Store is clean and laid out well it was easy to find the items I needed.

Love going to United and talking to Dorothy when checking out. Also a plus is the Hatch Chile festival on Friday and Saturday in the parking lot. Great burgers with hatch chile. Love it.

Enjoy going to these Supermarket. Dont have to sack your own groceries. Friendly.

It was an absolute disaster today!!! 😫 Its never like that. 3 lines open for a lot FULL of cars. Im guessing they were short a manager. It was a nightmare!! But Im sure next time itll be perfect as usual.

Any vegetables I need they have it fresh for me and my sweet plantains waiting for me, what I can say Albertsons now united, always have it fresh love to get their products.

Cashier was rude upon checking out, I get that you wanted to text but do not take your bad attitude out on paying customers. Oh and she dangled the receipt in my face after my transactions were approved.

Easy to get around and find things and the delis fried chicken and mac and cheese is amazing. Forget KFC & Churchs and Sunday dinner fried chicken. $5 for 10 pieces beats them all!

I was so relieved to find the store still open after 10pm. I was sent on a late (thought was impossible) run for a couple limes... Just to prove how helpful I can be, this nice bag of tiny key limes accompanied me home. Wonder what the next request will be 🤔Anyway, the store was pristine. Clean as could possibly be, nice staff and most importantly... no lines. At all. It was amazing.

Deli area are our family favorite but sadly not a wide selection of sandwich meats to choose from only boars head, we choose united over other supermarket and will continue to shop at our local united!

This is a great store, it was clean, they clean the carts to protect their customers. The bakery has a lot of choices to pick from. They also have a hot bar that has great food for a good price. The bathrooms were clean. There were no boxes cluttering the isles and the shelves were stocked full. Which was nice to see since the lockdown. They are changing the store to United Grocers. They have a points system to help you save money you just need to ask. The cashiers were really helpful and friendly. Great place to shop!!

Its closer ti my house!! Plus the employees and the managers are all so nice and friendly. I already know where everything is at i dont have to ask anybody where something is at. I wouldnt go to no other store for my grocery shopping cause the United Supermarkets on Midland Dr. Is the best.

Being an older woman I appreciate the smaller size of the store. I may pay a little more but the convenience is worth it. Friendly and helpful associates. Great customer service. Cant say that for the larger stores such as HEB.

Albertsons has always been a nice, clean store to visit. Excellent place for groceries. Bakery is really nice with lots of goodies. Staff is friendly and helpful prices are above average. Kind of expensive, but a good store none the less 👍

There is ONE manager at this store that needs additional training. Never pleasant. I feel really sorry for this person and how unhappy this individual is.

Good grocer store and not really crowded

Albertsons was good and Ill sort of miss it. But I think United Supermarkets really has it on this. Its like the twin of HEB in my opinion.

Store selections seemed limited. Not sire if this is a problem with getting things in stocks or just a limited selection at this store. Prices seemed reasonable on most things, but some seemed over priced. Store was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

ITS A GREAT STORE EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.... I FOUND ALL OF MY ITEMS ON MY LIST AFFORDABLE.

I would have given the store five Stars but the store employees were not enforcing the state, local government, and United Supermarkets Covid-19 ordinances, regulations, and company policy.Customers were walking around not wearing masks or maintaining social distancing. When I asked store employees if they were having problems with customers complying with the rules, the emloyees stated that customers were ignoring employees and arguing about complying so employeds were just ignoring what the customers were saying and doing instead of enforcing customers to comply.Store personnel should be enforcing the rules for the health and safety of the store customers and the company employees.

I have used this location for multiple cake orders. They have done nothing but amazing jobs and its always completed in a timely fashion. The cakes are never dry theyre always moist and delicious and the icing is never overpowering. Its the perfect amount of sweet. I will definitely continue using them. A customer service and the shopping side of it is amazing as well. I literally had a young lady help me find a can of chili and she stopped what she was doing to ensure that I was a happy customer.

Terrible the manager Olivia has not a lue to be a manager. She stands talking to 3-4 other girls when clients need help. She either doesnt care or is completely ignorant of manager skills. She should stack beer in the cooler and allow a competent person to assume the manager position.

Quaint little grocery. There is not much of a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables anywhere in South Dakota compared with other parts of the United States. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love this place they always have what Im looking for and the bakery always has what Im craving . Ill never go anywhere else to get fried chicken. They have the best chicken I have ever had. Love all the different options they have.

My favorite grocery store in the world. Best prices and the fuel discounts are amazing. I paid 1.35 for gas last week. And there sister store market place has the best breakfast pizza in the world

The store was very tidy, organized and clean. The staff are very polite as well. They have a great selection of different foods, but you may have to go to another store for some things that they dont carry.

Quick service, great meat and fish market fresh and clean. During the month of August every weekends if one buys a case of Hatch long Green Chile they will roasted for free. The extra hot roasted chile is by far the best. I have gotten so far 2cases of Chile roasted. Will get me another case this weekend. I Have a catering company and use Green Chile with my Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas and other uses in Mexican food.

Parked across from handicapped parking and i have saw at least 5 different little elderly ladies being followed to their cars & loaded by Albertson employee. Very nice. Prices are way to high, and they cant seem to get it right on which store is open on holidays. Their own website says they are open, but neither of them in Midland are. Thats a company that doesnt care about its customers.

Needed 3 of the same canned items so I got 3 not 4 not 10,I got what I needed,and then was told I can only have 2 wake up Albertsons,what a joke of a business,the best way to alleviate a long time customer good job,guess its time to go to HEB at least maybee they wont look down at you like you are a greedy person.

Went in to get ground chicken they were out and would not grind anymore. Butcher was rude and so was helper. Went to heb they were more than happy to grind some. Been going to Albertsons since they opened on Andrews hwy. Will be going to heb now

Very clean! And organized! Easy to find items. Can get really busy but thats any store so recommend going at 2pm - 4pm if your in a rush.

Good place awesome deli and bakery

Went in for a few items. We were looking for Crystal Light powdered drink mixes and couldnt find them. When we went to the cashier we asked him (Zach) where it was. His reply was I have no idea. We asked can you find out? and he replied you can go over there to customer service.There was a little more dialogue where he also displayed complete disinterest in customer service. This was the worst service I have ever had at any Albertsons.

Nice employees. Meat and produce have always been quality; usually above the other markets. Pricing needs to more competitive with HEB and Walmart, but then it might lose the friendliness and helpfulness you see with increase in business
