Good place to get rental equipment fair prices with the exception of the concrete grinder.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment we rented worked fine and the prices are more than fair. They loaded the equipment for us which was nice, they use to just wheel it out and you loaded it. I have come here for years and its always an easy recommendation. The little dog that greets you is adorable as well.

Have rented from this location a few times and always had a good experience. Most recently rented an aerator for my lawn which worked great and they even gave me a quick run through of the controls after helping me load it.

Tried to rent a tiller for the weekend and was told by the front desk associate I could pick it up Saturday and get two days for the price of one. I showed up at 9 am and he tried to charge me $384, and told me I had to come back in 2 hours at 11 am to rent it for $190. Wish I had been told this to begin with. Poor communication and poor customer service. My business will go elsewhere. Also his dog humps your leg while you wait for service.

I have used this place a few times, its a small place with good service. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Lady was helpful and nice. Their prices are reasonable for the area and they have a pretty nice selection. Id go back to them next time I work around Midland.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!Long story short. Rented a floor grinder for the weekend for 261.00. Got it home, grounded for 6-8 hours, made it nowhere on the floor. They close Saturday’s at noon and closed on sundays, couldn’t contact them to correct the situation. Took it back Monday morning. Shop hand said the bit was dull. Offered for me to re-rent the machine. Called GLEN the supervisor, who treated me as if I was in the wrong for renting from them when they would be closed. He Said how this always happens with us weekend worriers and DIY’ers. Told me he wouldnt give it to us over a weekend again because of this situation!? WAIT.! WHAT?!What did I do?! They called me back and said they would give it to me for 100. Plus tax for a day or give me 100. Back.I just want my floor done!!! How about put a new blade on there and give it to me for a couple of hours! This should only be a two or three hour project or so!!I try to do my business with local company’s and try to stay away from the big box stores but i will never rent from this place again! I’ll be going to Home Depot for my rentals in the future. Should’ve went there in the first place because I wouldn’t be In This situation now!

Lousy experience. Their floor drum sander was not very good. Would not sand evenly. Had to swap out for a Clarke EZ-8 at the Home Depot, which worked fine. This cost me 4 hours of additional driving time coming back from Snyder. I hated paying for two days for a sander that worked poorly, on top of paying for a sander that worked, but the salt in the wound was being stuck with $120 worth of sandpaper that they wouldn’t take back. I would have paid some type of restocking fee but they would accept it at all. This is even with a receipt for the Home Depot Odessa rental that was rented after I picked theirs up and the EZ-8 uses a different type of sandpaper.

My experience started bad due to a scheduling conflict but they fixed it and Im very pleased.
