Highly recommended...I did over the phone reservation, this was a smooth in and out process. The gentleman was very polite and through even hooked the trailer for me, making sure it was perfect before we made our trip.

Definitely would recommend again. The guy in there is super nice. Will always work with you. Theyve upgraded so you can use their app to open and close the gate, which makes it so much easier. They also have Fed Ex and UPS drop off. Prices are extremely reasonable.

DONT GO HERE!!! Their website boasts about providing you piece of mind with their security system that provides you and your possessions protecton. My RV was stored on the property for less than 6 months when it was struck by an unknown vehicle. When I came in to check on it I found a sheet of paper taped to my RV that read, MOVE THIS VEHICLE!. My RV was parked in its assigned space. I informed the owners of the damage and asked if they knew who struck my RV and placed the note on it. They said it was not them and that they have no cameras in that area. I asked if they would help out on the repairs and the owner said he would. I turned in one estimate and he said he was not responsible, nor would he help out on the repairs. BEWARE OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY! If you leave your possessions there it will be unsafe and unprotected.You will be responsible, not them.

This storage facility is by far the best. they have superb customer service. the people were friendly and made you feel very welcome. the units are very well kept and nice. and the prices were excellent. i highly recommend midlothian self storage to anyone looking for storage space!!! THEY ARE AWESOME!

I was told they would hold a unit for me then when I go up there to sign contract they have given to someone else. Then tell me because I didnt come in on July 3rd well hard too when they were closed and closed the next day I came when they were open and it had been given away. The least they could have done was called but no one called me so that is very poor business and customer service to me!!!!!

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS AT THIS LOCATION!!! I had a storage unit there for 13yrs, I gave them my credit card for them run ever month, a few years ago my credit card was compromised and the bank issued a new one, I forgot for two months about the storage unit. I went there to access my unit and the gate wouldnt open I called and they informed me I havent paid. I gave them the new card and update my address and phone number at the time because the had the old ones. Fast forward to April 2016, my bank issued me a new cc with the chip, once again I forgot about the storage unit, but they where suppose to have my new address and phone number but I never received a phone call or a letter from them. I went up there yesterday and the gate wouldnt open, I realized that I hadnt update my cc, I called this morning and they informed me they sold my contents! I never received any notification from them or a phone call, come to find out they never changed the address or phone number like they where suppose too. I fully understand part of the blame is on me, but I gave them the new address and phone number and told them to call if the payment wasnt ever made, which they did not! They are suppose to call and send letters before any sale of property, they say the sent the letters to the old address and called the old number but I dont know if they did or not. They dropped the ball by not updating there records like they said they would when I was on the phone with them two years ago and now im screwed out of my family heirlooms! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

They broke the lock off my storage unit never called me or sent me a letter in the mail regarding what happen when I went to their location to replace the business I was informed that they relocated my stuff into a trailer unit the story changed three times in the mist of me trying to figure out what happened to my stuff I finally got my stuff and Im still not sure if I have it all a horrible place to store your stuff in. And I still do not have in the lock

First they doubled the unit rent with one months notice now I received a notice that I’m delinquent and I have proof that I paid and the person on the phone said the new owners have been having issues and the owner would have to handle it I was told they would call me today here it is the end of the day and I called again got the same story so here it is I have no access to my belongings because of their mistake even though I have proof it’s paid jacked the price up to 110 a month and can’t even get payments straight
