Great place for delivery no portable loading dock it’s legit loading/unloading dock to back into off of Wolcott street

Pretty disgusting that this store won’t help warranty a name brand item because I didn’t spend more money with them on the extended warranty. Store manager was pretty helpful with what to do. But overall I will not shop here anymore. I just expect more from a well known company.

So doing a 4 star I live tractor supply however I went and bought a 50 lb bag if dog food and they got a employee to help no names but his name starts with a B if someone offers you a tip please take it I felt so stupid trying to convince this guy to grab the money from my hand. He had gloves on so I understand covid but he couldve sanitize the money the guy even looked at the money and laughed as to say $5 bucks is nothing sorry I guess next time Ill offer $20 it was only one bag if dog food took him 15 secs to load it I thought 5 was a reasonable tip. But I love tractor supply we always go here people are so nice . Well some people are nice we lovw the prices here and quality of products

Tractor supply is been a good place for me to find the rain boots I use for work and anything for cleaning... here in Midland Texas.

Horrible time management. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for a propane fill. No printer paper 5 people waiting outside all while employees walking around on floor and manager standing around at front

Called for propane they said they stop selling propane at 8pm. Get there before 8pm and was told the girl who refills clocked out early. Why not just say you dont feel like doing a refill when I call instead of wasting my time.

Still no bags of knuckles for the dogs. The 5 little ones I got had no bar code on them so we were charged the same for those as the saddle joint. Which is huge. $2.99 for tiny whatevers because with no label who knows what they really are.

Tractor Supply stores are a quick way to pick up equipment. This location has a friendly and helpful staff!! The pet food is mostly why we visit. But there is always a lot of specials there. The yard equipment is fairly priced too. Also, their trailers and fences are reasonable.

Chick days are the best all year! Hard to resisit. Pleased with their new set up in brooders for them rather than stock tanks. All chicks looked healthy happy and overall clean! Good job yall! 🐔 🐓

Management treats customers and employees like complete trash. Daryl has picked favorites and consistently been rude towards people regardless of situation or day. Its a shame that he is in charge there. Janet also has been the same way and was to my knowledge hired on as management. An incident happened today involving an employee and management where Daryl ripped a piece of paper from an employees hand and stated you arent good enough. I believe this is not right and action should be taken against it. These people are reflections of your company. What a shame.

You all should have propane available from the time you open to the time you close. People drive over to come and see you for propane and it’s really frustrating when you take time out of your day to drive all the way over there and someone says that the manager didn’t schedule somebody that does propane

I love the smell of hay and molasses and leather that hits me when I walk in here. Well organized layout with anything you could need on the farm. Friendly staff and great sales prices are a big plus.

They have really cool helpful stuff to buy. They have 4Health pet food its the best. Check out takes forever but the staff is very helpful and kind.

Kristi just lost around a $500 sale of a 25 gallon Fimco sprayer over a missing spray nozzle that could have been taking off another wand. Granted she did offer to order the missing spray nozzle along with others that were missing, she could have had great customer service and assured the sale of the sprayer today by replacing the nozzle today.... Sorry Midland Tractor Supply but your store is by far the WORST, most unorganized Tractor Supply around! This is coming from several experiences at your store.

I arrived and could not find my item myself. I asked the local staff and they helped out quickly and with a smile, even though they were busy. That assistance has, and is, really appreciated.

I sent my Husband to go and get vaccines for parvo and he asked a employee and the employee gave him to kill ticks lol, first this is one of my worst pet peeves, if you don’t know what your selling ask someone please instead of giving a customer whatever, why do we have to get in car turn around head back do a refund all because you didn’t ask your manager where the vaccines are, and how do you get tick killer from parvo vaccines mixed up ? Seriously? How ?

As always a knowledgeable and friendly staff. As I was checking out the lady asked if were a rewards member. I answered no and she said well we cant have that. Within minutes she had me enrolled and on my way. Kindness and sincerety is something not faked. Thank you Tractor Supply once again and God Bless your employees!!

This is where I get my dog food also has supplies for horses chickens and other farm animals as well as tack and other supplies also hardware available. Love that tractor supply is pet friendly and my four legged friend can go inside with me.

Every time I come here, which was often won’t be any more, they’re under stocked in EVERYTHING! They never have what I need and even if the website says it’s in stock 9/10 times it isn’t. Basically I’m going to start driving an extra 30 minutes to go to the one in Odessa or Stanton so I can get what I need since they seem to be incapable of doing inventory and keeping things in stock.

I went here after researching litter options for my cats. They offered 40lbs of wood pellets for 6 dollars which is awesome! The place was a bit crowded and hidden between other stores and we couldnt find a cart for a while. I must admit the parking situation was also not the best. Overall the place was a bit small but very organized and offered great selection. They had a chicken and duck coop and a lot of kids were buying it was really cute. It is a bit far from my home but I will return every once in a while

I go here mostly to buy 4 Health dog food. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. I take away one star because it always seems messy and unorganized. Theres always trash around the front area.

Like the store...good price on horse bedding pellets but they need to keep better supply of their 25 n 50 Non clumping Paws n Claws liter we...buy 150lbs a week and end up usually going to Stanton for it

I liked my shopping experience there, they have a good selection for dogs food and toys which I mostly go there for that. Great tool selection as well. Lots of pet supplies fans and mowers. Only thing I dislike from there is there is almost never good cashier service. They are always gone or none there. Waited in line 25 minutes once.. not fun!!

