It is a great place to get healthy foods.just wish they had more whole food plant based options. They do have a selection of meatless products that taste pretty good. They also carry blue corn flour and a very large variety of vitamins in pill and liquid form. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will be moving sometime in the very near future I was told.

Visited their NEW location this morning near Michaels and Home Goods. Everything is so shiny and new and amazing. Although the old place was great, I was so happy to see that they have expanded so much. I have been struggling to find some sage to purify my new home and I was able to find exactly what I wanted and needed at a great price. I was also pleasantly surprised that they added a reading spot in the back of the store, I saw some coffee machines back there so it may turn out to be a little Café. The produce looked great and the customer service is exceptional. A friendly reminder pls take your reusable bags, but if you forgot (like me) they will give you a recyclable box to take your items.

Best shop Ive ever seen. So many vegan products that Ive never seen in my life before really good prices. Since the very first moment I get in there it become my favourite shop. And staff is so nice that you can spend time there and talking with them like with old friends :)

They are the only place in town that I can fill up my 5 gallon water jugs. (I went to 5 different places) They also told me, that because of the current situation, theyd comp me one, so i only paid the price to fill one!

Like a month ago I reserved a turkey breast for Thanksgiving, they called me to tell me it was ready for pick-up. I went there today and they wanted to sell me a whole turkey because they didnt get enough breasts so they were sold out, I told them I ordered a turkey breast and I wanted that, not the whole turkey. I even spoke to the manager and she apologize but I still have no turkey. So its one day before Thanksgiving and I have no turkey. Its not rocket science, if 30 people reserved/ordered a turkey breast, then you should have 30 ready for pick up. Very disappointed 😞

They dont provide good COVID precautions. There is no hand sanitizer at the cash register for a paying customer. They dont sanitize the shopping baskets anymore either. They dont offer curb side delivery. Bad job Natural Grocers.

I went into the store to check it out for the first time and the store itself was nice. It was clean, organized, well stocked, and the selection was good. My only complaint is that I was in the store for about an hour and not one employee spoke to me the whole time I was in there, even when they were only a few feet away stocking a shelf, so needless to say Im not impressed with the customer service.

Very nice store we went to midland for two days.But there’s no Whole Foods or sprouts I found this store a lot of organic food and also natural medicine prices are a bit high but better than buying something with a lot of chemicals. Highly recommend if your looking for a healthy organic natural food for you or your family.

I love this place! The workers are so friendly and helpful and they’re the only place I can find that carries the teas and tooth paste I used. The prices are fair and the place is always super clean and stocked! Any questions I’ve ever had they are more than happy to help me with! I wish we had more stores like this one! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Big produce section and varied items. Instead of wasteful plastic bags for your food they give you boxes from their shipments that would have been thrown out.

I placed a custom order for ONE item. They told me to pick up on Saturday and when I went in they didn’t have it and didn’t bother to call me. When I went in which is a 30 minute drive each way the store manager pretty much told me sorry about my luck. Completely unprofessional!

Higher prices. Cardboard boxes instead of bags. Nice staff though always busy. Spend time here and youll become a hypochondriac, start filling your cart with the vitamins and remedies youve suddenly discovered a need for. Spend most of my time near the discount rack in the back. Nice health/beauty isle. Always some interesting makeup, shampoo, anti-aging serum, ect. Go to the back freezer and grab a pack of coconut/sunflowerseed/pomegranate/?/energy square bites. Health food stores in Odessa really dont compare.

Amazing! Great customer service, everyone there was an absolute doll. Plus if youre looking for vegan and vegetarian options, bulk foods, or low waste/recycled paper products, theyve got that too! Daiya cheeses, soyrizo, agar agar, chicken-less bouillon... Theyve got it.

Like the options for vegan and gluten free stuff here this is my go to store for what I like to eat at home
