashier who saw a family in need instead of just a customer and made a way for us to pay for our things. without her help I would not have been able to give my kids basic food and water God bless her truly.

I shop here all the time. When things get busy, there is a serious lack of urgency to get people out of the store. Like, 2 lines wrapped down the aisles? Come on…I’m trying to get my overpriced pork and beef home before it spoils.

I had ribs, beans, and something they called potato salad, but overall four Star.

It’s a little crazy. Meat is selling fast on sale.Currently out of eggs. I don’t think there is a supply issue, just peoples instincts kicking in.

Its chill now and easy to gonand get what we need for the necessities.