Good variety of parts and good pricing that otherwise would require a lot of mileage and research to track down.Even some products that are a little more expensive than at some major hardware store chains can be a real bargain when you factor in gas and time to fight the awful traffic in this town.I have found parts to fix various lawn and garden equipment that otherwise would have to be hunted down on Ebay. This has allowed me to keep some items working that otherwise could never have been fixed.This is also a good place to find parts to build up assorted experiments and unconventional things. They are one of the few places you can find nylon threaded pipe and hose fittings in larger sizes, although the selection of brass is somewhat limited. I have even discovered agricultural type fittings that can be improvised for automotive applications.There are also quite a few hydraulic fittings, which have saved the day more than once when a piece of equipment needed maintenance on a weekend or holiday.It is also a resource for some seasonal items that many stores discontinue prematurely for this particular climate. There is a much wider selection of several items such as gates, stock panels, water troughs, storage tanks that would have otherwise required going to an oil field supply place and paying jaw-dropping premium prices or having to order on-line and contend with the shipping of large and bulky items.The parking right in front of the store tends to often be packed, but there is generous shared parking with several eateries and other places within reasonable walking distance once you have survived the gauntlet of Rankin Hwy traffic to get into the parking lot.Overall, its a good spot for those odds and ends for the garden or the field, the livestock, and related country living stuff that you cant find in stores that cater to the urbanite apartment dweller demographic. Also youll find the more rugged grade of supplies built to last, compared to the cheap and quickly broken versions of similar products that are available in other places around town.

Good store, very little selection. But for the price good.Their womens clothing however almost everything is marked down and super clearanced so I got a super nice pullover jacket for like $6, originally like $45-50 .

Prices could be lower but in love to shop at tractor supply. People are always friendly and its easy to get in and out.

I will not shop in this store when you allow your employees to have their pants so low that the crack of their *** is showing. I went to Stanton and got nicer looking employees and they also will help you. If I could post a minus star I would.

Found the perfect Generator for emergency reasons, for our shop that will run our lifts for under $1,000.00. The people working there are very knowledgeable and will help you find what you need very quickly

Just so I am fair in my review, I used to work at this exact store. I was employed there for one year. My crew and I kept the store clean and stocked. This place has literally gone down hill. I still choose to shop here ONLY because they have the horse feed I use and it’s cheaper here than at the feed store. BUT, if I could get my feed somewhere else for the same price, I would drive there. The employees don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. They don’t help you if you need assistance. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS TRACTOR SUPPLY UNFORTUNATELY.

I shop at TS almost every day, and consider most of the staff family. The ladies that work there will do anything to help you find what you need. The store is dirty, but its not due to staff laziness... its customer laziness! Empty cups, coke cans and trash is being left on shelves because people do not care! I will continue to shop there and help them pick up everyones trash

Tractor supply is always a great place to go even if they happen to be out of what you need at the moment, its a great Outfit. No matter what state you are in or what time of year their great friendly staff is willing to help you out with all your shopping creations.

Need a flat free tire for garden cart. They j.g ad it in stock at reasonable price. I like the store.

Staff is lazy, slow and just an absolute disgrace. Twice Ive been there waiting to get propane tanks filled and its been a pain every time. Go inside to the cash register to ask for a propane fill, then go wait by the gate for 30 minutes. The second time I waited I was told by staff, after a 30 minute wait, that he cant help me right now and that Id have to keep waiting. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STORE IS MISERABLY SLOW!!!

Friendly people but limited selection of work clothing and total absence of black carhartt clothing which is all I wear. Yes, even in West Texas. At least the lady didnt look at me crazy for asking like at Cavenders.

They advertise 15% off, so I buy into it for the special and they ask if I have a rewards card I say no but Ill sign up. The clerk says ok you can do it online and I said this items say 15%off and she says with a serious tone... Okay Ill sign you up but youre not even getting a discount... I didnt get any discount she didnt even spell my email correctly and i asked does that matter and she told me no its fine. IM SURELY DISAPPOINTED SINCE I SIGNED UP FOR NOTHING AT ALL I DIDNT RECEIVE THE 15% OFF NOR AM I GOING TO RECEIVE ANY DEALS IN MY EMAIL ALL FOR NOTHING SO I BELIEVE THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AS WELL VERY SADLY AND TRULY DISAPPONTED SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE TO LOOK INTO THE ADVERTISED 15%OFF THAT IS ALL OVER THE TOOLS I PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE

This tractor supply is one of the worst. Store manager TJ takes NO pride in the store and treats employees horrible in front of customers. Employee Ashley did not follow through with me on a order and had no remorse. Store employees appear lazy and group up together just gossiping. There has only been one assistant store manager there that has helped me the last couple of times. He is always helpful and will get me a answer. Maybe TJ should step down and let the assistant manager run the store. Will be taking my business to Stanton or Odessa until this store manager is gone. She is running this store into the ground, very sad that the company allows this kind of abuse.

Was in line several minutes, checker called for back up. Several minutes later, she came, checked out one customer, we moved to her line, waited several minutes more, when it was our turn, checker said, oh I only can take credit card. This should have been at first. So, we moved back to first line, only now we r at the end of this now longer line. All toll, took 20 minutes to get checked out. Was NOT a good experience.

I went in for a rock bar. It was a little over priced. Its oilfield country so I bought it. The line was long. As soon as it started getting long they opened another line for service. I was in and out in no time. I dont like that they ask for our telephone numbers at the register. I didnt give it to them. Its for thier rewards program.

Worst Tractor Supply Ive ever been to. You have to wait 30 minutes for a load out (if youre lucky) AFTER you stand in line for 20. Bad customer service. I go here at least twice a week and its always the same. Just go to the one in Odessa.
